Claims (4)
- Four comprenant une moufle de four pouvant être fermée par une porte de four, la porte de four présentant dans la partie centrale une fenêtre transparente pourvue d'une vitre frontale et derrière, dans un fond de porte orienté vers l'intérieur de la moufle, un bloc de fenêtre avec au moins une autre vitre et des orifices d'admission d'air destinés à amener un courant d'air de convection à l'intérieur de l'espace creux enveloppé par le fond de porte, caractérisé en ce qu'une barrière de courant (18) est prévue entre le bloc de fenêtre (12) et le pourtour de la fenêtre transparente (10) de la vitre frontale (9).
- Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barrière de courant (18) est réalisée sous forme de chicanes d'air attachées ensemble à la manière d'un cadre, disposées sur le bloc de fenêtre (12) et s'étendant depuis celui-ci au moins approximativement vers la vitre frontale (9).
- Four selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des orifices d'échappement d'air (20), de préférence allongés, sont prévus sur le côté supérieur de l'espace creux enveloppé par le fond de porte (11).
- Four selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les orifices d'échappement d'air (20) se trouvent au voisinage immédiat de fentes d'aération (7) disposées sur le côté supérieur de la porte et destinées à l'évacuation forcée d'air d'échappement créée par une soufflante d'air de refroidissement (5) prévue dans le corps (1) du four.
