Abstract

Bei einer Wasserauslaufarmatur (1) mit einer Schlauchleitung (2) für die Wasserversorgung, wobei ein Griffstück vorgesehen ist, an dessen einen Endbereich die Schlauchleitung (2) anschließbar und an dessen anderen Endbereich ein Wasserauslaßmundstück (15) vorgesehen ist, ist zur Verbesserung und insbesondere zur variablen Gestalt des Handgriffs vorgeschlagen, daß das Griffstück als Hülse (13) ausgebildet ist, an dem zwei Endstücke (11, 12) jeweils mit einer Kupplung verbindbar sind, wobei die wasserführende Verbindung durch die Hülse (13) von einem Rohr (14) gebildet ist, das jeweils mit einem Endbereich gedichtet in einer Aufnahmebohrung der Endstücke (11, 12) einfaßt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wasserauslaufarmatur mit einer Schlauchleitung für die Wasserversorgung, wobei ein Griffstück vorgesehen ist, an dessen einen Endbe­reich die Schlauchleitung anschließbar und an dessen anderen Endbereich ein Wasserauslaßmundstück vorgesehen ist.
    Eine derartige Armatur ist aus dem DE-GM 1 732 891 be­kannt. Bei diesem Handstück mit Handstückfunktionstei­len ist das Handstück aus Kunststoff als hohlgepreßtes Formteil ausgebildet, wobei an der einen Stirnseite eine Schlauchleitung und an der anderen, um etwa 90° umgebogenen Stirnseite, ein Brausekopf mittels Gewinde anschraubbar ist. Hierbei ist es zwar möglich, ver­schiedene Brauseköpfe oder Wasserauslaßmundstücke an den Handgriff anzuschrauben, der Handgriff selbst ist aber nicht variabel.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die eingangs beschriebene Wasserauslaufarmatur zu verbessern, wobei es mit zur Aufgabe gehört, die Wasserauslaufarmatur in einfacher Weise aus Einzelteilen variabel zusammensetz­bar zu gestalten.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Griffstück als Hülse ausgebildet ist, an dem zwei Endstücke jeweils mit einer Kupplung verbindbar sind, wobei die wasserführende Verbindung durch die Hülse von einem Rohr gebildet ist, das jeweils mit einem Endbe­reich gedichtet in eine Aufnahmebohrung der Endstücke einfaßt.
  • Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß die Auslaufarmatur variabel mit verschiedenen Griffstücken und/oder Endstücken in ein­facher Weise ausgestattet werden kann. Diese Ausgestal­tung ermöglicht insbesondere bei farbigen Armaturen die Wasserauslaufarmatur wahlweise mehrfarbig zu gestalten. Das hülsenförmige Griffstück kann dabei vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, wobei hier ein Kunst­stoff eingesetzt werden kann, der mit Chrom beschichtet werden kann, da die Wasserführung durch ein inneres, vorzugsweise aus Metall herzustellendes Rohr sicherge­stellt ist.
    Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den An­sprüchen 2 bis 6 angegeben.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeich­nung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrie­ben. Es zeigt
    • Figur 1 eine Wasserauslaufarmatur im Längs­schnitt;
    • Figur 2 die Wasserauslaufarmatur gemäß Figur 1 in der Schnittebene II;
    • Figur 3 ein stromaufwärts gelegenes Endstück in Seitenansicht;
    • Figur 4 das Endstück gemäß Figur 3 in der Schnittebene IV;
    • Figur 5 das in Figur 3 gezeigte Endstück in Draufsicht;
    • Figur 6 das in Figur 1 gezeigte hülsenförmige Griffstück im Längsschnitt;
    • Figur 7 das in Figur 1 gezeigte stromabwärts gelegene Endstück in Seitenansicht;
    • Figur 8 das Endstück gemäß Figur 7 um 90° gedreht;
    • Figur 9 das in Figur 7 gezeigte Endstück in der Schnittebene IX.
  • Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 ist als Teil einer Armatur 4 zur Mischung und oder Zapfung von Wasser ausgebildet. Die Wasserauslaufarma­tur 1 ist dabei an einem Halter 3 an der Armatur 4 auf­steckbar ausgebildet, so daß sie sowohl als stationärer Wasserauslauf als auch als herausziehbare Handbrause verwendbar ist. Das Zapfwasser wird dabei von der Arma­tur 4 über eine Schlauchleitung 2 der Wasserauslaufar­matur 1 zugeführt und tritt nach einer Umlenkung um 180° an ein Mundstück 15 als freier Strahl aus. Das Mundstück 15 kann als Wasserstrahlbelüfter ausgebildet sein oder kann z.B. alternativ verschiedene Strahler­zeugungssysteme konzentrisch beinhalten, so daß sowohl ein belüfteter Wasserstrahl als auch einzelne Brause­strahlen mit dem Mundstück erzeugbar sind.
  • Die Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem stromaufwärts und stromabwärts angeordneten End­stück 11,12, die zur Wasserführung mit einem metallenen Rohr 14 verbunden sind. Das Rohr 14 ist dabei jeweils in einer Aufnahmebohrung 111 und 121 der Endstücke 11,12 einführbar und mit Dichtringen 141 in der Steck­lage gedichtet. Zur Begrenzung der Eintauchtiefe in die Aufnahmebohrungen 111,121 sind Anschlagrippen 1111,1211 ausgebildet.
    Koaxial zu dem Rohr 14 ist als Griffstück eine Hülse 13 vorgesehen, die mittels Bajonettverbindungen 112,122 auf vorkragende Ansätze 113,123 der Endstücke 11,12 aufschiebbar und axial fixierbar ist. Bei der Bajonett­verbindung gleiten hierbei die Bajonettknaggen 131,132 in jeweils einer Bajonettnut 1121,1221 und sichern so­mit die axiale Verriegelung, so daß der in dem Rohr 14 wirksame Wasserdruck sicher von der Hülse 13 aufgenom­men wird.
    Die Endstücke 11,12 sind als 90°-Winkelstücke geformt wobei an dem stromaufwärts gelegenen Endstück 11 ein Anschlußstutzen 16 ausgebildet ist, der zusammen mit einer Überwurfmutter 21 der Schlauchleitung 2 die An­schlußverbindung für die Wasserzuführung herstellt und gleichzeitig einen Zapfen für die Ablage der Wasseraus­laufarmatur 1 in dem Halter 3 bildet, so daß die Was­serauslaufarmatur 1 sowohl als stationärer Auslauf als auch als Handbrause benutzt werden kann.
    Durch die Verbindung der beiden Endstücke 11,12 mit der Hülse 13 ist es somit ermöglicht, die Auslaufarmatur 1 mehrfarbig, je nach Wahl, zusammenzufügen, da die Ein­zelteile, d.h. die Endstücke 11,12 und die Hülse 13 nach der Farbbeschichtung oder dem Endfinish zusammen­ montiert werden können. Außerdem kann auch die Vorkrag­länge der Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 in einfacher Weise va­riiert werden, wobei die Endstücke 11,12 lediglich mit einem entsprechend verlängerten oder verkürzten Rohr 14 und Hülse 13 zu versehen sind.

Claims (6)

1. Wasserauslaufarmatur mit einer Schlauchleitung für die Wasserversorgung, wobei ein Griffstück vorge­sehen ist, an dessen einen Endbereich die Schlauch­leitung anschließbar und an dessen anderen Endbe­reich ein Wasserauslaufmundstück vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffstück als Hülse (13) ausgebildet ist, an dem zwei Endstücke (11,12) jeweils mit einer Kupplung verbindbar sind, wobei die wasserführende Verbindung durch die Hülse (13) von einem Rohr (14) gebildet ist, das jeweils mit einem Endbereich gedichtet in einer Aufnahme­bohrung (111,121) der Endstücke (11,12) einfaßt.
2. Wasserauslaufarmatur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge­kenzeichnet, daß die Endstücke (11,12) als Winkel­stücke und die Hülse (13) etwa zylindrisch ausge­bildet sind, wobei die Hülse (13) jeweils mit einer Bajonettverbindung (112,122) mit den Endstücken (11,12) kuppelbar ist.
3. Wasseauslaufarmatur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rohr (14) für die wasser­führende Verbindung aus Metall, vorzugsweise aus Messing, hergestellt ist.
4. Wasserauslaufarmatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endstücke (11, 12) jeweils als 90°-Winkelstücke ausgebildet sind, so daß der im Mundstück (15) erzeugte Wasserstrahl parallel zum Anschlußstutzen (16) für die Schlauch­leitung (2) austritt.
5. Wasserauslaufarmatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Hülse (13) ausgebildete Griffstück aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist.
6. Wasserauslaufarmatur nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußstutzen (16) in Verbindung mit einer Überwurfmutter (21) der Schlauchleitung (2) einen Stecker bildet, mit dem die Wasserauslaufarmatur (1) an einen Halter (3) an einer Armatur (4), einer Gebäudewand, etc., fixierbar ist.
