제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ선 단면도로소, 상부기구부의 저면도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 릴로부터 풀려지는 적어도 2가지의 서로 다른 물질로 된 하부필름(11) 및 커버필름(12)을 사용해서 연속적이고 주직적인 동작으로 일정형상과 용량의 제품을 수납포장하기 위한 블리스터팩을 제조하기위해, 필름웨브에 필요한 정도로 가열한 다음 포장제품이 수납시켜질 오목부를 형성시켜 놓고서, 제품을 충전시킨 다음, 제품이 수납된 오목부 형성핌름웨브에 커버필름웨브를 공급해서 이들을 밀봉접합시켜 팩을 형성시키고, 이어 필름웨브스 트랜드로부터 팩을 분리시켜 나머지 필름 폐기물을 회수하도록 된 블리스터팩의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 밀봉접합공정이 상기 팩의 표면부분에 한정되고, 필름웨브스트렌드로부터 팩이 분활되면 하부필름(11) 및 커버필름(12)의 잔여부분이 서로 분리되어 회수시켜지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 블리스터팩의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉공정이 이루어지는 동안에는 상기 커버필름(12)에, 제품을 수납해서 이송하게 되는 하부필름(11)과 접촉되는 부분에만 밀봉에 필요한 압력과 열이 가해지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 블리스터팩의 제조방법.
  3. 제품(3)을 수납해서 이송하는 하부필름(11)과, 적절한 열과 압력하에 상기 하부필름(11)에 밀봉접속되는 커버필름(12), 상호 연관되는 동작에 의해 상기 하부필름(11)과 커버필름(12)을 사이에 끼워 밀봉시키게되는 한쌍의 판형 또는 롤러형 상, 하구부(22,21)로 구성되면서, 상기 하부기구부(21)는 제품을 수납해서 이송하는 하부필름(11)의 오목형블리스터(112)가 넣어지는 요홈부(211)를 갖는 시혀진 상태로 되고, 상기 상부기구부(22)는 압력을 가하기 위한 주름부(223)을 갖추어 가열시켜 지도록 된 블리스터팩 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 커버필름(12)과 접촉되는 상기 상, 하기구부(21,22)중 적어도 한쪽 작동면(221)의 가장자리부가 밀봉시에 상기 블리스터팩의 표면가장자리부와 일치하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 블리스터팩의 제조장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 작동면(221)이 블리스터팩표면치수로 제한되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 블리스터팩의 제조장치.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 상부기구부(22)의 작동면(221)이 그 나머지부분인 저면부(222)에 비해 돌출된 것을 특징으로 하는 블리스터팩의 제조장치.
  6. 제3항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 상기 상부기구부(22)의 작동면(221)에 상기 하부기구부(21)의 요홈부(221)의 수, 크기 및 위치와 가열부(224)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 블리스터팩의 제조장치.
