Abstract
Die Kontaktwalze (3) und die eine Rolle (5a) haben jeweils eine glatte harte Oberflächenschicht mit einem Mittenrauhwert Ra kleiner 0,4 µm und einer Brinellhärte HB größer als 10 HB 2,5/62,5.
Der Abstand zwischen den Rollen (5a, 5b) zum Verdrängen der Luftgrenzschichten (4) und dem Kontaktpunkt von Folienwickel (8) und der Kontaktwalze (3) wird so klein gewählt, daß sich nur in geringem Maße neue Luftgrenzschichten (4) auf den Folienbahnabschnitten innerhalb des Zwickels (6) bilden können.
