Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wasserauslaufarmatur mit einer Schlauchleitung für die Wasserversorgung, wobei ein Griffstück vorgesehen ist, an dessen einen Endbereich die Schlauchleitung anschließbar und an dessen anderen Endbereich ein Wasserauslaßmundstück vorgesehen ist.
Eine derartige Armatur ist aus dem DE-GM 1 732 891 bekannt. Bei diesem Handstück mit Handstückfunktionsteilen ist das Handstück aus Kunststoff als hohlgepreßtes Formteil ausgebildet, wobei an der einen Stirnseite eine Schlauchleitung und an der anderen, um etwa 90° umgebogenen Stirnseite, ein Brausekopf mittels Gewinde anschraubbar ist. Hierbei ist es zwar möglich, verschiedene Brauseköpfe oder Wasserauslaßmundstücke an den Handgriff anzuschrauben, der Handgriff selbst ist aber nicht variabel.The invention relates to a water outlet fitting with a hose line for the water supply, a handle being provided, at one end area of which the hose line can be connected and at the other end area of which a water outlet mouthpiece is provided.
Such a fitting is known from DE-GM 1 732 891. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die eingangs beschriebene Wasserauslaufarmatur zu verbessern, wobei es mit zur Aufgabe gehört, die Wasserauslaufarmatur in einfacher Weise aus Einzelteilen variabel zusammensetzbar zu gestalten.The invention is based on the object of improving the water outlet fitting described at the outset, it being part of the task to make the water outlet fitting variably assemble from individual parts.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß das Griffstück als Hülse ausgebildet ist, an dem zwei Endstücke jeweils mit einer Kupplung verbindbar sind, wobei die wasserführende Verbindung durch die Hülse von einem Rohr gebildet ist, das jeweils mit einem Endbereich gedichtet in eine Aufnahmebohrung der Endstücke einfaßt.This object is achieved in that the handle is designed as a sleeve, on which two end pieces can each be connected with a coupling, the water-carrying connection being formed by the sleeve by a tube, each sealed with an end region in a receiving bore of the end pieces borders.
Die mit der Erfindung erzielbaren Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß die Auslaufarmatur variabel mit verschiedenen Griffstücken und/oder Endstücken in einfacher Weise ausgestattet werden kann. Diese Ausgestaltung ermöglicht insbesondere bei farbigen Armaturen die Wasserauslaufarmatur wahlweise mehrfarbig zu gestalten. Das hülsenförmige Griffstück kann dabei vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt sein, wobei hier ein Kunststoff eingesetzt werden kann, der mit Chrom beschichtet werden kann, da die Wasserführung durch ein inneres, vorzugsweise aus Metall herzustellendes Rohr sichergestellt ist.

Die in der Zeichnung dargestellte Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 ist als Teil einer Armatur 4 zur Mischung und oder Zapfung von Wasser ausgebildet. Die Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 ist dabei an einem Halter 3 an der Armatur 4 aufsteckbar ausgebildet, so daß sie sowohl als stationärer Wasserauslauf als auch als herausziehbare Handbrause verwendbar ist. Das Zapfwasser wird dabei von der Armatur 4 über eine Schlauchleitung 2 der Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 zugeführt und tritt nach einer Umlenkung um 180° an ein Mundstück 15 als freier Strahl aus. Das Mundstück 15 kann als Wasserstrahlbelüfter ausgebildet sein oder kann z.B. alternativ verschiedene Strahlerzeugungssysteme konzentrisch beinhalten, so daß sowohl ein belüfteter Wasserstrahl als auch einzelne Brausestrahlen mit dem Mundstück erzeugbar sind.The water outlet fitting 1 shown in the drawing is designed as part of a
Die Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 besteht im wesentlichen aus einem stromaufwärts und stromabwärts angeordneten Endstück 11,12, die zur Wasserführung mit einem metallenen Rohr 14 verbunden sind. Das Rohr 14 ist dabei jeweils in einer Aufnahmebohrung 111 und 121 der Endstücke 11,12 einführbar und mit Dichtringen 141 in der Stecklage gedichtet. Zur Begrenzung der Eintauchtiefe in die Aufnahmebohrungen 111,121 sind Anschlagrippen 1111,1211 ausgebildet.
Koaxial zu dem Rohr 14 ist als Griffstück eine Hülse 13 vorgesehen, die mittels Bajonettverbindungen 112,122 auf vorkragende Ansätze 113,123 der Endstücke 11,12 aufschiebbar und axial fixierbar ist. Bei der Bajonettverbindung gleiten hierbei die Bajonettknaggen 131,132 in jeweils einer Bajonettnut 1121,1221 und sichern somit die axiale Verriegelung, so daß der in dem Rohr 14 wirksame Wasserdruck sicher von der Hülse 13 aufgenommen wird.
Die Endstücke 11,12 sind als 90°-Winkelstücke geformt wobei an dem stromaufwärts gelegenen Endstück 11 ein Anschlußstutzen 16 ausgebildet ist, der zusammen mit einer Überwurfmutter 21 der Schlauchleitung 2 die Anschlußverbindung für die Wasserzuführung herstellt und gleichzeitig einen Zapfen für die Ablage der Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 in dem Halter 3 bildet, so daß die Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 sowohl als stationärer Auslauf als auch als Handbrause benutzt werden kann.
Durch die Verbindung der beiden Endstücke 11,12 mit der Hülse 13 ist es somit ermöglicht, die Auslaufarmatur 1 mehrfarbig, je nach Wahl, zusammenzufügen, da die Einzelteile, d.h. die Endstücke 11,12 und die Hülse 13 nach der Farbbeschichtung oder dem Endfinish zusammen montiert werden können. Außerdem kann auch die Vorkraglänge der Wasserauslaufarmatur 1 in einfacher Weise variiert werden, wobei die Endstücke 11,12 lediglich mit einem entsprechend verlängerten oder verkürzten Rohr 14 und Hülse 13 zu versehen sind.The water outlet fitting 1 consists essentially of an upstream and
