Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Profilmundstück nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The present invention relates to a profile mouthpiece according to the preamble of claim 1.
Ein Profilmundstück ist aus DE-U 8 307 535 bekannt. Nach der vorbekannten Lehre wurde ein einstückiges Oberteil mit Profil aus Hartmetall geschaffen, um an den prägnanten Stellen dem Verschleiß entgegenzuwirken und eine erheblich längere Standzeit zu erzielen. Die Grundplatte wurde in üblicher Weise aus Stahl gefertigt. Der einstückige Aufbau des profilierten Oberteils hat jedoch erhebliche fertigungstechnische Schwierigkeiten mit sich gebracht, so daß man gezwungen war, mehrere Formteile vorzusehen (vgl. Erfindungsgemäß umfaßt das Oberteil das mehrere Formteile auf der im Materialfluß gesehenen Vorderseite enthält, zusätzlich auf der Rückseite eine einteilige, durchgehende Profilleiste, die ebenfalls auf ihrer Oberseite den Formverlauf der bündig zusammengesetzten Formteile aufweist. Die Formteile und die Profilleiste werden mittels Schrauben und Muttern auf der Grundplatte befestigt. Ein besonderer Vorteil ist es, daß die Profilleiste in der Höhe über Langlöcher verstellbar ist. Da gerade auf der in Materialfluß gesehenen Rückseite der Verschleiß in der Praxis größer ist, kann durch Höherstellen der Profilleiste ein Ausgleich geschaffen werden, ohne daß die Profilleiste teilweise oder als ganzes ersetzt werden muß. In den Figuren ist das erfindungsgemäße Profilmundstück allgemein mit 10 bezeichnet. Während des Betriebs wirkt es in einem Extruder (nicht gezeigt) mit einer entsprechend ausgebildeten Profilwalze zusammen, um das aus einem nicht gezeigten Trichter kommende Betonmaterial zu Betondachsteinen zu verarbeiten. Das Oberteil besteht erfindungsgemäß aus mehreren Formteilen 2,3, 4 und 5. Die Anzahl und Größe der Formteile ist nicht kritisch, sondern kann in geeignetem Rahmen beliebig gewählt werden. Im vorliegenden Fall sind die Formteile 2,3,4 und 5 in etwa gleichgroß und auf der in Materialfluß gesehenen Vorderseite angeordnet. Die Formteile 2,3,4 und 5 bestehen aus Hartmetall, während die Grundplatte 6, wie üblich, aus normalem Stahl gebildet ist. Von besonderer erfindungsgemäßer Bedeutung ist die Profilleiste 1, die aus einem Teil besteht und auf der Rückseite der Formteile 2,3,4 und 5 durchgehend ist, d.h. die Profilleiste 1 deckt sämtliche Formteile nach hinten ab und ist bezüglich der Oberfläche an die aneinanderangrenzenden Formteile 2,3,4 und 5 angepaßt. Durch die Einteiligkeit der Profilleiste 1 ist gewährleistet, daß die zwischen den Formteilen 2,3,4 und 5 vorhandenen Trennfugen 7 vor Abzug der Betondachpfanne vom erfindungsgemäßen Profilmundstück 10 aufhören und deshalb keine unerwünschten Markierungen hinterlassen.The profile mouthpiece according to the invention is generally designated 10 in the figures.
