Abstract

Bei einer Einrichtung zum Verbessern des Abschlusses zwischen dem Schaft (3) eines Skischuhes (1) bzw. eines Innenschuhes (5) und dem Bein mit einem am Skischuh (1) oder am Innenschuh (5) festgelegten Band (6), welches den Schuh (1) und das Bein umgibt und nach Art eines Gürtels schließbar ist, weist das Band (6) wenigstens ein Kupplungsglied (13, 14) für die wahlweise Festlegung am Schaft (3) oder am Innenschuh (5) des Skischuhes (1) auf, welches mit einem entsprechenden Kupplungsglied (11, 14) am Schaft (3) oder am Innenschuh (5) des Schuhes (1) verbindbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Verbessern des Abschlusses zwischen dem Schaft eines Skischuhes bzw. eines Innenschuhes und dem Bein mit einem am Skischuh oder am Innenschuh festgelegten Band, welches den Schuh und das Bein umgibt und nach Art eines Gürtels schließbar ist.
  • Skischuhe mit einer relativ harten Schale weisen zumeist einen weichgepolsterten Innenschuh auf und bedingt durch die Polsterstärke derartiger Innenschuhe ist eine gewisse Beweg­lichkeit des Fußes innerhalb des Innenschuhes gegeben. Der mit einem relativ starren Schalenteil verbundene Schaft eines Skischuhes ist zur Verschwenkung des Beines in eine Vorlage­stellung meist gelenkig an der Schale angeschlossen und die Schwenkbarkeit des Schaftes relativ zur Schale kann durch geeignete dämpfende Anschläge begrenzt werden. Mit Rücksicht auf die gepolsterte Ausbildung des Innenschuhes und die dadurch gegebene Beweglichkeit des Beines im Innenschuh ist der dichte Abschluß des Beines am Innenschuh nicht ohne weiteres gewährleistet, wobei insbesondere bei einer Verschwenkung des Beines in Richtung einer Vorlage die Polsterung einseitig komprimiert wird. Die maximale Ver­schwenkung des Schaftes in eine Vorlagestellung kann, wie er­wähnt, durch Anschläge an der Schale begrenzt werden und ebenso ist es bei bekannten Schalenskischuhen üblich den maximalen Schwenkwinkel des Schaftes relativ zur Schale nach hinten zu begrenzen. Bei einer derartigen Begrenzung der Schwenkbewegung werden die Materialeigenschaften des Schaftes zusätzlich als Dämpfung wirksam, da die Abstützung bzw. Begrenzung des Schwenkwinkels nicht nahe dem oberen Abschluß des Schaftes sondern vielmehr nahe dem Anschluß des Schaftes an die Schale erfolgt.
  • Die Erfindung zielt nun darauf ab, eine Einrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, mit welcher der dichte Abschluß des Innenschuhes gegenüber dem Fuß in allen Schwenk­lagen sichergestellt ist und mit welcher wahlweise die Möglichkeit geschaffen wird, die dämpfenden Eigenschaften des Materiales des Schaftes zusätzlich zur gedämpften Begrenzung der Verschwenkbarkeit des Schaftes auszunützen, ohne daß hiebei der dichte Abschluß des Beines gegenüber dem Innen­schuh verlorengeht. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht die Erfindung im wesentlichen darin, daß das Band wenigstens ein Kupplungsglied für die wahlweise Festlegung am Schaft oder am Innenschuh des Skischuhes aufweist, wobei das Band jeweils mit einem entsprechenden Kupplungsglied am Schaft oder am Innenschuh des Schuhes lösbar verbindbar ist. Während es bei älteren Innenschuhen bekannt war, den dichten Abschluß des Beines relativ zum Innenschuh durch eine ristseitige Verschnürung zu gewährleisten, erlaubt nun ein den Innenschuh am oberen Rand umgreifendes Band den Abschluß nahe dem oberen Rand des Innenschuhes unabhängig von der Kompression der Polsterung des Innenschuhes sicherzustellen. Um in diesen Fällen eine korrekte Positionierung des den oberen Rand des Schuhes umgreifenden Bandes sicherzustellen, kann das Kupp­lungsglied am Innenschuh mit dem entsprechenden Kupplungs­glied des Bandes in Wirkverbindung gebracht werden, wobei ein dichter Abschluß des Innenschuhes gegenüber dem Bein unab­hängig von der Schwenkstellung des Innenschuhes gewährleistet ist. Wenn nun, wie erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, ein Kupplungs­glied wahlweise nicht nur am Innenschuh sondern gegebenen­falls auch am Schaft festgelegt werden kann, umgreift das auf diese Weise wiederum den Innenschuh gurtartig umfassende Band nicht nur den Innenschuh sondern auch den hinteren Teil des Schaftes, wobei in diesem Falle die Dämpfungseigenschaften des Materials des Schaftes bei der Begrenzung der Ver­schwenkung des Schaftes in die Vorlagestellung wirksam werden. Es kann somit durch Austausch der Anschlußstelle des Bandes durch wahlweise Festlegung des Kupplungsgliedes am Schaft oder am Innenschuh nicht nur der dichte Abschluß gegenüber dem Bein sichergestellt werden, sondern es kann durch geeignete Wahl der Anschlußstelle auch die Dämpfung der Begrenzung der Verschwenkung des Schaftes verändert werden.
  • Mit Vorteil ist die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung hiezu so getroffen, daß die Kupplungsglieder von Druckknöpfen, Klett­verschlüssen, Durchbrechungen und Zapfen od.dgl. gebildet sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Kupplungsglieder für ver­schiedene Festlegepositionen voneinander verschieden ausge­bildet sind. Für die sichere Festlegung des Bandes am Schaft, insbesondere der Außenseite des Schaftes, kann in einfacher Weise die Ausbildung so getroffen werden, daß das Kupplungs­glied für die Festlegung an der Außenseite des Schaftes von einem mit dem Schaft verbindbaren Zapfen gebildet ist, welcher in eine Durchbrechung des Bandes eingreift, wobei in diesem Zusammenhang eine andersartige Ausbildung des Kupp­lungsgliedes für die Festlegung am Innenschuh nicht zuletzt deshalb besonders wichtig ist, weil auf diese Weise Druck­stellen im Inneren des Schuhes vermieden werden. Die Fest­legung des Bandes am Innenschuh kann in besonders einfacher Weise als Klettverschluß ausgebildet sein, wobei die Kupp­lungsglieder jeweils von miteinander zusammenwirkenden Teilen eines Klettverschlusses gebildet sind, wodurch eine besonders flachbauende und über einen breiten Bereich druckverteilende Kupplung des Bandes mit dem Innenschuh erzielt wird. Bei der Festlegung an der Außenseite des Schuhes kann mit einem von einem derartigen Klettverschluß abweichenden Kupplungsglied, insbesondere mit dem bevorzugten Zapfen eine besonders sichere und auch große Kräfte aufnehmende Festlegung am Schaft erzielt werden. An der Außenseite kann naturgemäß auch ein Druckknopf als Kupplungsglied Verwendung finden. Um eine korrekte Positionierung der Schließglieder für das Band in beliebigen Kupplungsstellungen wahlweise am Schaft oder am Innenschuh zu gewährleisten, ist die Ausbildung mit Vorteil so getroffen, daß die am Schaft bzw. am Innenschuh fest­ gelegten Kupplungsglieder jeweils ungefähr in der Längsmitte des Schuhes am hinteren Ende des Schaftes bzw. des Innen­schuhes außen angeordnet sind.
  • Um die Kupplungsglieder gegen Beschädigung zu sichern, kann mit Vorteil die Ausbildung so getroffen werden, daß der Zapfen des Schaftes von einem am Schaft lösbar festlegbaren Bügel übergriffen ist. In besonders einfacher Weise kann, wie es einer bevorzugten Ausbildung entspricht, der Zapfen einstückig mit dem Bügel ausgebildet sein. Die Verhängung bzw. Festlegung des Bügels am Schaft kann beispielsweise durch in Schlitze eingreifende Winkel erzielt werden, wobei der Bügel unter elastischer Verformung in die Schlitze eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Durch Verbinden der Bänder zweier Schuhe kann darüberhinaus in einfacher Weise eine Tragvorrichtung für die Skischuhe gebildet werden.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Hand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. In dieser zeigen: Fig. 1 eine schematische Seitenansicht eines Schaftes mit der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung am Heckteil des Schaftes, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch die Längsmittelebene des Schaftes in vergrößertes Darstellung mit einer abge­wandelten Einrichtung und Fig. 3 einen Teilbereich des Bandes in Ansicht auf seine Innenseite.
  • In der Zeichnung ist eine Skischuh 1 dargestellt, welcher eine Schale 2 und einen aus zwei Teilen 3 und 4 bestehenden Schaft aufweist, wobei der im Heckbereich vorgesehene Schaft­teil 3 bei der gezeigten Ausführungsform nach hinten abklapp­bar ist. Im Inneren des Skischuhes 1 ist ein Innenschuh 5 schematisch angedeutet. Die beiden Schaftteile 3 und 4 sind dabei um eine mit 15 angedeutete Schwenkachse, welche im Knöchelbereich angeordnet ist, relativ zur Schale 2 ver­ schwenkbar. Wie aus Fig. 1 deutlich ersichtlich, weist der Schuhspitze zugewandte Schaftteil 4 eine geringere Höhe auf als der Heckteil 3. Um bei einer Vorlage ein Klaffen im Heckbereich zu vermeiden, ist bei der Darstellung nach Fig. 1 an der Außenseite des Schaftteiles 3 ein Band 6 festgelegt, welches den Heckteil 3 und den Inneschuh 5 in seinem oberen Bereich umgreift. In einfacher Weise ist hiebei das Band 6 beispielsweise mittels Klettverschluß am Schaftteil 3 fest­gelegt. Um die Länge des Bandes zu variieren, weist dieses beispielsweise eine Öse 7 auf, in welcher das Band umgelenkt wird, wobei ein sicherer Verschluß in der gewünschten Länge durch Vorsehen beispielsweise eines Klettverschlusses ermög­licht wird. Als Verschluß des Skischuhes ist dabei in Fig. 1 eine Schnalle 8 im Bereich des Schaftes schematisch ange­deutet.
  • Bei der Darstellung nach Fig. 2 ist das erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene Band 6 am Schaftteil 3 festgelegt. Die Festlegung des Bandes 6 erfolgt bei dieser Ausführungsform über einen Bügel 9, welcher über Fortsätze 10 in im Schaftteil 3 vorge­sehene Ausnehmungen 11 einrastet, wobei die Positionierung des Bandes 6 über einen am Bügel 9 vorgesehenen Zapfen 12, welcher durch eine im Band vorgesehene Durchbrechung 13 des Bandes 6 hindurchtritt, erfolgt.
  • In Fig. 3 ist ein Teilbereich eines Bandes 6 dargestellt, wobei die Fig. 3 eine Ansicht auf die Innenseite dieses Bandes zeigt. Das Band 6 weist die Durchbrechung 13 für die Aufnahme des Zapfens 12 auf, wobei die Durchbrechung 13 an der Innenseite von einem Teil eines Klettverschlusses 14 umgeben ist, welcher mit einem entsprechend komplementären Teil des Klettverschlusses an der Außenseite des Innenschuhes 5 festgelegt werden kann.

Claims (7)

1. Einrichtung zum Verbessern des Abschlusses zwischen dem Schaft eines Skischuhes (1) bzw. eines Innenschuhes (5) und dem Bein mit einem am Skischuh (1) oder am Innenschuh fest­gelegten Band (6), welches den Schuh (1) und das Bein umgibt und nach Art eines Gürtels schließbar ist, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß das Band (6) wenigstens ein Kupplungsglied (13,14) für die wahlweise Festlegung am Schaft (3) oder am Innenschuh (5) des Skischuhes (1) aufweist, wobei das Band (6) jeweils mit einem entsprechenden Kupplungsglied (11,14) am Schaft (3) oder am Innenschuh (5) des Schuhes (1) lösbar verbindbar ist.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsglieder (11,12,13,14) von Druckknöpfen, Klett­verschlüssen, Durchbrechungen und Zapfen od.dgl. gebildet sind.
3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich­net, daß die Kupplungsglieder (11,12,13,14) für verschiedene Festlegepositionen voneinander verschieden ausgebildet sind.
4. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Schaft (3) bzw. am Innenschuh (5) festgelegten Kupplungsglieder (11,14) jeweils ungefähr in der Längsmitte des Schuhes am hinteren Ende des Schaftes bzw. des Innenschuhes außen angeordnet sind.
5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsglied für die Festlegung an der Außenseite des Schaftes von einem mit dem Schaft (3) verbindbaren Zapfen (12) gebildet ist, welcher in eine Durchbrechung (13) des Bandes (6) eingreift.
6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (12) des Schaftes (3) von einem am Schaft lösbar festlegbaren Bügel (9) übergriffen ist.
7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (12) einstückig mit dem Bügel (9) ausgebildet ist.
