Claims (9)

1. Procédé de réalisation d'un ouvrage imprimé (1), relié par collage et découpé, procédé selon lequel autour d'une partie interne (2) formée d'un pluralité de feuilles imprimées et collées au dos d'accrochage (5), on place une couverture (3) autour de cette partie interne (2) et on colle la couverture avec le dos d'accrochage (5) de la partie interne (2) et enfin on coupe l'ouvrage imprimé (1) ainsi réalisé sur au moins l'une des surfaces (6, 8) adjacentes au dos (5) et après découpe, on place un signet (10) allongé, préfabriqué, entre les feuilles de la partie interne (2) et on fixe une extrémité (13) de ce signet à l'ouvrage (1), procédé caractérisé en ce que lors de la préfabrication du signet (10) formé d'un ruban (11) auquel est accroché un placard (12), on extrait éléments de placard (20) le cas échéant préalablement imprimé, successivement d'une réserve, on le munit d'une rainure de pliage (21), étape (A), on dévide le ruban (11) de manière continue d'un rouleau d'alimentation (30), on le place le long de la rainure de pliage (21), étape (B), puis on encolle, étape (C) l'élément de placard (20), on le replie autour du ruban (11) pour former le placard (12), étape (D) et on colle, étape (E), et de cette manière, à des intervalles prédéterminés, on fixe sur le ruban (11), continu, successivement des placards (12) pour former une chaîne continue de signets (10) accrochés les uns aux autres et formés chaque fois du ruban et d'un placard.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (13) du signet (10) est fixée sur la face extérieure de la couverture (3).
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (13) du signet (10) est fixée sur la face extérieure du dos d'accrochage (5) de la couverture (3).
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une extrémité (13) du signet (10) est collée sur la face extérieure du dos d'accrochage (5) de la couverture (3) à l'aide d'une étiquette adhésive (15).

Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le signet (10) est fixé au dos d'accrochage (5) de l'ouvrage (1) à proximité de l'une des surfaces de coupe (6 ou 8) adjacentes au bord du dos d'accrochage (5) et ce signet est tiré à travers l'ouvrage (1) pour pénétrer dans la surface de coupe directement suivante (6 ou 8) et sortir par l'autre surface de coupe (8 ou 6, 7).
6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie du signet (10) qui sort de la partie interne (2) au niveau de l'autre surface de coupe de l'ouvrage (1) est rabattue et est de nouveau introduite entre les feuilles de la partie interne (2) de l'ouvrage (1).
7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chaîne continue de signets (10) est dévidée d'un rouleau d'alimentation (31) avant la suite des opérations.
8. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le ruban (11) est collé (23) à l'élément de placard (20) avant d'être muni de colle.
9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour la mise en place du signet (10), on prend l'ouvrage imprimé (1), découpé, terminé, d'une réserve et on l'ouvre, étape (F), on place un signet (10) de la chaîne continue avec son placard (12) dans l'ouvrage ouvert (1) et on coupe le signet de la chaîne continue, étape (G), puis on ferme de nouveau l'ouvrage (1) et on rabat une extrémité (13) du ruban (11) du signet (12) sortant d'une surface de coupe (6) de l'ouvrage (1), par-dessus le dos d'accrochage (5) adjacent à cette surface de coupe (6), étape (H) et enfin on fixe cette extrémité (13) du ruban (11) sur le dos, étape (I).
