Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter aus Kunststoff in Form eines umgedrehten, nach unten offenen Bechers für flüssige Produkte, insbesondere für Sahne, dessen Bodenöffnung durch einen Deckel oder eine Folie verschlossen ist, dessen Oberseite eine Ausgießöffnung aufweist, und mit einer konischen, sich nach oben verjüngenden Seitenwand, wobei ein Bereich der Seitenwand 1 eine schräge Anflachung 9 aufweist, deren Ebene die Behälteroberseite 2 aber nicht die Behälterunterseite 7 schneidet, und daß aus der Anflachung 9 längs der mittleren Fallinie ein Griffteil 10 nach außen herausragt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verpackungsbehälter aus Kunststoff in Form eines umgedrehten, nach unten offenen Bechers für flüssige Produkte, insbesondere für Sahne, dessen Bodenöffnung durch einen Deckel oder eine Folie verschlossen ist, dessen Oberseite eine Ausgießöffnung aufweist, und mit einer konischen, sich nach oben verjüngenden Seitenwand.
  • Ein solcher Verpackungsbehälter ist aus den deutschen Offenlegungsschriften 3640040 und 3337456 bekannt. Bei diesen bekannten Verpackungsbehältern ist das Griffteil verhältnismäßig klein ausgeführt, so daß es schwer von Hand zu greifen ist und damit die Bedienung des Behälters Geschick bedarf.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es einen Verpackungsbehälter der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß er von Hand leicht gefaßt werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß ein Bereich der Seitenwand eine schräge Abflachung aufweist, deren Ebene die Behälteroberseite aber nicht die Behälterunterseite schneidet, und daß aus der Anflachung längs der mittleren Fallinie ein Griffteil nach außen herausragt.
  • Der Griffteil dieses Behälters kann aufgrund der seitlichen schrägen Anflachung ausreichend groß gestaltet werden, so daß er von Hand leicht gefaßt werden kann. Darüberhinaus ist ein solcher Behälter konstruktiv einfach und leicht herstellbar. Ferner können Behälter und Griffteil formschön gestaltet werden.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Griffteil die Form einer senkrechten Scheibe hat. Hierbei können die zwei Seitenflächen des Griffteils zueinander parallel sein. Alternativ kann aber auch der Abstand der zwei Seitenflächen des Griffteils voneinander nach unten hin wachsen.
  • Vorzugsweise wird vorgeschlagen, daß die zwei Seitenflächen des Griffteils dreieckförmig sind. Hierbei kann die äußere obere Ecke des Griffteils abgerundet sein.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die Anflachung ellipsenabschnittförmig ist. Auch kann die Anflachung teilweise oder vollständig konkav gewölbt sein.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen
    • Figur 1 eine Seitenansicht,
    • Figur 2 eine Ansicht von oben,
    • Figur 3 eine zweite Seitenansicht und
    • Figur 4 eine perspektivische Ansicht von schräg oben.
  • Der Verpackungsbehälter hat im wesentlichen die Form eines geraden nach oben sich verjüngenden Kegelstumpfes, so daß die Seitenwand 1 über den größten Umfang des Behälters konisch geformt ist. Die waagerechte Oberseite 2 des Behälters ist geschlossen und hat außermittig einen tiefergelegenen Bereich 3, an dem ein Stutzen 4 vorsteht, der eine Ausgießöffnung bildet, die durch einen abnehmbaren, insbesondere abreißbaren Deckel 6 verschlossen ist, der nach dem Abreißen wieder einsetzbar ist.
  • Die waagerechte Unterseite 7 des Behälters ist während der Behälterherstellung offen und wird nach dem Füllen durch das flüssige Produkt, insbesondere Sahne durch einen angeschweißten Deckel 8 oder eine Folie ähnlich einem umgedrehten Joghurtbecher verschlossen.
  • Die Seitenwand 1 weist auf der dem Stutzen 4 gegenüberliegenden Seite eine schräge Anflachung 9 auf, die die Oberseite 2 aber nicht die Unterseite 7 schneidet. Der Winkel α dieser Anflachung gegenüber der Waagerechten beträgt 40 bis 80 Grad. Bei einem verhältnismäßig steilen Winkel von α = 65 bis 80 Grad kann das untere Ende der teilovalen oder ellipsenabschnittförmigen Anflachung 9 verhältnismäßig tief und damit nahe dem Deckel 8 liegen und bei einer geringeren Steigung kann das untere Ende höher mit größerem Abstand zum Deckel 8 sein. Je nach dem, wie weit die Anflachung 9 den Kegelstumpf schneidet, ist die Anflachungsfläche größer oder kleiner.
  • Längs der mittleren Fallinie der Anflachung 9 steht ein senkrechtes Griffteil aus der Anflachung 9 radial nach außen vor. Das Griffteil 10 hat damit die Form einer senkrechten Scheibe, wobei die Seitenflächen 10a, 10b entweder zueinander parallel sind oder etwas voneinander weg nach unten hin geneigt sind. Die Seitenflächen 10a, 10b können jeweils dreieckförmig sein, wobei vorzugsweise die äußere obere Ecke 11 jeder Dreieckform abgerundet ist.
  • Vorzugsweise weist jede Seitenfläche 10a, 10b Riffelungen 12 auf, um das Griffteil 10 besser greifen zu können. Statt Riffelungen können auch andere Arten von Erhebungen oder kleinen Ausnehmungen vorgesehen sein.
  • Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Anflachung bis auf einen oberen Endbereich 9a eben. Vorzugsweise kann die Anflachung 9 aber auch nach innen gewölbt sein.
  • In der Oberseite 2 kann noch eine weitere Einwölbung 13 vorgesehen sein, die sich zum Stutzen 4 hin öffnet

Claims (8)

1.Verpackungsbehälter aus Kunststoff in Form eines umgedrehten, nach unten offenen Bechers für flüssige Produkte, insbesondere für Sahne, dessen Bodenöffnung durch einen Deckel oder eine Folie verschlossen ist, dessen Oberseite eine Ausgießöffnung aufweist, und mit einer konischen, sich nach oben verjüngenden Seitenwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Bereich der Seitenwand (1) eine schräge Anflachung (9) aufweist, deren Ebene die Behälteroberseite (2) aber nicht die Behälterunterseite (7) schneidet, und daß aus der Anflachung (9) längs der mittleren Fallinie ein Griffteil (10) nach außen herausragt.
2. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Griffteil (10) die Form einer senkrechten Scheibe hat.
3. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Seitenflächen (10a, 10b) des Griffteils (10) zueinander parallel sind.
4. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand der zwei Seitenflächen (10a, 10b) des Griffteils (10) voneinander nach unten hin wächst.
5. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Seitenflächen (10a, 10b) des Griffteils dreieckförmig sind.
6. Verpackungsbehälter nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußer obere Ecke (11) des Griffteils (10) abgerundet ist.
7. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anflachung (9) ellipsenabschnittförmig ist.
8. Verpackungsbehälter nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anflachung (9) teilweise oder vollständig konkav gewölbt ist.
