Claims (4)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'une cloison de palplanches, selon lequel des palplanches de remplissage sont disposées entre deux palplanches d'appui (1) tubulaires, pourvues de serrures (2) sur les côtés et enfoncées dans le sol avec un écart prédéterminé entre elles, de manière que leurs serrures latérales s'accrochent dans les serrures latérales (2) des palplanches d'appui (1), caractérisé en ce que les palplanches d'appui tubulaires (1) ne sont enfoncées dans le sous-sol que sur une partie de la profondeur définitive de fondation (7), en ce qu'à l'intérieur des palplanches porteuses et ensuite, en dépassant l'extrémité inférieure des palplanches d'appui et, le cas échéant, en se servant de l'action d'appoint d'un liquide thixotrope, la matière du sol enlevée jusqu'à la profondeur définitive de fondation (7), et en ce que la zone dégagée au-dessous et à l'intérieur des palplanches d'appui (1) est, à partir de la profondeur définitive de fondation (7), remplie de béton armé, et en ce que les palplanches de remplissage (3) sont ensuite mises en place dans le sous-sol, entre les palplanches d'appui (1), à une profondeur tout au plus identique à celle des palplanches d'appui.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les palplanches d'appui (1) sont d'abord positionnées au moyen de guides horizontaux et verticaux, et ensuite enfoncées par vibration ou sous pression.
3. Procédé suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les palplanches de remplissage, sont, le cas échéant, au moyen d'un auxiliaire hydraulique, enfoncées par vibration ou sous pression, les forces de réaction étant transmises aux palplanches d'appui (1).
4. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone sous l'extrémité des palplanches d'appui (1), est respectivement déblayé un espace creux, agrandi sur le côté pour la réalisation d'un pied épaissi en béton armé (10).
