Definitions
- the invention relates to a tack feed device with at least one inclined slideway, a rotor which has axially parallel grooves on its outer circumference for receiving one tack from the slideway mouth, and a housing which accommodates the rotor and which has axially parallel grooves on its inner periphery with the same angular pitch as comprises the rotor grooves for forwarding the tackle to a lasting device, means for simultaneously transferring the tackle from the rotor grooves into the housing grooves, as well as for a tack feed method in which a row of tacks which can be fed in succession via a web forms a row of tacks and the tacks of the row simultaneously be forwarded to a lasting device.
- a known tack feed device of this type (DE-PS 721 061)
- the rotor is rotated in each direction in order to pick up the tack in one direction of rotation and then back again.
- the angle of rotation By adjusting the angle of rotation, the number of rotor grooves running past the slideway mouth and thus the number of tackles processed in each case can be selected.
- the machine To change of the angle of rotation, the machine must be stopped and its mechanical transmission interfered.
- the rotor is only provided with rotor grooves over part of its outer circumference.
- the housing grooves are axially offset, so that the rotor must be moved axially to transfer the Tackse.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying a tack feed device of the type described at the outset with which it is possible in a simpler manner to achieve different tack patterns.
- a tack lock is arranged at the mouth of the slideway, which acts when actuated on the foremost tack and prevents its transition into a rotor groove.
- rotor grooves can be freely released during loading. It is therefore not necessary for the rotor rotation to be stopped after a predetermined angle and for a reverse rotation to take place. There is therefore no need to intervene in the mechanical translation of the machine, nor does a time-consuming reverse rotation have to take place before the next work cycle.
- the next loading of the rotor can already take place during the reverse rotation or - which is often even more favorable - during the subsequent further rotation. Nevertheless, you can work with different numbers of tacks, for example with 14 children's heels, 18 with women's heels and 24 with men's heels. Leave it Tack arrangements are also achieved in which only every second rotor groove is occupied. If the front tack is released by the tack lock, it can immediately slide into the next rotor groove under the weight and weight of the tackle that is pushing ahead.
- the tack lock has a piston acting on the tack head, the end face of which is essentially parallel to the surface of the slideway.
- the tack shaft is positioned approximately perpendicular to the surface of the slideway. This ensures that the pocket shaft does not engage in the next rotor groove due to its own weight and blocks the rotor.
- tack lock can be actuated by a pneumatic cylinder. This also compensates for irregularities in the thickness of the tack heads.
- the slideway opening is expediently located in the housing, and the tack lock is carried by a housing cover. This results in a reliable assignment of the tack lock to the tack immediately adjacent to the rotor.
- tack storage containers are assigned to the rotor, it is advantageous if there is an opening at each slideway a tack lock is located. You can then feed tackles of different sizes according to the pattern. For example, depending on the shoe material, you can work alternately with tackles of different lengths. It is even more important, however, that different tack lengths can be optimally put together for a lasting operation, for example, the first two or three toes can be selected shorter on both sides in the connection area than the remaining heel tack. This measure is therefore particularly suitable for heel lasting machines.
- a particularly rapid mode of operation is obtained if the rotor grooves are evenly distributed over the entire outer circumference and the inner circumference of the housing is divided into an input section with all slideway openings and an output section offset to this in the circumferential direction with all housing grooves. Tacks can be loaded into the rotor immediately after the previous work cycle or even in an overlap with it.
- the exit section extends over 180 °.
- the housing grooves are assigned a ring segment-shaped locking plate which extends below the rotor surface guiding the tack heads and in the circumferential direction from a first position in which the housing grooves are covered to a second position in which the Housing grooves are open and can be moved back.
- a locking plate makes it possible to arrange the slideway opening and the housing grooves at a height, ie not axially offset, so that the rotor does not have to perform any axial movement either.
- the locking plate attacks below the head on the tack shaft, so that the tack remains securely in the rotor groove despite the inclined inclination of the housing surface and thus the rotor surface.
- the blow-out channels can be formed by radial grooves on the top of the rotor covered by a housing cover.
- the blowing jet is directed towards the head end of the bag, so that a particularly reliable radial displacement takes place.
- the blow jet drives the respective tack axially downward, which increases the working speed even further.
- a tack lock control device is also favorable which, depending on a predeterminable tack pattern (arrangement, number, size) and taking into account the angular distance of the respective slideway mouth from the housing groove to be occupied, releases the associated tack lock.
- tack patterns can either be set manually or already stored in the program so that they can be easily called up.
- the rotor advantageously has a stepper drive. This is not just an inexpensive yet precise type of drive. Rather, the control is very simple. Since each step corresponds to a certain angular division, it is sufficient to count the steps if certain angular distances are to be taken into account.
- a particularly simple stepper drive has a pneumatic cylinder which engages a lever which takes the rotor with it via a one-way clutch.
- a pneumatic rotor is particularly recommended when the other controls are also pneumatic.
- an index device should be provided which stops the rotor in a defined angular position. In this angular position, the tackle can then be transferred from the rotor grooves into the housing grooves.
- a preferred tack feed method in which a tack row can be formed from tackles that can be fed in succession via a web and the tack of the row is simultaneously passed on to a lasting device, and which can be carried out in particular using the described tack feed device, is that the tack row consists of tackles of different lengths is formed, which are supplied in a pattern over at least two webs each assigned to a pocket length. In this way, the various tack lengths are optimally put together for a lasting process.
- the bag feed device shown in the figures has a machine frame 1 which carries two slideways 2 and 3. These are fed from a two-way storage container 4 and 5 having a bulk box 6, which can be pivoted with the aid of a pneumatic lifting cylinder 7 about the axis 8 from a position shown in full line in FIG. 1 to a dash-dotted position. In this upper position, the slideways 2 and 3 fill with tackles, which slide down with their heads lying on the top 9 of the slideway, the shaft extending into the slideway slot.
- a rotor 10 is mounted in the machine frame 1 and has the configuration illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4. On its outer circumference there are fifty rotor grooves 11 with the same angular spacing, each of which is connected to a radial groove 12 which leads to a central pressure chamber 13.
- the rotor shaft 14 is mounted in the machine frame 1 via two roller bearings 15 and 16. It is via a one-way clutch 17 of a lever 18 entrained, which can be moved back and forth by the piston of a pneumatic cylinder 19. In one direction of rotation, the rotor 10 is taken along by a predetermined angle. In the opposite direction, the freewheel is effective so that the rotor 10 stops. Due to the continuous back and forth movement of the pneumatic cylinder 19, the rotor is therefore driven step by step, in each case by an angular distance corresponding to that between two adjacent radial grooves.
- the rotor 10 is surrounded by a housing 20, which is described in more detail in connection with FIGS. 5 and 6. It is fastened to the machine frame 1 by means of the fastening holes 21 and 22 and has a central opening 23 for receiving the roller bearing 15.
- the inner circumference 24 of this housing is provided in an input section 25 with the orifices 26 and 27 of the end sections 28 and 29 of the two slideways 10.
- An output section 30 is provided with housing grooves 31, which have a circular cross section and have the same angular pitch as the rotor grooves 11. While the rotor groove 11 has a cross section which is larger than a pocket shaft, but smaller than a pocket head, the cross section of the housing groove exceeds 31 the cross section of the tack head.
- both the input section 25 and the output section 30 each extend over 180 °.
- a tube or hose 32 connects to each housing groove 31, through which the tack can be fed to the actual heel lasting area. They end where the tackle can be driven in by the striker of the lasting device.
- the housing 20 has a recess 33 in the region of the output section, in which a ring-shaped blocking plate 34 is received.
- This locking plate is guided on pins 35 of the housing 20 by means of circumferential grooves 36 in the circumferential direction. It can be moved back and forth by a limited angle of rotation by a pneumatic cylinder 38 acting on a boom 37.
- the locking plate 34 has cutouts 39 which correspond to the cross section of the housing grooves 31. In between there are locking sections 40 which can cover the entrance of the housing grooves 31.
- the locking plate can therefore be pivoted from a first position, in which the housing grooves 31 are locked, into a second position, in which these housing grooves are open.
- Rotor 10 and housing 20 are covered by a housing cover 41. This also closes the pressure chamber 13 and the radial grooves 12.
- An air supply line 42 is connected to a control valve 43, which makes it possible to supply compressed air pulses to the pressure chamber 13.
- tack locks 44 and 45 are arranged on the housing cover 41 and are located exactly above the end sections 28 and 29 of the slideways 2 and 3.
- Each tack lock has a pneumatic cylinder 46 which actuates a piston 47. When pressed, this presses on the head 48 of the foremost pocket 49. The head is pressed onto the upper side 9 of the slideway, so that the shaft is forcibly kept out of the adjacent rotor groove 11. This effect also contributes to the fact that the end section 28 has a smaller inclination to the horizontal than the rest of the slideway 2.
- the tack locks 44 and 45 are controlled by valves 50.
- a control device 51 receives from a program memory 52 the values for a predefined tack pattern, that is to say via the tack arrangement, the number of tacks and the tack size.
- the program can be entered automatically via an input 53 by the last to be processed or manually by the operator.
- the described bag feeder works as follows:
- the pneumatic cylinder 19 is actuated in such a way that the rotor 10 performs angular rotations in short succession by one rotor groove division in each case.
- the tack locks 44 and 45 are actuated in such a way that the rotor grooves 11 are filled with tackes in the correct pattern. For example, first three rotor grooves 11 are supplied with short tackles from the slideway 2, then a larger number of rotor grooves 11 with longer tackles from the slideway 3 and then again three rotor grooves with shorter tackles from the slideway 3. The rotor 10 is rotated further until the rotor grooves 11 thus occupied face the correct housing grooves 31.
- the rotor is stopped there and possibly locked by an index device (not shown). Then the control device 51 actuates the pneumatic cylinder 38, whereby the locking plate 34 is pivoted from its first position, in which the housing grooves 31 were covered, to the second position, in which these grooves are released. Simultaneously or shortly thereafter, a compressed air pulse is applied to the rotor pressure chamber 13 via the valve 43, so that the grooves 12 act as blow-out channels. The tackles are therefore forcibly transferred from the rotor grooves 11 into the housing grooves 31. There they slide partly due to its own weight, partly due to the blowing air at a corresponding speed via the pipe 32 to the lasting position.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 8 eine Draufsicht auf Fig. 7.
