Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter für Speiseeisprodukte, der aus einem rohrförmigen Körper besteht, der am unteren Ende durch einen Schiebeboden verschließbar ist. Der rohrförmige Körper besteht aus wenigstens zwei ineinanderschiebbaren Rohrstucken, die beim Zusammenschieben das enthaltene Produkt am oberen Ende des Behälters freigeben.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Behälter entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Ansprüches 1.
  • Ein bekannter Behälter dieser Art besteht aus einem zylindrischen offenen Rohrstück, in dem ein Schiebeboden angeordnet ist, der in seiner unteren Stellung durch zwei Reihen in Umfangsrichtung verlaufender innerer Vorsprünge normalerweise nach oben und unten arretierbar ist, jedoch bei Beaufschlagung mit einer bestimmten Kraft verschoben werden kann.
  • Derartige Behälter können nur eine begrenzte Produktmenge aufnehmen, da ab einer bestimmten Länge des Rohrstückes der Boden durch die Finger eines Benutzers nicht mehr über die gesamte Länge des Rohrstückes verschoben werden kann. In diesem Falle muß der Boden dann einen Stil entsprechender Länge zum Verschieben aufweisen, der jedoch beim Verpacken und Lagern stört.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil solch eines Behälters liegt darin, daß der Druck auf den Schiebeboden, der zum Herausschieben des Produktes am oberen Ende des Behälters erforderlich ist, über das gesamte Produkt wirkt und dieses zusammen­preßt. Dies ist vor allem dann von Nachteil, wenn, wie dies häufig der Fall ist, das Produkt mehrere Bestandteile unterschiedlicher Konsistenz enthält, z.B. Eiscreme und Früchte. Diese Bestandteile werden dann durch den Druck miteinander vermischt, was hinsichtlich Geschmack und Aussehen unerwünscht ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Behälter für Speiseeisprodukte zu schaffen, der es ermöglicht, eine Abgabe des aufgenommenen Produkts am oberen Ende zu ermög­ lichen, ohne daß das Aussehen des Produktes beeinträchtigt oder dessen Bestandteile vermischt werden.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe gemäß der Erfindung durch die im kennzeichenden Teil des Ansprüches 1 angegebenen Merkmale. Zweckmäßige Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Bei einem in dieser Weise ausgebildeten Behälter erfolgt die Abgabe des aufgenommenen Speiseeisprodukts dadurch, daß zunächst das obere Rohrstück nach unten geschoben wird. Hierbei wird das aufgenommene Produkt nicht zusammenge­drückt, so daß dessen Aussehen nicht geändert und dessen Bestandteile nicht vermischt werden.
  • Die einzelnen Rohrstücke, die zweckmäßigerweise aus einem elastischen verformbaren Material bestehen, sind in aus­einandergezogener Stellung arretierbar. Hierfür kann jedes Rohrstück im Bereich des unteren Endes innen in Umfangs­richtung verteilte Vorsprunge oder einen Ringwulst aufweisen, die in eine Ringnut im Bereich des oberen Endes des zugehörigen Rohrstucks einrastbar sind. Zweckmäßiger­weise hat auch das unterste Rohrstück im Bereich des unteren Endes derartige Vorsprünge bzw. einen Ringwulst, der den Schiebeboden hält.
  • Der Schiebeboden kann als Kappe ausgebildet sein, die sich nach oben konisch verjüngen kann und die eine Ringnut aufweisen kann, in die die Vorsprünge bzw. der Ringwulst des untersten Rohrstücks einrasten kann.
  • Zweckmäßigerweise erweitern sich die Rohrstücke am unteren Ende zu einem Bund, so daß beim Zusammenschieben bei einem Behälter mit z.B. drei Rohrstücken und nach Entleeren des obersten Rohrstücks dessen Bund an dem des mittleren Rohrstücks angreift, so daß dieses nach unten geschoben werden kann.
  • Der Schiebeboden kann unten einen Stil aufweisen, mittels dem der Schiebeboden verschoben werden kann. Das unterste Rohrstück kann durch einen Boden verschlossen sein, der eine ausreichend große Öffnung hat, um den Schiebeboden verschieben zu können.
  • Wenn das unterste Rohrstück am unteren Ende offen ist, kann es innen zusätzliche Vorsprünge oder einen zusätzlichen Ringwulst aufweisen, so daß der Schiebeboden in seiner unteren Stellung gegen eine Verschiebung nach oben und unten behalten wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Figuren 1 und 2 beispielsweise erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 in der linken Hälfte in Aufsicht und in der rechten Hälfte im Axialschnitt einen aus drei Rohrstucken bestehenden Behälter in auseinandergezogener Anordnung, und
    • Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt des zusammengeschobenen Behälters im Bereich des Schiebebodens.
  • Der Behälter gemäß der Erfindung besteht aus drei ineinanderschiebbaren zylindrischen Rohrstüken 1 bis 3, von denen das obere Rohrstück 1 einen größeren Durchmesser als das mittlere Rohrstück 2 und dieses wieder einen größeren Durchmesser als das untere Rohrstück 3 hat.
  • Jedes Rohrstück hat im Bereich des unteren Endes einen inneren Ringwulst 5, der in eine äußere Ringnut 6 im Bereich des oberen Endes des zugehörigen Rohrstücks einrastet. Das obere Rohrstuck benötigt keine derartige Ringnut.
  • Der Ringwulst 5 des unteren Rohrstück 3 hält einen als Kappe ausgebildeten Schiebeboden 4. Alle Rohrstücke erweitern sich am unteren Ende zu einem Bund 7. Beim Zusammenschieben ist dadurch die Verschiebbarkeit des Rohrstücks 1 relativ zum Rohrstück 2 begrenzt, so daß das Rohrstück 2 durch das Rohrstück 1 nach unten geschoben werden kann.
  • Am oberen Ende kann der Behälter durch einen Deckel 8 oder ein ähnliches Verschlußelement, wie eine Folie oder derdl., verschlossen sein. Der Deckel kann ebenfalls durch einen Wulst 5, der in eine Ringnut 6 am oberen Rohrstück 1 einrastet, gehalten sein.

Claims (13)

1. Behälter für Speiseeisprodukte, bestehend aus einem rohrförmigen Körper, der am unteren Ende durch einen Schiebeboden verschließbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der rohrförmige Körper aus wenigstens zwei ineinander­schiebbaren Rohrstücken (1 bis 3) besteht.
2. Behälter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rohrstücke (1 bis 3) im auseinandergezogenen Zustand des Behälters relativ zueinander arretierbar sind.
3. Behalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Durchmesser des im auseinandergezogenen Zustand des Behalters jeweils oberen Rohrstückes (z.B. 1) größer als der des nächstunteren Rohrstücks (z.B. 2) ist.
4. Behälter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rohrstücke im Bereich des unteren Endes innen in Umfangsrichtung verteilte Vorsprunge und im Bereich des oberen Endes eine äußere Ringnut (6) aufweisen.
5. Behälter nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vorsprünge als Ringwulst (5) ausgebildet sind.
6. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
sich die Rohrstücke (1 bis 3) am unteren Ende zu einem Bund (7) werweitern.
7. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schiebeboden (4) als Kappe ausgebildet ist.
8. Behalter nach Anspruch 4 oder 5 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kappe eine Ringnut aufweist.
9. Behalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das unteren Rohrstück am unteren Ende innen zusätzliche Vorsprünge aufweist, um die Verschiebbarkeit des Schiebe­bodens nach unten zu begrenzen.
10. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich
die Kappe nach oben konisch verjüngt.
11. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schiebeboden unten einen Stil aufweist.
12. Behälter nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das unterste Rohrstuck unten einen Boden mit einer Öffnung aufweist.
13. Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rohrstücke (1 bis 3) aus einem elastisch verformbaremn Material bestehen.
