Claims (7)

  1. Elément de choc (1, 2) pour le rotor d'un broyeur à chocs destiné à broyer des pierres ou des éléments similaires, lequel rotor comporte une plaque de base portant de façon centrée l'élément de choc (1, 2), et une plaque de recouvrement pourvue d'une ouverture d'alimentation centrale et d'ouvertures d'évacuation situées à la périphérie du rotor, étant précisé que l'élément de choc (1, 2) va en s'effilant vers le haut et est composé d'une partie inférieure annulaire (1) et d'une partie supérieure conique (2), caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux parties (1, 2) de l'élément de choc comporte une plaque support (3, 4) et un élément de protection contre l'usure (5, 6) disposé sur celle-ci.
  2. Elément de choc selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de protection contre l'usure se composent de pièces d'appui d'usure en céramique (5, 6) qui sont collées aux plaques supports (3, 4) suivant une complémentarité de forme radiale.
  3. Elément de choc selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (3) de la partie annulaire (1) présente, sur sa face supérieure, une rainure annulaire destinée à recevoir une nervure annulaire (8) de l'élément de protection contre l'usure.
  4. Elément de choc selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque support (4) de la partie conique (2) présente, sur sa face supérieure, une nervure annulaire (9) qui vient en prise dans une cavité prévue sur la face inférieure de l'élément de protection contre l'usure.
  5. Elément de choc selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de protection contre l'usure de la partie annulaire (1) se compose d'un corps annulaire d'une seule pièce.
  6. Elément de choc selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'appui en céramique (5) de la partie annulaire (1) se compose de segments d'anneau individuels (7).
  7. Elément de choc selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les pièces d'appui en céramique (5, 6) sont définies par des pièces pressées denses obtenues par frittage et contenant environ 90 % en poids d'oxyde d'aluminium.
