Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung, welche auf der einen und auf der anderen Seite einer Webmaschine mit einem oder mehreren Schützen zwischen der in der Herstellung befindlichen Webkante und dem entsprechenden Schützenkasten im Hinblick auf ein Sicherstellen des Haltens der Spannung eines jeden der Schußfäden von dessen Austritt aus dem Fach angebracht ist, gekennzeichnet durch die folgende Kombination:- eine Reihe beweglicher Organe (23), deren Anzahl derjenigen der Schützen (9) der Webmaschine entspricht und die sich parallel zu den Kettfäden (4) erstrecken, wobei die einen im Verhältnis zu den anderen in vertikaler Richtung verschiebbar sind;- eine Klemme (24), die am Ende jedes beweglichen Organs (23) vorgesehen und derart angetrieben ist, daß sie den von dem Schützen (9) abzulegenden Schußfaden (5) ergreift und diesen freigibt, wenn derselbe Schützen aus dem entsprechenden Kasten (1) austritt;- Mittel (12 bis 15) zum Sicherstellen des Antriebs aller beweglichen Organe (23) in einer vertikalen Ebene im Hinblick auf ein selektives Heranführen einer der Klemmen (24) auf die Höhe der Weblade (2);- mit den beweglichen Organen (23) verbundene Mittel (22) zum selektiven Übertragen jeder der Klemmen (24) entweder in eine herausgehobene Stellung, in der die Klemme in Höhe der Weblade (2) zum Ergreifen des abzulegenden Schußfadens (5) angeordnet ist, oder in eine zurückgezogene Stellung, in der sich diese Klemme in Bereitschaft außerhalb der Hin- und Herbewegung der Weblade befindet, oder in eine mittlere Stellung, in der die Klemme mit einem geringen Abstand von dieser Weblade angeordnet ist, um ein Lockern des Schußfadens (5) zu gestatten, wenn der Schützen von neuem in das Fach eindringt; und- eine automatische Steuerung (53) zum Betätigen der vorerwähnten Mittel im Gleichtakt mit dem Antrieb der Lade (2) und der Schützenkästen (1).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes eine Klemme tragende bewegliche Organ durch eine Stange eines pneumatischen Hebers (22, 23) gebildet wird, dessen Zylinder (22) an einem festen Gehäuse (10) gelenkig angebracht und bei unterschiedlichen, den verschiedenen Hebern folgenden Höhen durch einen Querträger (19) abgestützt ist, der den Mitteln (12 bis 15) ausgesetzt ist, wodurch der vertikale Antrieb der Heber sichergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querträger (19) an die bewegbare Stange (15) eines pneumatischen Hebers (12 bis 15) angekuppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klemme (24) einen Anschlag (25c) trägt, der dazu geeignet ist, in der herausgehobenen Stellung sich gegen eine Lagerfläche (52) zu stützen, die entsprechend diesem an der Weblade (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klemme (24) zwei Klemmbacken (29) aufweist, die elastisch die eine gegen die andere angebracht sind und Spannbacken (29a) zum Festklemmen des Schußfadens (5) tragen, wobei die Spannbacken dazu geeignet sind, eine nach der anderen durch eine Öse (9a) abgerückt zu werden, welche seitlich an jedem Schützen (9) vorgesehen und zum Durchqueren mit dem Faden (5) durchbohrt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Klemme (24) derart angetrieben ist, daß sie quer zu den Kettfäden verschoben werden kann und so den Druck auf den Schußfaden (5) vermindert, wenn das die Klemme tragende bewegliche Organ (23) die mittlere Stellung erreicht und vorher ein Öffnen der betreffenden Klemme erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Klemmbacken (29) jeder Klemme (24) an den Hauptkörper (25) der jeweiligen Klemme durch Schwenkarme (26) angekoppelt sind, von denen wenigstens einer einen Betätigungsabsatz (26a) aufweist, der unter der Wirkung der Öffnungsmittel (41 bis 46) die Querverschiebung der Klemmbarken gegen eine elastische Rückholeinrichtung (34) sicherstellt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hauptkörper (25) jeder Klemme (24) einen befestigten Anschlag (38) aufweist, der derart angetrieben wird, daß er mit Lagerflächen (29b) zusammenwirkt, die an den Klemmbacken (29) im Hinblick auf deren Abrücken und ein Öffnen ihrer spannbacken (29a) vorgesehen sind, wenn diese spannbacken ihre Querverschiebung beenden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit jedem pneumatischen Heber (22, 23) ein Schwenkflügel (45) verbunden ist, der der Einwirkung eines Hebers (46) ausgesetzt und dazu geeignet ist, sich auf der Bahn einer Lasche (50) anzuordnen, die sich gleichzeitig mit dem entsprechenden beweglichen Organ (23) verschiebt, um dessen Verschiebung zu begrenzen und dieses so in die mittlere Stellung zu übertragen und gleichzeitig die Querverschiebung der entsprechenden Klemme (24) und das Öffnen derselben herbeizuführen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Schwenkflügel (45) und der Lasche (50) eine Sperrklinke (49) angeordnet ist, die bei einer Schwenkbewegung auf einen federnd gelagerten Rückholstößel (41) einwirkt und dazu dient, den Betätigungsabsatz (26a) der entsprechenden Klemme (24) anzutreiben.
