Claims (2)
- Procédé permettant pratiquement d'empêcher tout bouchage de surfaces tramées d'un cliché encré avec des aquateintes, d'une machine à imprimer à rotation à rouleaux, destinée à imprimer un support d'impression, de préférence en papier, caractérisé en ce que de l'aquateinte est amenée en continu à un groupe d'impression, à une température pouvant être présélectionnée, située entre 9 et 14°C, en ce que l'aquateinte non consommée est enlevée en continu du mécanisme d'impression, et en ce que la température des surfaces du rouleau tramé du groupe d'impression est maintenue constante, à une température pouvant être présélectionnée entre 18 et 22°C.
- Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le groupe d'impression travaillant à l'aquateinte est relié à une machine à imprimer rotative à rouleaux, travaillant selon le procédé d'impression flexographique, pour imprimer un support d'impression, de préférence en papier, avec un dispositif maintenant l'aquateinte à une température pouvant être sélectionnée entre 9 et 14° C, en vue de maintenir constante sa température de surface, d'une façon pouvant être sélectionnée, entre 18 et 22° C.
