Claims (13)

  1. Commutateur de gamme, en particulier pour un relais électronique temporisé, avec un élément de réglage conformé en ergot d'encliquetage logé dans un trou traversant dans le couvercle d'un boîtier, lequel élément est en prise à engagement positif avec un élément de commutation destiné au réglage des différentes gammes pour son actionnement, au moins une douille (2,3) fermée sur son pourtour étant introduite dans le couvercle (1) avec des renfoncements (5) s'étendant sur une partie de sa longueur dans sa surface de pourtour intérieure pour plusieurs positions d'encliquetage déterminant les gammes et la section de l'ergot d'encliquetage dans la zone d'encliquetage (9) située à la hauteur des renfoncements étant conformée de telle manière que la douille (2,3) se déforme élastiquement lorsque l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) se trouve entre les positions d'encliquetage et aucune déformation ne se produit dans les positions d'encliquetage.
  2. Commutateur de gamme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commutation est un potentiomètre, qui impose différentes valeurs de tension correspondant aux différentes positions d'encliquetage pour les différentes gammes.
  3. Commutateur de gamme selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commutation est un curseur qui se met en prise avec des zones de contact discrètes disposées en correspondance avec les positions d'encliquetage.
  4. Commutateur de gamme selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) présente une saillie pour son engagement positif.
  5. Commutateur de gamme selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) présente un renfoncement pourscnengagement positif.
  6. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) présente sur sa surface de pourtour au moins une saillie d'encliquetage (16) et en ce que la longueur entre l'axe médian de l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) et la surface de pourtour de la saillie d'encliquetage (16) est plus grande que le rayon du trou traversant de la douille (2,3).
  7. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le diamètre de l'ergot d'encliquetage dans sa partie située devant la zone d'encliquetage en regardant depuis le couvercle présente, pour une meilleure déformabilité de la douille (2,3) un diamètre plus petit que le diamètre de la douille.
  8. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (5) sont conformés en forme d'arc de cercle dans leur section et la saillie d'encliquetage (16) présente un rayon qui y est en gros adapté.
  9. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la section de l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) dans la zone d'encliquetage (9) a la forme d'un rhombe,dont les angles sont arrondis au moins au niveau de la saillie d'encliquetage et dans la zone (17) opposée à celle-ci, l'arrondi de la zone (17) opposée à la saillie d'encliquetage (16) étant choisi tel qu'il ne s'engage pas dans le renfoncement (5) et repose à côté du renfoncement (5) sur la surface de pourtour du trou traversant.
  10. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un renfoncement (6) s'étend sur toute la longueur de la douille (2,3), lequel sert à l'ajustement de la position de l'élément de réglage, et en ce que les autres renfoncements (5) pour les positions d'encliquetage commencent plus en profondeur en regardant depuis la surface du couvercle.
  11. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot d'encliquetage (4), une fois mis en place, est jointif avec la surface du couvercle (1).
  12. Commutateur de gamme selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité introduite dans le couvercle de l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) présente un premier évidement pour mettre en prise un outil.
  13. Commutateur de gamme selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité introduite dans le couvercle de l'ergot d'encliquetage (4) présente un deuxième évidement comme indicateur.
