Abstract

Der Back-, Brat- und Grillofen (1) hat zwei Gebläse (14, 15) und eine die Gebläse gegen den Garraum (7) abschirmende Blende (11), welche mindestens ein Lenkorgan (23) zum Ablenken des vom Gebläse erzeug­ ten Luftstromes aus einer zur Guteinschieberichtung parallelen Richtung aufweist. Das Lenkorgan (23) ist als Rohr, Ein- oder Doppelklappe ausgebildet und vorzugsweise richtungsverstellbar. Es ist im Bereich der Mittellängsachse des Garraumes (7) angeordnet. Die Blende (11) weist oben und unten einen Durchgang für die Rückführung der Luft zu den Gebläsen auf. Ferner ist im Bereich des Bodens (8) und der Decke (9) je ein Heizregister (17, 18) angeordnet, welche programmiert schaltbar sind. Dieser Ofen trägt all den heutigen Gepflogenheiten und Wünschen Rechnung. Er stellt eine weitergehende Optimierung zu tunlich­ ster Befriedigung aller Ansprüche dar.
