Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif avec un fourneau de cuisine encastrable et une plaque froide cuisson (12) et/ou un plan de travail (11), dont le fourneau de cuisine encastrable présente un four (1) avec un moufle de four (4) possédant une ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (7) et est disposé en dessous de la plaque froide cuisson et/ou du plan de travail qui présentent une ouverture d'évacuation d'air (17) à laquelle est reliée une source de dépression (19), caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'évacuation d'air (17) est disposée à une distance libre des canaux d'écoulement (20, 21, 22) entourant le moufle du four (4).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'évacuation d'air (17) est disposée à une distance libre de l'ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (7).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un ventilateur d'aspiration (19) est disposé dans l'ouverture d'évacuation d'air.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une enveloppe de four (2) entourant le moufle du four (4) possède des ouvertures d'écoulement (23) tournées vers, respectivement avoisinant l'ouverture d'évacuation d'air (17), lesdites ouvertures d'écoulement étant reliées de manière à permettre un écoulement avec les canaux d'écoulement (20, 21, 22) entourant le moufle du four (4).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'échappement de vapeur (7) est reliée avec une ouverture d'écoulement (9) dans l'enveloppe du four (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un canal pour la vapeur (8).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la source de dépression (19) est activable par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de commande qui pour sa part est en relation avec un dispositif de détection enregistrant l'humidité et / ou la température de la vapeur.
