Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Wäschewaschen in einer Waschmaschine, bei welchem man eine sackartige Vorrichtung (10, 30) verwendet, welche eine geschmeidige Hülle (2, 32) aufweist, welche mit der gewünschten Menge eines eine bestimmte Aktivität im Verlaufe des Waschvorganges entfaltenden, teilchenförmigen Produktes gefüllt ist, wobei das Material, aus welchem diese Hülle (2, 32) besteht, das Eindringen des wäßrigen Waschmediums in den Sack ermöglicht, und wobei die Vorrichtung (10, 30) zusammen mit der Wäsche in die Waschmaschine eingebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (10, 30) vom wiedervervendbaren Typus ist, und daß sie zu diesem Zweck eine Öffnung (1, 31) aufweist, durch welches das Anfüllen des Sackes mit der gewünschten Menge des Produktes vor jedem Waschvorgang, bei welchem die Vorrichtung (10, 30) verwendet wird, durchgeführt wird, wobei dieser Öffnung (1, 31) Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31a, 31b, 33) zugeordnet sind, und wobei dieses Verfahren die folgenden verschiedenen Stufen umfaßt:- während die Öffnung (1, 31) offen gehalten wird, füllt man den Sack durch diese Öffnung (1, 31) mit der gewünschten Menge des im Verlaufe des Waschvorganges aktiven, teilchenförmigen Produktes;- man wirkt auf die Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31a, 31b, 33) dahingehend ein, daß die Öffnung (1, 31) abgedichtet wird;- man bringt die so verschlossene Vorrichtung (10, 30) zusammen mit der Wäsche in die Trommel der Waschmaschine ein;- dann führt man den Waschvorgang in der üblichen Weise durch, wobei das teilchenförmige Produkt im Verlaufe des Waschvorganges in der Form einer wäßrigen Lösung, welche hauptsächlich durch die Wände des Sackes, und zwar aus dem Inneren des Sackes nach dessen Außenseite hin austritt, fortschreitend freigesetzt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (1) des Sackes durch Mittel begrenzt wird, welche als Träger für die Hülle (2) des Sackes dienen, wobei die Verschlußmittel (3, 5) in bezug auf die Öffnung (1) abnehmbare Mittel sind und auf dieselbe aufgesteckt werden, um die Öffnung vor dem Beginn des Waschzyklus zu verschließen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung durch den Innenumriß eines Ringes begrenzt wird, welcher als Träger für die Hülle (2) dient, und auf welchem ein Verschlußorgan (3, 5) durch Festschrauben, Formzuordnung oder mit anderen Mitteln abnehmbar befestigt werden kann.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (31) des Sackes durch Mittel zum raschen Öffnen und Verschließen begrenzt wird, insbesondere durch Lippen (31a; 31b), deren Zahl vorzugsweise 2 beträgt, und von denen wenigstens eine ein elastisches Organ (33) enthält oder elastisch ist, so daß die eine Lippe gegen die andere Lippe angelegt werden kann, oder die eine Lippe von der anderen Lippe beabstandet werden kann, je nachdem, wie dies für die jeweilige Benützung erforderlich ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialien, aus welchen die die Öffnung (1, 31) begrenzenden Organe und/oder die Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31a, 31b, 33) bestehen, aus Kunststoffen, wie z.B. Polyethylen und Polypropylen, aus Metallen, Holz, wasserfest gemachtem Karton und anderen ähnlichen Materialien ausgewählt sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (2, 32) des Sackes aus einem Material angefertigt ist, welches bei den Temperaturen des Waschens oder Trocknens der Wäsche in der Waschmaschine wider-standsfähig ist, insbesondere bei Temperaturen bis zu 150°C, wobei dieses Material befähigt ist, das teilchenförmige Produkt zurückzuhalten, ohne dasselbe in fester Form austreten zu lassen, zugleich aber durchlässig für Wasser und die Waschflotte ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (2, 32) des Sackes aus einem gewebten oder ungewebten Material, aus Naturfasern, wie z.B. Baumwolle, oder aus Synthesefasern, oder aus einem Gemisch hievon, oder aus extrudierten oder gemeinsam extrudierten, Perforationen aufweisenden Fäden angefertigt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (2, 32) des Sackes aus einem Kunststoff-Netzwerk oder aus Blättern aus Papier oder aus anderen porösen und wasserfesten Zellulosematerialien angefertigt ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (2, 32) des Sackes mit einem ihr Wasserfestigkeit verleihenden Überzug ausgestattet ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aus einem Zusatzstoff bestehende, teilchenförmige Produkt sich in Wasser nur ziemlich langsam auflöst, oder ein solches ist, bei welchem es erwünscht ist, daß gewisse seiner Bestandteile in fester Form mit der Wäsche nicht direkt in Berührung kommen.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das teilchenförmige Produkt ein Waschmittel - für Grob- bzw. Feinwäsche -, einschließlich eines Waschmittels ist, welches in der Form von Teilchen einer sogenannten hohen Dichte vorliegt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das teilchenförmige Produkt aus Bleichmitteln, wie z.B. aus Mitteln, welche Chlor oder aktiven Sauerstoff (aus Persauerstoffverbindungen) freisetzen, Bleichmittelkatalysatoren, Bleichmittelaktivatoren, Bakteriziden, Schaumreglern, Aufhellern, Anti-Schmutzwiederablagerungsmitteln, Enzymen, Weichmachern, Enthärtern, Mitteln, welche eine Fettflecken entfernende Wirkung entfalten, oder auch aus Bestandteilen ausgewählt ist, welche keine direkte Wirkung auf den Schmutz ausüben, welche aber in einen Vorgang des Waschens von Wäsche in der Waschmaschine eingreifen können, z.B. Mittel, welche einen Schutz der Organe und Innenteile der Waschmaschine gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, welche ein teilchenförmiges Produkt enthält, welches im Verlaufe des Waschens von Wäsche in einer Waschmaschine eine bestimmte Aktivität entfaltet, wobei diese Vorrichtung wiederverwendbar ist und eine Hülle (2, 32) sowie eine Öffnung (1, 31), durch welches das Anfüllen der Hülle (2, 32) durchgeführt wird, und Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31a, 31b, 33) zum Verschließen der Öffnung (1, 31) aufweist, und wobei diese Hülle (2, 32) aus einem geschmeidigen, wasserdurchlässigen Material angefertigt ist, das Öffnungen aufweist, deren Größe kleiner als die Granulometrie des teilchenförmigen Produktes ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (1, 31) durch Mittel begrenzt wird, welche als Träger für die Hülle (2, 32) dienen, wobei die Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31a, 31b, 33) Mittel sind, welche in bezug auf die Öffnung (1, 31) abnehmbar sind, und welche auf die Öffnung zum Verschließen derselben aufgesteckt werden können.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (1, 31) durch den Innenumriß eines Ringes abgegrenzt wird, welcher als Träger für die Hülle (2, 32) dient, und auf welchem ein Verschlußorgan, welches ein Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31b, 33) bildet, durch Festschrauben, Formzuordnung oder mit anderen Mitteln abnehmbar befestigt werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (1, 31) des Sackes durch Mittel zum raschen Öffnen und Verschließen begrenzt wird, insbesondere durch Lippen, deren Zahl vorzugsweise 2 beträgt, und von denen wenigstens eine ein elastisches Organ enthält oder elastisch ist, so daß die eine Lippe gegen die andere Lippe angelegt werden kann, oder die eine Lippe von der anderen Lippe beabstandet werden kann, je nachdem, wie dies für die jeweilige Benützung erforderlich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialien, aus welchen die die Öffnung (1, 31) begrenzenden Organe und/oder die Verschlußmittel (3, 5; 31a, 31b, 33) bestehen, aus Kunststoffen, wie z.B. Polyethylen und Polypropylen, aus Metallen, Holz, wasserfest gemachtem Karton und anderen ähnlichen Materialien ausgewählt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülle (2, 32) des Sackes aus einem Material angefertigt ist, welches bei den Temperaturen des Waschens oder Trocknens der Wäsche in der Waschmaschine widerstandsfähig ist, insbesondere bei Temperaturen bis zu 150°C.
