Claims (6)
- Anordnung mit einem Einbauherd und einem Kochfeld (12) und/oder einer Arbeitsplatte (11), welcher Einbauherd einen Backofen (1) mit einer eine Wrasenauslaßöffnung (7) besitzenden Ofenmuffel (4) aufweist und unterhalb des Kochfeldes und/oder der Arbeitsplatte angeordnet ist, die eine Abluftöffnung (17) aufweisen, an die eine Unterdruckquelle (19) angeschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abluftöffnung (17) im freiem Abstand von die Ofenmuffel (4) umziehenden Strömungskanälen (20, 21, 22) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abluftöffnung (17) im freien Abstand von der Wrasenauslaßöffnung (7) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Abluftöffnung (17) ein Sauglüfter (19) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Ofenmuffel (4) umgebendes Ofengehäuse (2) der Abluftöffnung (17) zugewandte bzw. benachbarte Strömungsöffnungen (23) besitzt, die mit den die Ofenmuffel (4) umziehenden Strömungskanälen (20, 21, 22) strömungsmäßig in Verbindung stehen.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wrasenauslaßöffnung (7) mit einer Strömungsöffnung (9) im Ofengehäuse (2) durch einen Wrasenkanal (8) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterdruckquelle (19) durch eine Steuereinrichtung aktivierbar ist, die ihrerseits mit einer die Feuchtigkeit und/oder die Temperatur des Wrasens erfassenden Sensoreinrichtung in Verbindung steht.
