Claims (11)
- Articulation du genou ou du coude pour figurines, en particulier des poupées, dans laquelle la cuisse (1) ou la partie supérieure du bras est reliée avec la jambe (2) ou l'avant-bras, respectivement, par l'intermédiaire d'une sphère (3a + 3b) qui est divisée dans le plan médian longitudinal contenant l'axe longitudinal de la paire de membres en extension, et s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'axe de pivotement (11) de l'articulation, une des coquilles hémisphériques (3a) étant mise en place sur la cuisse (1) ou la partie supérieure du bras et l'autre coquille hémisphérique (3b) étant mise en place sur la jambe (2) ou l'avant-bras, respectivement, et étant maintenues dans une cavité articulaire (4b, 4a) en forme de creux du membre opposé, et les deux coquilles hémisphériques (3a, 3b) étant montées en pivotement l'une par rapport l'autre sur l'axe (11), caractérisée par la combinaison des caractéristiques suivantes:a) la cuisse (1) ou la partie supérieure du bras, ainsi que la jambe (2) ou l'avant-bras, respectivement, sont réalisés d'une seule pièce;b) une zone d'accouplement faisant légèrement saillie au-dessus du plan de joint est associée à une coquille hémisphérique seulement;c) l'axe (11) est réalisé sous la forme d'un rivet tubulaire traversant les pôles des deux coquilles hémisphériques (3a, 3b) et le centre de la zone d'accouplement.
- Articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux coquilles hémisphériques (3a, 3b) sont chacune fermées par une paroi intérieure (6a, 6b).
- Articulation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la paroi intérieure (6b) d'une coquille hémisphérique (3b) présente sur sa périphérie un gradin ou retrait (18) dans lequel s'engage une saillie (16) de forme complémentaire de la paroi intérieure (6a) de l'autre coquille hémisphérique (3a).
- Articulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le gradin (18) et la saillie (16) sont respectivement reliés à la face extérieure de la paroi intérieure (6b et 6a) par un chanfrein (17b et 17a).
- Articulation selon les revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les parois intérieures (6a, 6b) des deux coquilles hémisphériques (3a, 3b) présentent un passage central (10) pour les rivets tubulaires (11).
- Articulation selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce qu'à la place de chacun des deux pôles latéraux des sphères, il est prévu un perçage (12a, 12b) dans lequel une douille (13a, 13b) est enfichée, ladite douille étant pénétrée par le rivet tubulaire (11) et en appui avec son extrémité libre contre la paroi intérieure (6a, 16b) respectivement.
- Articulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un disque de centrage (7) est introduit entre les deux coquilles hémisphériques (3a, 3b), qui présentent sur leur périphérie intérieure une bride (5a, 5b) dont la surface extérieure est inclinée de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur.
- Articulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le disque de centrage (7) présente sur sa périphérie une bride annulaire (8) faisant saillie perpendiculairement des deux côtés.
- Articulation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le disque de centrage (7) se poursuit sur la face extérieure de la bride annulaire (8) sous la forme d'une pointe (9).
- Articulation selon les revendications 7 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le disque de centrage (7) présente un passage central (10) pour les rivets tubulaires (11).
- Articulation selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que de chaque côté du disque de centrage (7) est prévu un manchon (14a, 14b) coaxial à son passage central (10), manchon dans lequel une douille (13a, 13b) guidant le rivet tubulaire (11) peut être enfichée, cette douille pénétrant à travers le perçage situé du côté du pôle dans la coquille hémisphérique (3a, 3b) et prenant appui avec son extrémité libre contre le disque de centrage (7).
