Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sheet film wet developing device with a dark chamber-side input of the sheet films to be developed and a transport device for moving the sheet films through the device.
  • Sheet film stackers are also generally known, with which the individual films are automatically pulled from a stack one after the other and introduced into a device. If one were to use such a sheet film stacker for input into a device mentioned at the beginning, one would no longer be able to develop a single, particularly urgent sheet film immediately.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object, on the one hand, to input sheet films to be developed in a darkroom by hand in batches into a device mentioned at the beginning and automatically feed them individually to the developing device in the device, and on the other hand to be able to develop a particularly urgent sheet film in between.
  • FIG. 1 and 4 each show a sheet film developing device 1 with treatment tanks 2 to 5 and a subsequent drying device 6 and with known and not shown sheet film transport means and a collecting device 7 for the finished sheet films shown.
  • an input transport path 9 which can be formed by rollers or conveyor belts, and a single sheet contact surface 10 with a flip-up cover 11 are arranged.
  • a scanning device 12 is provided, by means of which a sheet film inserted into the single sheet contact surface 10 is recognized. It can be designed, for example, as an infrared light barrier, but also in any other known way.
  • a housing part 13 with a sheet film stacking device is accommodated below the single sheet contact surface 10, from each of which a single sheet film 14 is conveyed into an intermediate transport path 15 and from there into the input transport path 9 and via this into the developing device 1.
  • an intermediate wall 16 with a through slot for sheet films 14 there is an intermediate wall 16 with a through slot for sheet films 14.
  • a loading flap 17 or a closable lid is articulated on the housing part 13, sheet film stacks to be developed in their open position or also individual sheet films 14 in the stacking device by hand can be entered.
  • a support surface 18 for a sheet film stack is fixed. It is slightly inclined towards the loading flap 17 from top to bottom relative to the vertical. Below the bearing surface 18 is from her spaced apart, a collecting basket 19 is arranged such that there is a gap 20 between the two parts 18, 19, behind which a pulling device 21 for the lowest sheet film 14 lying on the support surface 18 is mounted. A sheet film stack lying against the support surface 18 thus lies with its lower end in the collecting basket 19.
  • the pulling device 21 which is designed as a suction device in the exemplary embodiment pulled out and entered with its lower edge in sheet film transport means 22, which are preferably formed by pairs of transport rollers.
  • the sheet film is then conveyed through the sheet film transport means 22 into the transport path 15 and from there into the developing device 1 in the manner already described.
  • At least one sheet film scanning means 23, preferably an infrared light barrier, is arranged in the area of the sheet film transport path defined by the sheet film transport means 22 Reports sheet film in the transport path to a control circuit 24.
  • the scanning device 12 is also connected to this control circuit 24.
  • a collecting basket 25 is also arranged on the loading flap 17. It consists of a cross-sectionally L-shaped plate which is articulated on the loading flap 17 via a carrier part 25a in such a way that its support surface 25b for sheet films to be inserted is inclined in the opposite direction to the inclination of the bearing surface 18 when the loading flap 17 is opened. In the closed position of the loading flap 17 Support surface 25b is inclined towards the support surface 18, so that sheet films lying on the support surface 25b fall onto the support surface 18 or a sheet film stack already lying thereon.
  • the lower end of the collecting basket 25 lies above and in front of the fixed collecting basket 19 such that the lower edges of the sheet films located in the collecting basket 25 slide down into the fixed collecting basket 19 and therefore the leaf films located in the collecting basket 25 in the stacking device 18 , 19 are stored in such a way that after removal of the previously stacked sheet films, they can also be transported one after the other into the device 1 by the pulling device 21.
  • the loading flap 17 has side walls 17a. Baffles 17b, 17c are attached to them and form an insertion channel 17d for one or more sheet films or sheet film stack parts to be entered. They are shaped so that in the open position of the loading flap 17, the sheet films to be inserted slide directly onto the support surface 25b and into the flap-side collecting basket 25.
  • two slit curves 17e and 17f can be provided in at least one of the side walls 17a.
  • a further slot curve 13a (cf. FIG. 2) can be arranged in a side wall on the housing part side.
  • the movement of the collecting basket 25 is controlled via a pin 26 which engages in the slot curve 17e and is arranged on the carrier part 25a and a further pin 27 which is arranged in the slot part 25a and engages in the slot curve 13a.
  • An articulated triangle with the links 28, 29 is provided for controlling a rotation and tilting movement of the loading flap 17.
  • a pin 30 is arranged in the link 29, which engages in the slot curve 17f.
  • the pin 27 is also arranged, so that the handlebars 28 and catcher 25 are guided together in the slot curve 13a.
  • the free end of the link 29 is rotatably supported in the housing part 13 at 31.
  • the extendable and collapsible link part 29a can be coupled via a spring 32 to the link part 29 articulated at 31.
  • any other suitable control mechanism for the loading flap 17 and the flap-side collecting basket 25 can also be used.
  • the stacking device 18, 19 with the loading flap 17 is arranged above the single sheet contact surface 10.
  • the sheet film transport path 9, 22 is shorter. But the entire device is more space-consuming.
  • the same reference numbers are used here for parts with the same function as in FIGS. 1 to 3. The mode of operation is essentially the same.
  • the loading flap is used to enter sheet films or sheet film stack parts which are to be automatically pulled off the stack and entered into the device 1 17 opened and the sheet films inserted into the insertion channel 17d. From here they fall into the flap-side collecting basket 25 and are stacked into the stacking device 18, 19 when the loading flap 17 is closed. Then, through the gap 20, the sheet films are drawn off one by one from below and transported into the developing device 1.
  • the light barrier 23 reports the presence of sheet film by means of the transport means 22. If a particularly urgent sheet film is now pushed on the single sheet contact surface 10 up to the light barrier 12, the latter reports to the control device 24 that a transport is to take place here.
  • the pulling device 21 is stopped by means of the control device, so that no further sheet film is first pulled off the stack.
  • the transport route 9 is switched on and the individual sheet film entered here is preferably introduced into the developing device 1. If this is inserted into the device 1 and there is no further individual film on the light barrier 12, the pulling device 21 is put into operation again via the control device 24, so that the sheet film transport from the stack is continued. It can make sense that a main switch 33 is provided, by means of which the drive for the removal means 21 and the stack-side sheet transport means 22 can only be switched on in the closed position of the loading flap 17.
