Abstract

Ce rebord d'étanchéité comporte une partie principale (1) avec une première lèvre d'étanchéité (6) prévue pour s'agencer contre une vitre (7) ou contre un élément de remplissage de manière à les rendre étanches. La vitre (7) est posée contre la lèvre d'étanchéité (6) lors du montage, reposant sur la partie supérieure (10) d'une lèvre (9). Dans le corps du rebord d'étanchéité, à savoir dans sa partie traverse (4), est prévu un creux (13) dans lequel s'insère le pied (16) d'une seconde pièce (2) comportant une seconde lèvre d'étanchéité (15), qui se place contre l'autre face de la vitre (7). En insérant le pied (16) dans l'évidement (13), on provoque une déformation élastique des deux lèvres d'étanchéité (6, 15) qui sont par conséquent pressées contre la vitre (7). Le pied inséré comporte en l'une de ses extrémités une rainure (19) qui entrer en prise avec une nervure (14). Le pied (16) et par conséquent la seconde pièce (2) sont ainsi fermement ancrés dans la partie principale (1).

Claims (1)

  1. Baguette d'étanchéité en deux parties en matière élastique pour la pose d'une vitre dans un cadre, présentant une première partie (1) comportant un corps de baguette d'étanchéité (3, 3′, 4), qui présente une face (4) avec un évidement (13), une lèvre d'étanchéité (6) isolant la vitre (7) sur la face extérieure et appliquée au corps de la baguette d'étanchéité et une lèvre (9) délimitant, par le haut, avec sa face inférieure, une section de l'évidement (13), qui s'étend à peu près dans la même direction que la face (4), ainsi qu'une seconde partie (2) comportant un pied (16) s'introduisant dans l'évidement (13) pour raidir la première partie (1) et, située à distance de celui-ci, une seconde lèvre (15) destinée à isoler la vitre (7) sur sa face intérieure et orientée, au moins sur une partie de sa longueur, en opposition à la première lèvre (6), ce en quoi le pied (16) s'étend en partant de cette seconde lèvre (15), au moins sur une partie de sa longueur, contre la première partie (1) et présente des moyens d'ancrage contre une force agissant sur lui en opposition au sens de glissement pour l'emboîtement, qui agissent conjointement avec des moyens conçus dans ce but et mis en place dans l'évidement (13), ce en quoi la lèvre (9) délimitant la section de l'évidement (13) présente son extrémité disponible (11) sous la deuxième lèvre d'étanchéité (15) quand le pied (16) est introduit et, lors de l'application d'une force sur celle-ci, forme, de par sa position au bord de la vitre (7), un appui direct pour le pied (16) en opposition à un mouvement de rotation pour tenter de sortir de l'évidement (13) en pivotant autour des moyens d'ancrage (14, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24) disposés à l'extrémité éloignée de la pointe (18), caractérisée en ce que cette lèvre (9) a son pied placé au même endroit (8) que la première lèvre d'étanchéité (6) et que la pointe (18) du pied (16) de la seconde partie vient se loger à proximité de cette lèvre d'étanchéité (6) après encastrement dans l'évidement (13).
