Abstract
Description
Als Einsatzstück kann eine relativ dünne, kreisförmige Platte aus Messing vorgesehen werden, an deren Stirnseite ein Anschlußlochbild ausgebildet ist, wie es für weit verbreitete Mischventilkartuschen erforderlich ist, wobei die Stirnseite des Einsatzstücks durch die Öffnung im Stutzen des Hohlgehäuses für den Anschluß zugänglich ist. Hierbei können zweckmäßig die meist aus Kupfer hergestellten Anschlußrohre von der Mantelfläche aus in angeordneten Bohrungen, die jeweils mit einer Anschlußöffnung an der Stirnseite in Verbindung stehen, eingelötet werden. Das Einsatzstück mit den eingelöteten Anschlußrohren kann vorteilhaft als Einheit durch die Öffnung im Stutzen in das Hohlgehäuse zur Befestigung an dem Kalter eingeschoben werden.

Die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Einlochwassermischbatterie wird im wesentlichen von einem Hohlgehäuse 1, einem an dem Hohlgehäuse 1 unlösbar befestigten bügelartigen Halter 2, einem Einsatzstück 3 mit daran angeordneten Anschlußrohren 360,361,362 , einer Ventilkartusche 4, einem Führungs- und Halterohr 5 mit einer Schlauchleitung 50 sowie einem Befestigungsrohr 6 mit einer Spanneinrichtung 61 gebildet. Das Hohlgehäuse 1 der Wasserarmatur ist hierbei an einer Armaturenbank 7 befestigt.
Das aus Edelstahl hergestellte Hohlgehäuse 1 ist durch Hohlumformung (Hydroform) hergestellt. Es weist in etwa einer Ebene drei Stutzen 10, 11 und 12 auf, wobei die Stutzen 10,11,12 jeweils eine Öffnung 100, 110 und 120 aufweisen. Der Stutzen 10 ist als Standsockel ausgebildet und stützt sich mit seiner Stirnseite an einem Ring 13 ab, der andererseits auf der Oberfläche der Armaturenbank 7 aufliegt. Der Stutzen 11 ist um 90° gedreht zu dem Stutzen 10 in dem Hohlgehäuse 1 ausgebildet, während der Stutzen 12 etwa koaxial zum Stutzen 10 in dem Hohlgehäuse 1 angeordnet ist.
Der Halter 2 ist aus Flachmaterial gebogen, wie es insbesondere aus Fig. 5 bis 7 der Zeichnung zu entnehmen ist. Das Ringstück 20 weist hierbei einen Bogenbereich von etwa 90° bis 140° auf, wobei an beiden Enden sehnenartig angeordnete und parallel zur Mittelachse verlaufende U-förmige Laschen 21 anschließen, an deren Endbereich einander zugekehrte, jeweils um 90° umgebogene Lappen 210 für die Befestigung des Einsatzstückes 3 im Bereich der Öffnung 110 des Hohlgehäuses 1 vorgesehen sind. In den Lappen 210 ist jeweils eine Gewindebohrung 211 ausgebildet, in die jeweils in eine Bohrung 38 des Einsatzstückes 3 einsteckbare Befestigungsschraube 30 eindrehbar ist. Die Befestigungsschrauben 30 sind dabei als Innensechskantschrauben ausgebildet und werden in der Bohrung 38 von einer entsprechenden Aussenkung aufgenommen, wie es insbesondere aus Fig. 2 und 3 der Zeichnung zu entnehmen ist.
Das Einsatzstück 3 ist als relativ dünne kreisförmige Metallplatte, vorzugsweise Messingplatte, ausgebildet. Das Einsatzstück 3 wird dabei nach dem Befestigen an dem Halter 2 koaxial zur Öffnung 110 gehalten und trägt an der Stirnseite ein Anschlußlochbild, wie es für Ventilkartuschen 4 mit Mischventilausbildung bekannt ist. Wie es insbesondere aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich ist, ist hierbei eine Anschlußöffnung 31 für den Kaltwasserzufluß und eine Anschlußöffnung 32 für den Warmwasserzufluß ausgebildet. Außerdem ist eine Anschlußöffnung 33 für den Mischwasserabfluß von der Ventilkartusche 4 in dem Einsatzstück 3 ausgebildet. Darüber hinaus sind zwei Gewindebohrungen 34 vorgesehen, mit denen die Ven-tilkartusche 4 mit Spannschrauben 40 unter Zwischenlage von Dichtringen im Bereich der Anschlußöffnungen 31,32,33 an dem Einsatzstück 3 verspannt werden kann. Die Ventilkartusche 4 weist einen bekannten Aufbau auf, wobei mit einem Handhebel 41 in einem ersten Freiheitsgrad durch ein Verschwenken um die Mittelachse des Stutzens 11 das Mischungsverhältnis von Kalt- und Warmwasser und durch ein Verschwenken um eine Achse senkrecht zur Mittelachse des Stutzens 11 die Gesamtausflußmenge einstellbar ist.
In dem Rohrbelüftergehäuse 8 wird das von der Einsenkung 82 aufgenommene Mischwasser über einen Kanal 80 einem bekannten Rohrbelüfter 83 axial zugeführt und radial über eine Bohrung 800 in das in der Bohrung 35 eingelötete Anschlußrohr 362 abgegeben. Der Rohrbelüfter 83 ist dabei über die Öffnung 830 mit der Atmosphäre verbunden. Damit die Bohrung 800 nach außen verschlossen ist, ist das Anschlußrohr 362 mit einer geschrägten Stirnseite 3620 eingelötet, wie es insbesondere aus Fig. 12 zu entnehmen ist.
In der die Einsenkung 82 aufweisenden Stirnseite ist ein O-Ring 820 eingelagert, wobei außerdem zu beiden Seiten der Einsenkung 82 zwei Gewindebohrungen 81 vorgesehen sind, in die die Befestigungsschrauben 30 eindrehbar sind, so daß eine dichte Verbindung mit der rückseitigen Stirnseite des Einsatzstücks 3 herstellbar ist. Außerdem weist das Rohrbelüftergehäuse 8 eine Ausnehmung 84 auf, so daß das Befestigungsrohr 6 mit dem erforderlichen Spiel durch das Hohlgehäuse 1 hindurchschiebbar ist.
Zunächst wird das Einsatzstück 3 mit den Anschlußrohren 360,361 durch die Öffnung 110 in das Hohlgehäuse 1 eingeführt und mit den beiden Befestigungsschrauben 30 an den Lappen 210 des Halters 2 befestigt. Danach kann das Rohrbelüftergehäuse 8 mit dem Rohrbelüfter 83, dem eingelöteten Anschlußrohr 362 und dem O-Ring 810 durch die Öffnung 100 des Hohlgehäuses 1 eingebracht und in der Stecklage von den in den Bohrungen 37 angeordneten Befestigungsschrauben 30 mit dem Einsatzstück 3 dicht verspannt werden. Danach kann das Befestigungsrohr 6, das Führungs- und Halterohr 5 mit der Schlauchleitung sowie die Ventilkartusche 4 in bzw. an dem Hohlgehäuse 1 befestigt werden.
Im übrigen entspricht die Einlochwassermischbatterie dem in Fig. 1 bis 7 beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel.
Claims (14)
- Wasserarmatur, insbesondere Einlochmischbatterie, mit einem Hohlgehäuse (1), in dem wenigstens ein Ventileinsatz mit wenigstens jeweils einem Anschluß für das zufließende Kalt- und/oder Warmwasser gehalten ist, wobei das Hohlgehäuse (1) an einer Armaturenbank (7) eines Waschbeckens oder dergleichen befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlgehäuse (1) wenigstens zwei im Winkel von 90° zueinander angeordnete Stutzen (10,11) mit jeweils einer Öffnung (100,110) aufweist, wobei im Innenbereich des einen Stutzens (10), der als Standsockel auf der Armaturenbank (7) dient, ein Halter (2) befestigt ist, an dem ein Einsatzstück (3) für den Anschluß einer Ventilkartusche in der Öffnung (110) des anderen Stutzens (11) anzuordnen ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalter (2) bügelartig aus Metallblech hergestellt ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (2) und das Hohlgehäuse (1) aus Edelstahl hergestellt sind, wobei der Kalter (2) mittels Punktschweißung mit der Innenseite des Hohlgehäuses (1) verbunden ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kalter (2) aus Messing hergestellt ist und an der Innenwandung des Hohlgehäuses (1) durch einen Hartlötvorgang befestigt ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (2) ein Ringstück (20) mit einem Bogenbereich von 90° bis 140° aufweist, das zur Befestigung am Hohlgehäuse (1) dient, welches an beiden Enden sehnenartig angeordnete und parallel zur Mittelachse verlaufende U-förmige Laschen (21) hat, an deren Endbereich einander zugekehrte, jeweils um 90° abgebogene Lappen (210) für die Befestigung des Einsatzstückes (3) vorgesehen sind.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Lappen (210) jeweils eine Gewindebohrung (211) ausgebildet ist, in die eine Befestigungsschraube (30) des Einsatzstücks (3) eindrehbar ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach wenigstens einen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einsatzstück (3) als relativ dünne, kreisförmige Platte ausgebildet ist, deren in der Öffnung (110) angeordnete Stirnseite eine Anschlußöffnung (31) für Kaltwasser, eine Anschlußöffnung (32) für Warmwasser und eine Anschlußöffnung (33) für Mischwasser aufweist, wobei an der Stirnseite mittels Gewindebohrungen (34) und Spannschrauben (40) eine Ventilkartusche (4), in der ein Mischventil ausgebildet ist, anschließbar ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußöffnungen (31,32,33) mit von der Mantelseite des Einsatzstückes (3) eingebrachten Bohrungen (35) in Verbindung stehen, wobei die Bohrungen (35) jeweils mit einem Anschlußrohr (360,361,362) verbunden sind.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Rückseite des Einsatzstückes (3) ein Rohrbelüftergehäuse (8) angeordnet ist, wobei die Anschlußöffnungen (31,32) für Kalt- und Warmwasser mit von der Mantelseite des Einsatzstückes (3) eingebrachten Bohrungen (35) in Verbindung stehen, die andererseits mit jeweils einem Anschlußrohr (360,361) verbunden sind, während die Anschlußöffnung (33) für Mischwasser mit einem Kanal (80) im Rohrbelüftergehäuse (8) verbunden ist, an dessen Ausgang ein Anschlußrohr (362) für Mischwasser angeschlossen ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Einsatzstück (3) Bohrungen (37) für Befestigungsschrauben (30) ausgebildet sind, die in Gewindebohrungen (81) im Rohrbelüftergehäuse (8) eindrehbar sind, wobei an der Anschlußfläche des Rohrbelüftergehäuses (8) eine Einsenkung (82) für die Einmündung der Anschlußöffnung (33) für Mischwasser ausgebildet ist, an deren Wandung ein O-Ring (820) zur Abdichtung angeordnet ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der dem als Standsockel dienenden Stutzen (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite ein weiterer Stutzen (12) mit einer Öffnung (120) im Hohlgehäuse (1) ausgebildet ist, an dem ein Auslaufrohr oder ein Führungs- und Halterohr (5) für eine Schlauchleitung (50) für das aus der Ventilkartusche (4) austretende Wasser vorgesehen ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Öffnung (120) eine ringförmige Aufnahme (121) für eine Mutter (122) ausgebildet ist, in der ein Befestigungsrohr (6) eingeschraubt ist, welches das Hohlgehäuse (1) durchdringt und durch eine Öffnung (70) in der Armaturenbank (7) faßt, wobei ein Außengewinde (60) des Befestigungsrohrs (6) für eine Spanneinrichtung (61) angeordnet ist, mit der das Hohlgehäuse (1) an der Armaturenbank (7) befestigbar ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in dem Befestigungsrohr (6) die Schlauchleitung (50) geführt ist.
- Wasserarmatur nach wenigstens einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Stirnseite des als Standsockel dienenden Stutzens (10) ein Ring (13), vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, als Übergang zur Armaturenbank (7) vorgesehen ist.
