Claims (4)

  1. Imprimante matricielle comprenant une tête d'impression (2) qui se déplace le long de la ligne à imprimer, pourvue de plusieurs éléments d'impression (4, 13, 14) qui sont placés l'un à côté de l'autre dans la tête d'impression, décalés tout au moins en partie, dans le sens de déplacement, et qui impriment des points l'un après l'autre dans le sens du déplacement, dans au moins une grille d'impression prescrite, sur un support d'enregistrement, et un montage de circuit (32) servant à produire des signaux d'impression pour les éléments d'impression, les signaux d'impression étant dérivés de signaux de commande provenant d'au moins un générateur de caractères (34), et chaque élément d'impression étant pourvu d'un dispositif de temporisation (441, 442, ..., 449) qui retarde les signaux de commande d'une durée correspondant au décalage mutuel des éléments d'impression par rapport à une colonne de la grille d'impression, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de temporisation (441, 442, ..., 449) de chaque élément d'impression retarde les signaux de commande d'un temps de retard qui est fonction du parcours de la tête d'impression ou de la vitesse de la tête d'impression, ce temps de retard étant déterminé par l'intervalle entre une impulsion d'enregistrement apparaissant avec les données provenant du générateur de caractères (34) et une impulsion d'extraction des données particulière à chaque dispositif de temporisation (441, 442, ..., 449), qui est produite par des prises (491, 492, ..., 499) d'un registre à décalage (48) à travers lequel l'impulsion d'enregistrement est déplacée à l'aide d'une cadence fine dérivée de la position de la tête d'impression et nettement plus fine que la grille d'impression.
  2. Imprimante matricielle suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée a ce que le registre à décalage (48) comporte un premier nombre de groupes (60, 64, 68, ...) ayant chacun un deuxième nombre d'étages (601, ..., 605), parmi lesquels chaque groupe délivre une impulsion d'extraction de données destinée à un autre dispositif de temporisation et qui est, en outre, acheminée à un groupe suivant, les deuxièmes nombres d'étages après lesquels une impulsion d'extraction de données est délivrée étant déterminés par la disposition géométrique horizontale des éléments d'impression (13, 14) dans la tête d'impression (2).
  3. Imprimante matricielle suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième nombre d'étages (601, ..., 605) de chaque groupe (60, 64, 68, ...) après lesquels est délivrée une impulsion d'extraction de données, peut être modifié pour influer sur la position angulaire du signe imprimé.
  4. Imprimante matricielle suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'un sélecteur (62, 66, 70, ...) est chaque fois monté à la suite des derniers étages (601, ..., 605) de chaque groupe (60, 64, 68, ...) et que tous les sélecteurs sont commandés en commun.
