Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication en continu d'emballages de groupes d'objets se trouvant de chant au moyen d'un tube d'enveloppement comportant un Joint longitudinal formant nervure et deux joints transversaux, les objets étant amenés à des moyens (4) de plissage de tube, dans lesquels un matériau (20) d'emballage est placé sous la forme d'un tube autour d'un groupe de ces objets, le premier et le dernier objets de chacun des groupes (3, 3') d'objets étant maintenus, pendant une première section de transport, par des dispositifs (12, 11, 12', 11') de maintien à déplacement circulaire d'un premier dispositif (1) de transport guidé autour d'un organe (6) de renvoi disposé en aval jusqu'à ce que la fonction de support soit reprise par le tube constituant un deuxième dispositif de transport et ce tube (20) étant transporté plus loin grâce à des moyens (7, 8, 9) de transport de tube qui se trouvent dans une zone entre un dispositif (10) de scellement et les moyens (4) de plissage du tube, caractérisé en ce que, dans le tube (20), avant les moyens (7, 8, 9) de transport de tube et au niveau de l'organe (6) de renvoi du premier dispositif de transport est créée une dépression pour presser le matériau (20) d'emballage sur les arêtes des objets (3').
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dépression a une valeur comprise dans le domaine de 300 Pa à 1000 Pa.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la dépression varie selon une cadence réglée mécaniquement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les variations de dépression variant selon une cadence fixée mécaniquement ont une valeur inférieure à +/- 100 Pa.
  5. Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, comprenant un premier dispositif (1) de transport destiné aux objets et qui comporte un dispositif (12, 11, 12', 11', ...) de maintien à déplacement circulaire destiné au maintien de chant des objets et qui est entraîné par un organe (6) de renvoi disposé en aval, des moyens (4) de plissage de tube destinés à former un tube (20) autour de chaque groupe desdits objets et des moyens (7, 8, 9) de transport de tube pour le transport plus loin du tube (20) contenant les groupes, lesdits moyens (7, 8, 9) de transport de tube se trouvant dans une zone entre un dispositif de scellement (10) et les moyens (4) de plissage du tube, caractérisé en ce que l'organe (6) de renvoi est disposé dans une chambre d'aspiration (5) qui est reliée à une source de vide (16) et en ce que cette chambre d'aspiration (5) se trouve avant les moyens (7, 8, 9) de transport de tube.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'aspiration (5) comporte à chaque fois une ouverture (53; 54) à travers laquelle les dispositifs (11, 12'; 51, 52) de maintien à déplacement circulaire entrent et sortent.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que dans la chambre d'aspiration (5) est prévu un dispositif de renvoi comprenant un axe et une roue de renvoi (6).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la chambre d'aspiration (5) comporte une autre ouverture comportant une fermeture réglable (18) et/ou le dispositif d'aspiration (15, 16) comporte un clapet réglable (17).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la fermeture (18) et/ou le clapet (17) peuvent être commandés en cadence par rapport aux mouvements de traversée des dispositifs (11, 12' 51, 52) de maintien à déplacement circulaire à travers les deux premières ouvertures (53, 54) de telle sorte que la dépression existant dans la chambre d'aspiration (5) ne soit soumise qu'à de faibles variations.
