Abstract

Bodenaufsteller aus Faltmaterial mit einem Fuß mit einer Vorderwand (1), einer Rückwand (3) und zwei Seitenwänden (2), in denen mittig je eine Längsfaltlinie (4) verläuft, wobei an die Vorderwand (1) ein Bodenfeld (6) angelenkt ist, das über die Fläche des Fußes gefaltet werden kann und das in dieser aufgefalteten Lage des Bodenaufstellers mit seinem rückwärtigen Ende am Fuß verankert werden kann, ferner mit einer Verlängerung (7) der Rückwand (3) des Fußes nach oben, die, ggfs. mit Verlängerungen der Seitenwände (2), zusammen mit dem Bodenfeld (6) einen Aufnahameraum für Waren ausbildet, wobei der Bodenaufsteller flach gefaltet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Rückwand (3) und an die Seitenwände (2) des Fußes jeweils eine rechte bzw. eine linke Stützlasche (10,11) angelenkt sind, die in aufgefaltetem Zustand des Bodenaufstellers in den Fuß hineinragen und auf die eine an die rückwärtige Kante (15) des Bodenfeldes (6) angelenkte Lasche (16) mit Schlitzen aufgeschoben werden kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Bodenaufsteller aus Faltmaterial mit einem Fuß mit einer Vorderwand, einer Rückwand und zwei Seitenwänden, in denen mittig je eine Längsfaltlinie ver­läuft, wobei an die Vorderwand ein Bodnefeld angelenkt ist, das über die Fläche des Fußes gefaltet werden kann und das in dieser aufgefalteten Lage des Bodenaufstellers mit sienem rückwärtigen Ende am Fuß verankert werden kann, ferner mit einer Verlängerung der Rückwand des Fußes nach oben, die, ggf. mit Verlägerungen der Seitenwände, zusammen mit dem Bodenfeld einen Aufnahmeraum für Waren ausbildet, wobei der Bodenaufsteller flach gefaltet werden kann.
  • Einen derartigen Bodenaufsteller beschreibt die deutsche Gebrauchsmusterschrift 88 01 893. Zur Verankerung des Boden­feldes in der aufgefalteten Lage des Bodenaufstellers am Fuß sind dort in den rückwärtigen seitlichen Kanten Schnitt­linien vorgesehen derart, daß dreieckförmige Felder des Fußes nach innen gedrückt werden können, auf deren Oberkanten dann das Bodenfeld mit seinem rückwärtigen Ende seitlich aufliegt. Das Bodenfeld wird also nur an seinen beiden Seiten im rückwärtigen Bereich gestützt. Wird es mit schwereren Artikeln belastet, so besteht daher die Gefahr, daß das Bodenfeld im mittleren Bereich durchbiegt und dann ggf. sogar von seinen Stützen abrutscht. Noch nachteiliger fällt ins Gewicht, daß zum Auffalten des Bodenaufstellers die Stützlaschen mit gesonderten Handgriffen aus den Wänden nach innen herausgedrückt werden müssen, so daß dieser bekannte Bodenaufsteller nicht mehr mit einem einzigen Handgriff aus seiner flachgefalteten Lage aufgefaltet werden kann.
  • Die Erfindung vermeidet diese Nachteile. Ihr liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Bodenaufsteller mit den eingangs genannten Merkmalen vorzuschlagen, dessen Handhabung fühlbar vereinfacht ist. Auch soll das Bodenfeld höher belastbar sein.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Erfindung dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß an die Rückwand und an die Seitenwände des Fußes jeweils eine rechte bzw. eine linke Stützlasche ange­lenkt sind, die in aufgefaltetem Zustand des Bodenauf­stellers in den Fuß hineinragen und auf die eine an die rückwärtige Kante des Bodenaufstellers angelenkte Lasche mit Schlitzen aufgeschoben werden kann.
  • Die mit den Schlitzen versehene Lasche erstreckt sich im wesentlichen rechtwinklig zum eigentlichen Bodenfeld und versteift dieses daher fühlbar an seiner kritischen rück­wärtigen Kante, und zwar über dessen gesamte Länge. Die Lasche versteift aber nicht nur das Bodenfeld,sondern dient gleichzeitig zur Arretierung und für die Auflage des Boden­feldes an den Stützlaschen, die beim Auffalten des erfindungs­gemäßen Bodenaufstellers aus seiner flachgefalteten Lage selbsttätig mit aufgefaltet werden derart, daß sie in den Innenraum des Fußes hineinragen.
  • Der eingangs beschriebene bekannte Bodenaufsteller wird aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt hergestellt. Dieser Zuschnitt kann daher, wenn er nicht beidseitig bedruckt werden soll, was aufwendig ist, nur an seiner Vorderseite oder an seiner Rückseite bedruckt werden. Bei derartigen Bodenaufstellern ist es aber häufig erwünscht, daß sowohl die von außen sichtbare Vorderseite der Vorderwand wie auch die Vorder­ seite der Verlängerung der Rückwand bedruckt werden können.
  • Um dies zu erreichen, sieht eine wichtige Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Bodenaufstellers vor, daß die Rückwand mit ihrer Verlängerung sowie die anschließenden Teile der Seiten­wände, ggf. mit ihren Verlängerungen, einstückig ausgebildet sind, daß die Vorderwand mit dem Bodenfeld und mit den anschließenden Teilen der Seitenwände, ggf. mit ihren Ver­längerungen, ebenfalls einstückig ausgebildet sind und daß die vorderen und hinteren Seitenwandteile miteinander verklebt sind.
  • Man kann daher sowohl die Vorderseite der Vorderwand wie auch die Vorderseite der Verlängerung der Rückwand ent­sprechend bedrucken, was preisgünstig möglich ist. Gleich­zeitig wird durch die beschriebenen Merkmale eine Verstärkung der Konstruktion erreicht, weil die beiden Zuschnitteile, aus denen der Bodenaufsteller besteht, in einer Draufsicht U-förmig aufgefaltet werden und mit ihren Seitenwandteilen miteinander verklebt werden, so daß der Bodenaufsteller dort doppellagig ist.
  • Die Belastbarkeit des Bodenfeldes wird weiterhin erhöht, wenn, wie es bevorzugt wird, die Seitenwände mit dem Boden­feld über daran angelenkte Verbindungsfelder verbunden sind, in denen jeweils eine Faltlinie angelegt ist, die den Auf­faltvorgang ermöglicht. In der aufgefalteten Lage des Boden­aufstellers hängt das Bodenfeld gewissermaßen seitlich an den Verbindungsfeldern, die ihrerseits an die Seitenwände angelenkt sind, wodurch das Bodenfeld auch seitlich gut abgestützt wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden anhand eines Ausführungsbei­spieles näher erläutert, aus dem sich weitere wichtige Merk­male ergeben. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 - eine Perspektivansicht eines erfindunsgemäßen Bodenaufstellers in aufgefaltetem Zustand;
    • Fig. 2 - eine Draufsicht auf den Bodenaufsteller, dessen Bodenfeld teilweise aufgefaltet ist;
    • Fig. 3 - als Einzelheit eine Innenansicht des Verbindungs­feldes zwischen dem Bodenfeld und der Seiten­wand mit angelenktem Bodenfeld.
  • Zunächst sei anhand von Fig. 1 der grundsätzliche Aufbau des erfindungsgemäßen Bodenaufstellers erläutert. Dieser besteht aus einer Vorderwand 1, einer rechten und linken Seitenwand 2 und einer Rückwand 3. In den beiden Seitenwänden verläuft mittig je eine Längsfaltlinie 4.
  • An die Oberkante der Vorderwand 1 ist über eine Faltlinie 5 ein Bodenfeld 6 angelenkt, das zur Aufnahme von Waren dient.
  • Der Fuß 1 hat nach oben eine Verlängerung 7 und auch die Seitenwände 2 haben obere Verlängerungen 8. Die Verlängerungen bilden zusammen mit dem Bodenfeld einen nach vorne offenen Aufnahmeraum für zu präsentierende Waren aus.
  • Der Bodenaufsteller kann zickzackförmig flach gefaltet ver­schickt werden, wozu Querfaltlinien 9 vorgesehen sind.
  • Zum Abstützen der hinteren Kante des Bodenfeldes 6 sind an die Rückwand 3 und an die Seitenwände 2 jeweils rechte und linke Stützlaschen mit L-Profil angelenkt, die am besten aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich sind. Diese habe ein Stützlaschenteil 10 parallel zur Rückwand 3 und ein Stützlaschenteil 11 parallel zu den Seitenwänden 2. Sie sind aus dem Material einer Teil-Seitenwand 12 ausgestanzt, das zusammen mit einer Teil-Seitenwand 13 des Vorderteils jeweils die beiden Seiten­wände 2 ausbildet. Beide Teil-Seitenwände sind miteinander verklebt. Vgl. Fig. 2. Die Stützlasche 11 endet in einer Klebelasche 14, die wiederum mit der Rückwand 3 verklebt ist.
  • An die in der aufgefalteten Lage nach Fig. 1 rückwärtige Kante 15 des Bodenfeldes 6 ist eine Lasche 16 angelenkt, die seitliche Schlitze 17 hat. In aufgefaltetem Zustand nach Fig. 1 wird die Lasche mit ihren Schlitzen auf die Stützlaschen 11 aufgesteckt und dadurch wird das Bodenfeld arretiert und gleichzeitig versteift.
  • Seitlich wird das Bodenfeld an die Seitenwände gewissermaßen angehängt, und zwar über seitliche Verbindungsfelder 18, die in Fig. 3 gezeigt sind. Diese haben eine Faltlinie 19, die den Auffaltvorgang erleichtert. Die Faltlinie geht aus von einer gemeinsamen Ecke 20 zwischen der Vorderwand 1 und der Seitenwand 2. Das Verbindungsfeld 18 ist über eine Faltlinie 21 an das Bodenfeld 6 angelenkt und über eine weitere Faltlinie: 22 an den vorderen Teil der betreffenden Seiten­wand 2.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt auch die zweiteilige Herstellung des Bodenauf­stellers, nämlich einerseits aus der Vorderwand 1 mit dem Bodenfeld 6 und der Lasche 16 sowie den außen befindlichen und sich vorzugsweise über die gesamte Länge der Seitenwände erstreckenden Teil-Seitenwände 13 und andererseits aus der Rückwand 3 mit Verlängerung 7, den rückwärtigen Seitenwand­teilen 12 einschließlich ihrer Verlängerungen 8 und den beiden Stützlaschen mit ihren Laschenteilen 10, 11, 14.

Claims (3)

1. Bodenaufsteller aus Faltmaterial mit einem Fuß mit einer Vorderwand (1), einer Rückwand (3) und zwei Seitenwänden (2), in denen mittig je eine Längsfaltlinie (4) verläuft, wobei an die Vorderwand (1) ein Bodenfeld (6) angelenkt ist. das über die Fläche des Fußes gefaltet werden kann und das in dieser aufgefalteten Lge des Bodenaufstellers mit seinem rückwärtigen Ende am Fuß verankert werden kann, ferner mit einer Verlängerung (7) der Rückwand (3) des Fußes nach oben, die, ggfs. mit Verlängerungen der Seitenwände (2), zusammen mit dem Bodenfeld (6) einen Aufnahmeraum für Waren ausbildet, wobei der Bodenaufsteller flach gefaltet werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an die Rückwand (3) und an die Seitenwände (2) des Fußes jeweils eine rechte bzw. eine linke Stützlasche (10,11) angelenkt sind, die in aufgefaltetem Zustand des Bodenaufstellers in den Fuß hineinragen und auf die eine an die rückwärtige Kante (15) des Bodenfeldes (6) angelenkte Lasche (16) mit Schlitzen (17) aufgeschoben werden kann.
2. Bodenaufsteller nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rückwand (3) mit ihrer Verlängerung (7) sowie die anschließenden Teile der Seitenwände, ggfs. mit ihren Verlängerungen, einstückig ausgebildet sind, daß die Vorderwand (1) mit dem Bodenfeld (6) und mit den anschließenden Teilen der Seitenwände, ggfs. mit ihren Verlängerungen, ebenfalls einstückig ausgebildet sind und daß die vorderen und hinteren Seitenwandteile miteinander verklebt sind.
3. Bodenaufsteller nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Seitenwände (2) mit dem einen Bodenfeld (6) über daran angelenkte Verbindungsfelder (18) verbunden sind, in denen Faltlinien (19) angelegt sind, die den Auffaltvorgang ermöglichen.
