Definitions
- the invention relates to an installation module or block according to the preamble of claim 1.
- an installation block with a metallic support frame for at least one sanitary unit, a cistern and supply and disposal lines has become known, the back of which is shielded by a fire protection plate attached to the support frame.
- This fire protection plate which consists entirely or predominantly of minerals, forms a construction unit with the installation module, which can be delivered completely to the construction site and installed there. If the installation module equipped with such a fire protection plate is placed in a prepared opening or niche in e.g. If a wall adjacent to a supply shaft of a building is installed, the required fire resistance class for this wall is automatically restored in the area of the wall opening or niche.
- an installation module (with an attached sanitary fixture) or block (with two or more attached sanitary fixtures), in which the lines and components required for the supply and disposal of the sanitary fixture or fittings as well as the fastenings necessary for attaching the sanitary fixture (s) in a particularly foamed molded article are stored, apart from the measure of adding flame retardant to the molding material, no further fire protection measures have become known. If the installation module or block meets the requirements of the prescribed fire resistance classes, additional fire protection measures are absolutely necessary, since the flame retardant added to the molding material can only provide sufficient fire protection where the full module thickness is available, such as in the peripheral areas of the module, but not there e.g. in the area of the inspection opening of a cistern, where the block wall thickness is greatly reduced.
- the invention has for its object to provide an installation block or block with a particularly foamed molded body so that when it is installed in a wall opening or niche, the wall corresponds directly to the fire resistance class required by building regulations.
- the installation module or block according to the invention is characterized in that a fire protection compound, plate or mat which is essentially spread over the entire module surface is formed between the front and rear walls.
- a fire protection compound is preferably used, namely a mixture of mineral fiber wool Cement and GIPS as binders (Cafcote 280 from Cafco Europe SARL, L-3895 Foetz) in a layer thickness of approx. 30 to 40 mm.
- This fire protection compound is mixed with the molding compound (e.g. Legupren from Bayer AG, D-5090 Leverkusen) in the manufacturing process of the block or block in the edge areas of the block in order to improve the cohesion of the parts of the molding lying in front of and behind the fire protection compound.
- This intermixing is easily possible without endangering fire protection, since the molded body mass also offers flame or fire protection and the full block thickness is available in the edge areas of the block.
- a fire protection plate or a fire protection mat made of commercially available materials can also be molded in.
- the fire protection compound, plate or mat is expediently molded in a shell shape around the stored lines and components, which improves the stability and the cohesion of the module or block. Especially when using a fire protection compound, a distance should be kept from the molded lines or components so that e.g. If the cistern burns out through the inspection opening, the fire protection compound cannot break into the resulting cavity, but it is protected in the expanded resin clay structure of e.g. molded article made of Legoprene remains embedded.
- the buoyancy of the stored cistern must be counteracted by a spacer. So that this spacer does not interrupt the fire protection compound, plate or mat, it is itself made of a fire-retardant material such as Lime sandstone made and molded into the molded body.
- the toilet installation module 1 is installed in the opening 2 of a masonry 3. It has essentially the same thickness as the masonry.
- the molded body 4 of the toilet installation module from e.g. Polyester foam concrete is molded into a wall-mounted flushing box 5 with flushing pipe 6 and inspection opening 7.
- a layer of approximately 30 to 40 mm of a fire protection compound 10 is molded into the molded body 4 between the front and rear walls 8 and 9.
- This layer of a fire protection wet 10 is placed around the wall-mounted cistern 5 in a bowl-shaped manner, the fire protection composition 10 being mixed with the molded body mass in the edge regions 11 of the component.
- a limestone block 12 with molded-in serves as a spacer in order to counteract the buoyancy of the wall-mounted cistern during the manufacturing process.

Description
- Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht des Bausteins von Fig. 1.
