Claims (3)

1. Procédé pour fabriquer des blisters de volume défini avec un certain nombre de coques formées/cavités pour loger des produits à emballer dans les blisters et avec une surface plane de superficie prédéterminée, procédé comportant les étapes suivantes:
a) l'amenée d'au moins deux bandes de feuille de longueur indéterminée, composées de matériaux différents, et comprennant une bande de feuille déformable comme base du blister et une bande de feuille de couverture;
b) la déformation de la bande de feuille déformable pour l'exécution des cavités;
c) le remplissage des cavités avec le produit;
d) l'amenée de la bande de feuille de couverture avec recouvrement de la bande de feuille déformable après le remplissage des cavités;
e) l'application de pression et de chaleur pour lier les bande par scellement de ces bandes ensemble le long de surfaces voisines, se trouvant en contact l'une avec l'autre;
f) la séparation des blisters dans les bandes; et
g) la collecte, après que les blisters ont été séparés des bandes, des parties de bandes restantes comme matériau de déchet;
caractérisé en ce que
h) le scellement des bandes a lieu exclusivement dans une zone, par rapport à la zone totale des bandes, qui correspond à la zone de surface prédéterminée des blisters à produire;
i) la séparation entre blisters a lieu directement le long des bords formés entre les sections scellées et les sections non scellées des bandes, et ce de manière telle que les surfaces planes de chaque blister présentent une zone égale à la zone de surface prédéterminée; et que
j) la collecte des parties de bande de couverture et de bande déformable qui se présentent à l'extérieur des zones de surface prédéterminées est effectuée séparément.
2. Dispositif pour produire des blisters de volume défini avec un certain nombre de coques formées/cavités (112) pour loger les produits (3) à emballer dans les blisters et avec une surface plane d'une superficie prédéterminée, comportant:
a) un dispositif (111, 121) pour amener au moins deux bandes de feuille (11, 12) de longueur indéterminée, composées de matériaux différents et comportant une bande de feuille déformable (11) comme base du blister et une bande de feuille de couverture (12);
b) un dispositif (13) pour déformer la bande de feuille déformable (11) pour produire des cavités (112) pour loger le produit à emballer;
c) un dispositif pour remplir les cavités (112) de la feuille déformable (11) avec le produit (3);
d) un dispositif (121) pour amener la bande de feuille (12) en recouvrant la bande de feuille déformable (11) après le remplissage des cavités (112);
e) un dispositif (14) pour l'application de pression et de chaleur pour lier les bandes en les scellant entre elles le long de surfaces voisines se trouvant en contact l'une avec l'autre, et en dehors de la zone des cavités (112), ce dispositif (14) comportant une paire de parties d'outil plates ou cylindriques qui, par un mouvement relatif l'une par rapport à l'autre, prennent entre elles les feuilles formant l'emballage et exécutent le processus de scellement, et dont
ea) une première partie d'outil, de préférence une partie inférieure (21), présente au moins des évidements pour loger les cavités (112) de la feuille déformable contenant le produit à emballer (3) et est refroidie, et
eb) une seconde partie d'outil, de préférence une partie supérieure (22), possède une surface striée (223) pour exercer une pression et peut être chauffée, et
ec) la surface de travail (221) de la seconde partie ou partie supérieure de l'outil est configurée avec des endroits non chauffés (224) en correspondance avec le nombre, la dimension et l'emplacement des évidements (211) de la partie inférieure (21) de l'outil;
f) un dispositif (15) pour séparer les blisters dans les bandes (11, 12); et
g) un dispositif de collecte (16) pour les parties de bande séparées qui restent en dehors de la zone de surface prédéterminée après que les blisters ont été séparés des bandes, comme déchets;
caractérisé en ce que:
h) la surface de travail (221) de la seconde partie ou partie supérieure (22) de l'outil correspond à la zone de surface prédéterminée des blisters à produire;
i) le dispositif (15) pour séparer les blisters dans les bandes (11, 12) est configuré de manière telle qu'il sépare les blisters immédiatement le long des bords formés entre les sections scellées et les sections non scellées (221 et 222 respectivement) des bandes, et ce de manière telle que la surface plane de chacun des blisters présente une zone de dimension correspondante à la zone de surface prédéterminée (221); et
j) le dispositif collecteur (16) est configuré en forme de dispositifs collecteurs séparés (161, 162) pour collecter séparément les déchets de bande de feuille déformable (11) et les déchets de bande de feuille de couverture (12).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de travail (221) de la seconde partie ou partie supérieure (22) de l'outil est configurée en relief par rapport aux autres parties (222) de la surface de l'outil.
