Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Behältnis gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Sie betrifft auch die Verwendung eines solchen Behältnisses.
Stand der Technik
Ausserordentliche, nicht festinstallierte Behältnisse in Kaufhäusern oder Laden haben insbesondere bei Aktionen oder Ausverkauf die Aufgabe, die angebotenen Waren angemessen zu prasentieren. Solche Behältnisse sind in der Branche unter der Bezeichnung Wühltisch oder Aktionstisch bekannt, wobei anderslautende Begriffe auch möglich sind. Da die Aufstellung solcher Behältnisse in der Regel punkto Aufstellungsort, Anzahl und Dauer sehr flexibel sein muss, weisen die zum Stand der Technik bekanntgewordenen Behältnisse entscheidende Nachteile auf. Zum einen ist deren Umplazierung oder Umlagerung von einer Filiale zur anderen stets schwerfällig zu bewerstelligen und mit erheblichen Kosten verbunden; zum anderen ist deren Lagerung bei Nichtbedarf sehr platzintensiv, was auch die Lagerkosten erhöht und die Wirtschaftlichkeit schlussendlich in Frage stellt. Soweit ersichtlich ist bis heute eine befriedigende Lösung dieses Problems nicht auszumachen.
So ist aus CH-PS-494 009 ein Gestell, insbesondere für Schaufenster, Verkaufsläden und Ausstellungen, bekanntgeworden, mit einem quadratischen oder rechteckigen Rahmen und vier rechtwinklig zum Rahmen angeordneten Beinen. Der Rahmen wird durch vier Rahmenteile gebildet, die untereinander mit einem einfachen Gelenk verbunden sind. Diese Gelenke haben die Aufgabe, ein Zusammenklappen des Rahmens zu einem flachen Rhombus bzw, Rhomboid zu ermöglichen. Diese angestrebte flache Zusammenklappbarkeit des Rahmens ist indessen nur bedingt möglich, da ein solches Vorhaben, bei Vorliegen eines einfachwirkenden Gelenkes, nur möglich ist, wenn die Rahmenteile eine 100%ige gleiche Länge aufweisen, und die Applizierung der Gelenke 100%ig zentriert zwischen Zwei Rahmenteilen erfolgt.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem Behältnis der eingangs genannten Art ein flexibles und kostengünstiges System vorzuschlagen, das die genannten Nachteile ganz zu beheben vermag.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch ein Behältnis gemäß Anspruch 1.
Der wesentliche Vorteil der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass das Behältnis aus wenigen Bestandteilen besteht, die rasch, ohne fremde Hilfsmittel, zusammengebaut und ebenso rasch demontierbar sind. Der für die Lagerung solcher Behältnisse am meistens platzsperrende Rahmen kann erfindungsgemäss durch Einfuhrung eines Scharniersystems falzförmig zu zwei parallelen Flächen zusammengeklappt werden. Die Bodenfläche des Behältnisses besteht aus einer einzigen dünnen Platte, die lösbar mit dem Rahmen gekoppelt werden kann. Auch die Stützen, die als Füsse dienen, lassen sich leicht montieren, arretieren und demontieren. In den Rahmen integrierte, aus einem Hohlprofil bestehende Eckteile dienen der Aufnahme der Füsse, wobei die Eckteile und die Füsse gegenseitig abgestimmte Mittel aufweisen, welche eine Positionierung und Arretierung derselben ermöglichen. Damit besteht das Behältnis in demontierter Form aus bloss drei verschiedenen Bestandteilen, nämlich aus einem Rahmen, aus einer Bodenplatte und aus einer Anzahl Füsse, vorzugsweise vier. Da sich der Rahmen, wie bereits dargelegt, falzförmig über die eckseitigen Scharniere zusammenklappen lässt, reduziert sich sein Platzbedarf bei Transport und Lagerung ganz erheblich, nämlich der Länge nach auf zwei Seitenlängen und der Dicke nach auf höchstens der Breite des Eckteils resp. der doppelten Stärke der Wanddicke des Rahmens. Die Höhe des Rahmens entspricht der zugrundegelegten Tiefe des Behältnisses. Somit lassen sich die einzelnen Bestandteile des erfindungsgemässen Behältnisses platzsparend palettieren und in grosser Anzahl leicht verschieben und lagern. Der Zusammenbau gestaltet sich äusserst einfach und rasch zu bewerkstelligen: Zunächst wird der Rahmen auf dem Boden ausgebreitet, vorzugsweise mit der Einführungsöffnungen der Eckteile nach oben gerichtet; danach werden die einzelnen Füsse eingefahren. Sowohl der Rahmen als auch die Füsse weisen Mittel auf, welche höhenmässig abstützend und arretierend wirken. Anschliessen wird der Rahmen mit den eingefügten Füssen aufgestellt. Diese Operation erfordert wenig Kraftaufwand, da Rahmen und Füsse zusammen keine 10 kg Gewicht haben. Zum Schluss wird die Bodenplatte in den Rahmen eingelegt: Das Behältnis steht bereits zum Einsatz bereit.
Die Demontage des Behältnisses gestaltet sich reziprok, wobei weder für die Montage noch für die Demontage Werkzeuge, fremde Mittel oder lose Hilfsteile notwendig sind oder temporär zum Einsatz gelangen.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass die Bodenplatte auch als oberseitige flächenbildende Ebene des Rahmens eingesetzt werden kann, womit die Erfindung eine multifunktionale Variante in sich einschliesst.
Die einzelnen Bestandteile des Behältnisses lassen sich anhand von normgrossen Behältern in grosser Anzahl transportieren und lagern.
Ein weiterer Vorteil der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass die genaue Führung der einzelnen Füsse innerhalb der als Matrize dienenden Eckteile eine hohe Stabilität vermittelt, dergestalt, dass auf Verstrebungen der einzelnen Füssen zu- oder gegeneinander ganz verzichtet werden kann.
Vorteilhafte und zweckmässige Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemässen Aufgabenlösung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet.
Im folgenden wird anhand der Zeichnungen Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung näher gezeigt und erläutert. Alle für das unmittelbare Verständnis der Erfindung nicht erforderlichen Elemente sind fortgelassen. Gleiche Elemente sind in den verschiedenen Figuren mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.

Fig. 1 zeigt ein einsatzbereites Behaltnis 1, das vorzugsweise als Aktions- oder als Wühltisch eingesetzt wird. Das Behàltnis 1 besteht aus einem Rahmen 2, der vorliegend eine quadratische Form einnimmt, wobei selbstverständlich auch rechteckige Formen oder andere n-Ecken zum Einsatz kommen können. Kriterium für die Wahl der geometrischen Form ist hier, nebst der praktischen Akzeptanz, die Voraussetzung, dass sich der Rahmen über seine Ecken falzförmig zusammenklappen lässt. Grundsätzlich besteht der Rahmen aus vier einzelnen Seiten, welche beidseitig jeweils mit dem entsprechenden Eckteil verbunden sind. Diese Kopplung geschieht hier über Scharniere 3, welche die ganze Tiefe des Rahmens 2 einnehmen, und entlang dieser Ebene eine Gelenkigkeit der einzelnen Seiten 2a-2d nach innen und nach aussen bis zum gestreckten Umfang des Rahmens 2 ermöglichen. Einerseits erstreckt sich die Länge der Scharniere 3 über die ganze Tiefe des Rahmens 2 um eine angemessene Festigkeit zu gewährleisten, andererseits um dem Rahmen 2 nach aussen hin eine geschlossene Form zu geben, damit sich die darin eingelegte Ware über allfällige Durchbrüche nicht verhängen oder herausfallen kann. Jeder Eckteil 4 weist somit gegenüber den benachbarten Seiten 2a-2d einen gelenkmässigen Freiraum auf, der eine falzförmige Zusammenklappbarkeit des ganzen Rahmens 2 ermöglicht. Die Eckteile 4 bestehen hier aus einem dreieckförmigen Hohlprofil, dessen inwendige Hypothenuse die Anschlussfläche der Scharniere 3 der benachbarten Seiten 2a-2d bildet. Dieses Hohlprofil ist unterseitig offen, während oberseitig beispielsweise mit einem entsprechenden dreieckförmigen Plättchen 4a abgeschlossen ist. Dieses Hohlprofil bildet sonach Aufnahmesitz der ebenfalls dreieckförmig profilierten Füsse 5, wobei die Kongruenzform der beiden Profile lediglich durch eine Einschiebetoleranz divergiert. Auch die Füsse 5 bestehen aus einem Hohlprofil, wobei das jeweilige bodenseitige Ende mit einem schiebefreundlichen Verschluss oder mit Rollen versehen ist. Die Füsse 5 weisen einen genauen und in der Figur nicht ersichtlichen distanzierten Anschlagbolzen auf, der überdies gegenüber den Eckteilen 4 mit einem ebenfalls nicht gezeigten federigen und durch Fingerdruck lösbaren Arretierungsmechanismus ergänzt ist. Sonach lassen sich die Füsse 5 durch die profilmässige Toleranz gegenüber der Innenform der Eckteile 4 jeweils bis auf Anschlag einschieben, zugleich werden sie zueinander durch die als Schnappmechanismus ausgebildete Arretierung gekoppelt. Der Boden des Rahmens 2 wird durch eine relativ dünne Platte 6 gebildet, welche in den Rahmen 2 eingelegt werden kann, und mit einer relativ kleinen Toleranz die Innenkontur des maximal ausgespreitzten Rahmens 2 entspricht. Diese Bodenplatte 6 weist endseitig eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Abkröpfung auf, welche sich zentrierend in eine im Unterteil des Rahmens 2 leicht nach innen abstehenden und abgewinkelten Konsole einschieben lässt. Diese lösbare Zentrierung vermittelt der Bodenplatte 6 gegenüber dem Rahmen 2 eine gute Unverrückbarkeit. Die Bodenplatte 6 lässt sich nicht nur als bodenbildende Grundfläche des Rahmens 2, sondern auch als Deckfläche desselben einsetzen. Zum letztgenannten Zweck ist lediglich notwendig, dass die Eckteile 4 über ihre Scharniere 3 leicht nach innen eingelenkt werden, womit die Fläche des Rahmens 2 eine gewisse Reduzierung erfährt, so dass die genannte Abkröpfung der Bodenplatte 6 die äussere Kontur des Rahmens 2 erfassen kann, dergestalt, dass auch hier eine leicht lösbare, aber nichtdestotrotz unverrückbare Verbindung entsteht. Selbstverständlich ist die Höhe der Füsse 5 dem jeweiligen Höhenbedarf angepasst. Es lassen sich auch Füsse 5 vorsehen, welche ein Mechanismus für eine einstellbare Höhe aufweisen.
Fig. 2 zeigt als Grundfläche des Transportbehälters 7 für die demontierten Teile des Behältnisses 1 einen europalettengrossen Grundrahmen, wobei gleich anzumerken ist, dass dieser Transportbehälter 7 auch die Funktion eines Behälters für die Lagerung der demontierten Behältnisse 1 erfüllen kann. Die Seitenwände lassen sich durch einen festen Rahmen bilden, oder vorzugsweise durch einzelnen rahmenbildenden Verstrebungen, welche ihrerseits wieder demontierbar und leicht einzulagern sind. Wie bereits beschrieben, besteht das Behältnis 1 aus einem über Scharniere zusammenhängenden Rahmen 2, aus vier Füssen 5 und aus einer Bodenplatte 6. Der Transportbehälter 7 ist dementsprechend aufgeteilt, so dass sich die einzelnen Komponenten des Behältnisses 1 darin optimal einlegen lassen. Die Bodenplatten 6 und die Füsse 5 werden in einen Mittelteil eingefahren resp. eingelegt, wobei sich die Bodenplatten 6 seitlich einschieben und herausnehmen lassen, während die Füsse 5 ineinandergeschachtelt von oben eingelegt werden können. Die vordere und hintere Raumaufteilung des Transportbehälters 7 ist für die Aufnahme der zusammengeklappten Rahmen 2 reserviert. Allgemein wird bei diesem Transportbehälter 7 angestrebt, eine möglichst grosse Anzahl von demontierten Behältnissen 1 verstauen zu können, wobei die Einlegung und Herausnahme arbeitsfreundlich gestaltet sein muss. Mit der hier gezeigten Disposition lasst sich eine Anzahl von bis zu 40 zerlegten Behältnissen 1 transportieren oder einlagern, womit die hier anfallenden Betriebskosten minimiert werden.
Dass der Zusammenbau und die Demontage des Behältnisses 1 eine denkbar einfache Angelegenheit ist, wurde vorne bereits gewürdigt. Eine Analyse der einzelnen hierzu notwendigen Handgriffe lässt erkennen, dass der Zusammenbau resp. die Demontage des Behältnisses 1 im Grunde genommen aus lediglich vier Operationen besteht:
  • 1. Auslegen des Rahmens 1 auf dem Boden;
  • 2. Einschieben der Füsse von oben;
  • 3. Aufstellen des Rahmens mit den Füssen;
  • 4. Einlegen der Bodenplatte.
    • Die Demontage des Behältnisses gestaltet sich reziprok hierzu.
    Eine wichtige Voraussetzung für eine hohe Akzeptanz dieses Behältnisses 1 besteht darin, dass sowohl die Montage als auch die Demontage kein einziges Hilfswerkzeug vonnöten macht. Ebenso sind lose Hilfsmontageteile nicht gefragt. Des weiteren darf nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass die relative Leichtgewichtigkeit des total zusammengebauten Behältnisses 1 eine nicht zu unterschätzende Bedienungsfreundlichkeit mit sich bringt.

    Claims (6)

    1. Behältnis (1) zur Aufnahme von Waren, mit einem n-eckigen Rahmen (2), dessen Ecken in Falzrichtung des zusammenklappbaren Rahmens (2) wirkende Scharniere (3) aufweisen, wobei mindestens die Unterseite des Rahmens (2) Mittel zur lösbaren Verankerung einer die Grundfläche des Behältnisses (1) bildenden Platte (6) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder Ecke des Rahmens (2) ein Eckteil (4) zur Aufnahme eines Fusses (5) angebracht ist, und dass jeder Eckteil (4) eine doppelte Verankerungsfläche aufweist, die zwei Scharniere (3) trägt, von denen jedes mit dem jeweils angrenzenden Rahmenteil verbunden ist.

    4. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende des Rahmens (2) Mittel für eine lösbare Kopplung der auf dem Rahmen (2) auflegbaren Platte (6) aufweist.
    5. Behältnis nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Füsse (5) bodenseitig mit Rollen ausgerüstet sind.
    6. Verwendung des Behältnisses nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5 als Wühltisch, Aktionstisch, Verkaufstisch oder Schlagertisch in Kaufhäusern.
