Definitions
- the present invention relates to a profile mouthpiece according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a profile mouthpiece is known from DE-U 8 307 535.
- a one-piece upper part with a profile made of hard metal was created to counteract the wear at the concise points and to achieve a considerably longer service life.
- the base plate was made of steel in the usual way.
- the one-piece construction of the profiled upper part has brought with it considerable manufacturing difficulties, so that one was forced to provide several molded parts (cf. EP-A 35 010, preamble of claim 1).
- the invention is therefore based on the object of improving the aforementioned profile mouthpiece in such a way that it avoids the disadvantages mentioned above.
- the aim of the invention is therefore to provide a highly wear-resistant profile mouthpiece with a surface area made of hard metal, which enables the production of an extremely high number of perfect concrete roof tiles without any marking and, if necessary, allows partial replacement at special wear points.
- the upper part comprises a plurality of molded parts on the front side seen in the material flow, additionally on the rear side a one-piece, continuous profile strip, which also has the shape of the flush-fitted molded parts on its upper side.
- the molded parts and the profile strip are attached to the base plate using screws and nuts. A high wear resistance is guaranteed through the use of the hard metal consisting of sintered tungsten carbide.
- the height of the profile strip can be adjusted via elongated holes. Since the wear is greater in practice, especially on the rear side seen in the flow of material, a compensation can be created by raising the profile strip without the profile strip having to be replaced in whole or in part. All in all, the profile mouthpiece constructed according to the invention satisfies both the need for the possibility of adapting certain parts to the wear, and the possibility of replacing parts which are subject to greater wear.
- the profile mouthpiece according to the invention is generally designated 10 in the figures. During operation, it interacts in an extruder (not shown) with a suitably designed profile roller in order to process the concrete material coming from a hopper, not shown, into concrete roof tiles.
- the upper part consists of several molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5.
- the number and size of the molded parts is not critical, but can be chosen as desired in a suitable frame.
- the molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are approximately the same size and are arranged on the front side seen in the material flow.
- the molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 consist of hard metal, while the base plate 6, as usual, is formed from normal steel.
- the profile strip 1 which consists of one part and is continuous on the back of the molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5, i.e. the profile strip 1 covers all the molded parts to the rear and is adapted in terms of surface to the adjacent molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5.
- the one-piece construction of the profile strip 1 ensures that the separating joints 7 present between the molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 stop before the concrete roof tile is removed from the profile mouthpiece 10 according to the invention and therefore do not leave any undesired markings.
- the molded parts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are fastened to the steel carrier or the base plate 6 by screws 9 and nuts 8.
- the arrangement and number of screws and nuts can be selected in a suitable frame.
- clamping plates can be used for fastening, which have T-slots running at an angle to the base plate.
- a particularly advantageous aspect of the profile mouthpiece 10 according to the invention is the adjustability of the profile strip 1 with respect to its height. Since the profile strip 1 is more worn than the molded parts lying in front of it in the material flow, the profile strip 1 can be raised after a certain abrasion or sanding, for which purpose the screw running in the elongated hole is temporarily loosened.

Description
- Fig. 1 eine Querschnittsansicht des erfindungsgemäßen Profilmundstücks; und
