Bevorzugt wird eine Brandschutzmasse verwendet, nämlich ein Gemisch aus Mineralfaserwolle mit Zement und GIPS als Bindemittel (Cafcote 280 der Firma Cafco Europe SARL, L-3895 Foetz) in einer Schichtdicke von ca. 30 bis 40 mm. Diese Brandschutzmasse wird beim Herstellungsvorgang des Bausteins bzw. Blocks in den Randbereichen des Bausteins mit der Formkörpermasse (z.B. Legupren der Firma Bayer AG, D-5090 Leverkusen) durchmengt, um den Zusammenhalt der vor und hinter der Brandschutzmasse liegenden Teile des Formkörpers zu verbessern. Diese Durchmengung ist ohne weiteres möglich, ohne den Brandschutz zu gefährden, da auch die Formkörpermasse Flamm- bzw. Der WC-Installationsbaustein 1 ist in die Öffnung 2 eines Mauerwerks 3 eingebaut. Er besitzt im wesentlichen gleiche Stärke wie das Mauerwerk. In den Formkörper 4 des WC-Installationsbausteins aus z.B. Polyester-Schaumbeton ist ein Wandeinbauspülaksten 5 mit Spülrohr 6 und Revisionsöffnung 7 eingeformt. In den Formkörper 4 ist zwischen Vorder- und Rückwand 8 bzw. 9 eine Schicht von ca. 30 bis 40 mm einer Brandschutzmasse 10 eingeformt. Diese Schicht einer Brandschutznasse 10 ist schalenförmig um den Wandeinbauspülkasten 5 herumgelegt, wobei in den Randbereichen 11 des Bausteins die Brandschutzmasse 10 mit der Formkörpermasse durchmengt ist. Ein mit eingeformter Kalksandsteinblock 12 dient als Distanzhalter, um dem Auftrieb des Wandeinbauspülkastens während des Herstellungsvorgangs entgegenzuwirken.The
