Abstract

압축성 제품용 이지오픈 가요성 백(EASY-OPEN FLEXIBLE BAG FOR COMPRE-SSED ARTICLES)

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 가요성 백의 개략적인 사시도이다. 제2도는 백을 개방하기 위해 소비자가 상부 시일 및 하부 거싯을 파지하는 방법을 도시하는 것으로 본 발명의 백의 개략적인 사시도이다. 제3도는 제2도와 유사하지만 개방된 후의 백을 도시한 사이도이다. 제4도는 쉽게 절단되는 선을 형성하는데 사용된 장치의 개략적인 측면도이다. 제5도는 쉽게 절단되는 선이 형성되고, 쉽게 절단되는 선 및 측면 시일이 교차하는 곳에 노치가 형성되는 것을 도시하는 백 제조 공정의 개략적인 평면도이다. 제6도는 쉽게 절단되는 선 및 노치의 위치를 도시하는 것으로 펼친 백을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 압축성 제품의 이지오픈 장방형 가요성 백으로서, 상기 가요성 제품은 적층되어 배열되며 그 두께에 평행한 방향에서 압축되어 유지되는 가요성 백에 있어서, (a)상부 반부, 하부반부, 한쌍의 측면 패널에 의해 서로 결합된 전후방 패널로서, 상기 측면패널은 측면시일, 하부패널 및 상부 패널로 함께 결합되며, 상기 모든 패널은 가요성 재료로 구성되며, 상기 전방, 후방 및 측면 패널은 측면 백의 측면을 형성하며, 상기 측벽은 상기 백의 주변을 한정하는, 상기 상부 반부, 한부 반부 및 전후방 패널과, (b)압축된 가요성 제품의 적충체로서, 상기 제품은 각각 한쌍의 대향된 평평한 표면을 가지며, 상기 제품은 상기 평평한 표면이 상기 백의 측면 패널에 평행하게 정열되도록 배향되며, 상기 측면 패널 및 전후방 패널은 압축된 가요성 제품의 상기 적충제에 의해 부여된 장력이 가해지며, 상기 상하 패널은 실제로 비인장된 상태에 있는, 상기 압축된 가요성 제품의 적충체와, (c) 상기 백이 상부 반부에서 상기 백의 주변 둘레에 위치된 연속적인 쉽게 절단되는 선과, 상기 측면 시일에서 상기 백의 개방을 용이하게 하도록 상기 측면 시일내에 있는 한쌍의 노치를 포함한 이지로픈 장치로서, 상기 연속적인 쉽게 절단되는 선은 상기 백의 나머지내에 장력을 해제함이 없이 상기 백의 나머지로부터 적어도 부분적으로 분리될 수 있도록 상기 백의 상부 반부의 소정의 부분을 한정하며, 이에 의해 상기 상부 반부의 소정의 부분이 상기 쉽게 절단되는 선을 따라 찢어지는 것을 전달하기 위해서 상기 백의 소정의 부분에 파지력을 가함으로서 상기 백의 나머지로부터 적어도 부분적으로 분리되어 있으며, 이때에 제품의 적층체의 상부부분은 쉽게 분배되도록 노출되며 상기 백의 나머지 인장 부분과 일치하는 상기 적층체의 하부부분은 압축된 상태에서 유지되는, 상기 이지오픈 장치를 포함하는 이지오픈 장방형 가요성 백.
  2. 압축된 가요성 제품용의 이지오픈 장방형 가요성 백의 제조방법에 있어서, a)가요성의 열가소성 물질의 롤을 제공하는 단계와; b) 물질의 웨브를 제공하도록 상기 롤을 푸는 단계와; c) 접는 선이 제1 및 제2측면으로 상기 웨브를 분할하도록 물질의 웨브를 구부리는 단계와; d) 상기 접는 선에 인접한 웨브내에 거실을 형성하는 단계와 ; e) 상기 양 측면에 쉽게 절단되는 선을 기본적으로 동시에 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 제1측면내의 쉽게 절단되는 선이 상기 제2측면내의 쉽게 절단되는 선의 라인과 중첩하는, 상기 제공 단계와 ; f) 각 측면내에 구멍을 형성하기 위해 쉽게 절단되는 선의 일부분에 걸쳐 상기 가요성 열가소성 물질의 일부분을 양쪽 제1 및 제2측면으로부터 제거하는 단계로서, 제1측면 내의 상기 구멍은 상기 제2측면내의 상기 구멍과 중첩하는, 상기 제거 단계와 ; g)고온 시일로 상기 측면을 밀봉하기 위해 압력하에서 상기 열가소성 물질을 용융시키는 단계로서, 상기 고온 시일은 상기 고온 시일은 상기 구멍의 중심에 있으며 상기 구멍의 단지 일부분과 중첩하는, 상기 용융 단계와; h)상기 구멍 및 상기 시일이 두개의 부분으로 분할되도록 상기 접는 선에 직각으로 그리고 상기 시일내에서 물질의 상기 웨브를 절단하는 단계를 포함하는 이지오픈 장방형 가요성 백의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 쉽게 절단되는 선은 회전 절단 도구에 의해 상기 단계(e)에서 형성되는 이지오픈 장방형 가요성 백의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단계(g) 및 (h)가 기본적으로 동시에 실행되는 이지오픈 장방형 가요성 백의 제조 방법.
