Abstract

Bei einer Anschlußvorrichtung für Wasserzapfarmaturen (2) mit einem in oder auf der Gebäudewand (5) angeordneten An­schlußstück (1), an dem die Wasserversorgungsrohrleitungen (11) anschließbar sind und an dem die aus der Gebäudewand (5) vorstehende Zapfarmatur (2) befestigbar ist, ist zur Ver­besserung der Wandabdeckung für die Anschlußvorrichtung vorgeschlagen, daß die Zapfarmatur einen etwa zylin­drischen Gehäuseteil aufweist, auf dem ein als Rohr­schelle ausgebildeter, im Durchmesser geteilter Halter (4) befestigbar ist, an dem eine Rosette (3) zur Abdeckung und Abdichtung des Anschlußstücks in der Gebäudewand fixierbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlußvorrichtung für Wasserarmaturen mit den im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmalen.
    Eine derartige Anschlußvorrichtung ist aus der Druck­schrift DE 37 23 828 A1 bekannt. Bei dieser Anschluß­vorrichtung ist auf einem verdickten Teil des Gehäuses an der Armatur eine einstückige Rosette aufschiebbar. Bei den Anschlußarbeiten kann diese Rosette jedoch eine nicht unerhebliche Behinderung darstellen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, für eine Anschlußvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbe­griffs des Anspruchs 1 die Wandabdeckung zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß mit den kennzeich­nenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
    Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den An­sprüchen 2 bis 12 angegeben.
    Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß die für die Wandabdeckung vor­gesehene Rosette bei den Anschlußarbeiten völlig von der Zapfarmatur entfernt werden kann. Mit Hilfe des Halters kann darüber hinaus die Rosette exakt an die besonderen Gegebenheiten einer Gebäudewand angepaßt werden. Mit Hilfe der Schrauben ist sichergestellt, daß die Rosette mit einem Dichtring, z.B. aus Moosgummi, an der Gebäudewand anliegt, so daß sowohl an der Wand als auch an dem Schaft der Armatur eine sichere Abdichtung gewährleistet ist, was besonders für Gebäudewände in Leichtbauweise wichtig ist.
    Außerdem bietet der Halter zusätzlich die Möglichkeit, diesen radial aus dem Bereich der Abdeckrosette heraus­zuführen und mit einem Bügel zu versehen für die Ablage einer Handbrause etc. Zweckmäßig kann die Abdeckrosette aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden, so daß auch das Ein­schubteil kostengünstig und paßgenau gefertigt werden kann. Darüber hinaus lassen sich bei einer Herstellung der Rosette im Spritzgießverfahren mit relativ einfa­chen Mitteln Möglichkeiten zur Verrastung des Einschub­teils in der Stecklage in der Rosette realisieren.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeich­nung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigt
    • Figur 1 die Anschlußvorrichtung in Perspek­tivdarstellung, wobei die einzelnen Elemente der Vorrichtung auseinander­gezogen dargestellt sind;
    • Figur 2 die Anschlußvorrichtung in einer Gebäudewand installiert in Seiten­ansicht.
  • Die in Figur 2 dargestellte Anschlußvorrichtung wird von einem Anschlußstück 1, einer Zapfarmatur 2, einer Rosette 3 und einem Halter 4 gebildet.
    Das Anschlußstück 1 wird dabei in einer Gebäudewand an­geordnet und mit den Versorgungsrohrleitungen 11 für Kalt- und Warmwasser verbunden. In dem Anschlußstück 1 ist für das Kalt- und Warmwasser jeweils ein Vorab­sperrventil 12 angeordnet. Das Anschlußstück 1 kann da­her vom Wasserdruck des Versorgungsleitungsnetzes be­aufschlagt werden, ohne daß die Zapfarmatur angeschlos­sen sein muß. Das Anschlußstück 1 wird meist während der Rohbauphase in der Gebäudewand installiert und zu einem späteren Zeitraum, wenn die Gebäudewände verputzt und verfliest sind, werden nach dem Entfernen einer an dem Anschlußstück 1 befestigten Einbauschablone wahl­weise Zapfarmaturen 2 angeschlossen. Die Zapfarmatur 2 wird dabei mit einem Flansch 22 in eine Aufnahme 13 an das Anschlußstück 1 unter Zwischenlage einer Dichtung eingefügt und mit Schrauben 23, die in Gewindebohrungen 14 eingedreht werden, dicht fixiert.
    Zur Abdeckung und Abdichtung der Öffnung 51 in der Ge­bäudewand 5 ist eine Rosette 3, die mit einem Halter 4 auf der Zapfarmatur befestigbar ist, vorgesehen. Der Halter 4 ist rohrschellenartig und zweiteilig aus­gebildet, wobei zwischen dem Halter 4 und der Zapfarma­tur 2 ein Ring 44 aus Kunststoff angeordnet ist, dessen Mantelfläche 441 ballig ausgebildet ist, so daß Winkel­abweichungen zwischen der Achse der Zapfarmatur 2 und der Gebäudewand 5 ausgeglichen werden können. An der einen Hälfte des Halters 4 ist ein U-förmiger Haken 42 ausgebildet, in den die andere Hälfte mit einem mäan­derförmigen Teil 43 einhängbar ist, so daß mit einer Spannschraube 41 der Halter 4 auf der Zapfarmatur 2 verspannbar ist. Der Halter 4 ist dabei radial aus der Rosette 3 herausgeführt und weist in diesem Bereich einen Ablagebügel 45 für eine Handbrause auf. Der Hal­ ter 4 ist dabei mit radial vorstehenden Elementen, wie Ablagebügel 45 und/oder besonders ausgebildete Laschen 47, versehen, die beim Verschieben auf dem zylindri­schen Gehäuse gegen die Gebäudewand 5 an dessen Ober­fläche zur Anlage gelangen und somit die Verschiebbar­keit begrenzen. Die Rosette 3 hat zur Aufnahme der vor­stehenden Elemente entsprechende Ausnehmungen, so daß mit einem, z.B. aus Moosgummi bestehenden Dichtring 35 eine gute Abdichtung zur Gebäudewand 5 erzielbar ist, aber die Einleitung für den Rosettenwerkstoff schäd­licher Spannungen vermieden wird.
    Nach der Befestigung des Halters 4 kann die Rosette 3 mit Hilfe eines Radialschlitzes 33 radial über das Ge­häuse der Zapfarmatur 2 geschoben werden. Zur guten Dichtung ist auf dem Gehäuse der Zapfarmatur 2 ein Ab­dichtring 21 verschiebbar angeordnet, auf den die Ro­sette 3 mit dem Radialschlitz 33 aufgeschoben wird. Zur Abdichtung des Radialschlitzes 33 kann danach ein Ein­schubteil 31 radial in die Rosette 3 eingeschoben wer­den. Zur Halterung sind hierbei Führungen 32 an dem Einschubteil 31 und der Rosette 32 ausgebildet. Zur Sicherung des Einschubteils 31 in der Stecklage können zur Verrastung Schnappnasen (in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt) an der Rosette 3 und/oder dem Einschubteil 31 ausgebildet sein. Hiernach kann mit Hilfe der Schrauben 34 die Rosette 3 an dem Halter 4 in Gewinde­bohrungen 46 befestigt und mit dem Dichtring 35 an der Gebäudewand 5 zur Anlage gebracht werden, so daß die Öffnung 51 in der Gebäudewand 5 dicht und in anspre­chender Form abgedeckt ist, wie es insbesondere aus Figur 2 der Zeichnung zu entnehmen ist.

Claims (12)

1. Anschlußvorrichtung für Wasserzapfarmaturen mit einem in oder auf der Gebäudewand etc. angeordneten Anschlußstück, an dem die Wasserversorgungsrohrlei­tungen anschließbar sind und an dem die aus der Ge­bäudewand vorstehende Zapfarmatur befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zapfarmatur (2) ei­nen etwa zylindrischen Gehäuseteil aufweist, auf dem ein als Rohrschelle ausgebildeter, im Durchmes­ser geteilter Halter (4) befestigbar ist, an dem eine Rosette (3) zur Abdeckung und Abdichtung des Anschlußstücks (1) in der Gebäudewand (5) fixierbar ist.
2. Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rosette (3) einen Radial­schlitz (33) aufweist, so daß sie radial über das Gehäuseteil der Zapfarmatur schiebbar ist und der offene Schlitzbereich mit einem Einschubteil (31) verschließbar ist.
3. Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Hälften des rohr­schellenartigen Halters (4) an der einen Seite scharnierartig verbunden und an der anderen Seite mit einer Spannschraube (41) zusammenpreßbar sind.
4. Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß die scharnierartige Verbindung mit Hilfe eines, an der einen Hälfte ausgebildeten U-förmigen Hakens (42), in den die andere Hälfte mit einem mäanderförmigen Teil (43) einhängbar ist, erfolgt.

Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Zapf­armatur (2) und dem Halter (4) ein Ring (44), bei­spielsweise aus Kunststoff, angeordnet ist, dessen äußere Mantelfläche (441) ballig ausgebildet ist, so daß Winkelabweichungen zwischen der Zapfarmatur (2) und der Gebäudewand (5) ausgleichbar sind.
6. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rosette (3) mit Schrauben (34) an dem Halter (4) befestigbar ist.
7. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (4) radial aus dem Bereich der Rosette (3) herausge­führt ist und einen Ablagebügel (45) für eine Hand­brause hat.
8. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur dichten Aufnahme der Rosette (3) auf der Zapfarmatur (2) ein Ab­dichtring (21) vorgesehen ist.
9. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rosette (3) aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist und das Einschubteil (31) mit Führungen (32) in der Rosette (3) gehalten ist.
10. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einschubteil (31) mit Schnappzungen in der Stecklage in der Ro­sette (3) verrastet ist.
11. Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (4) auf dem zylindrischen Gehäuseteil verschiebbar ist, so daß unterschiedliche Einbautiefen in Relation zur Oberfläche der Gebäudewand (5) ausgleichbar sind.

Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (4) ra­dial vorstehende Elemente aufweist, derart, daß der Halter (4) bei einem Verschieben auf dem Gehäuse­teil an der Oberfläche der Gebäudewand (5) zur An­lage gelangt und somit die Verschiebbarkeit limi­tiert, und die Rosette (3) entsprechende Ausnehmun­gen aufweist, so daß mit dem Dichtring (35) eine Abdichtung an der Gebäudewand (5) erzielt wird, aber die Einleitung für den Rosettenwerkstoff schädlicher Spannungen vermieden wird.
