Claims (13)

1. Dispositif de serrage, notamment dispositif de serrage à genouillère pour la fixation de pièces, constitué d'un vérin de manoeuvre (3) avec une pièce de tête (23) avancée du côté de la tige de piston, pièce sur laquelle et dans laquelle est disposé le mécanisme de manoeuvre du bras de serrage (24) articulé sur la pièce de tête, et en outre de deux raccords de fluide sous pression (7, 8) et de capteurs de positions d'extrémités (6) avec des conduites de liaison (10),
caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes:
1.1 une tige de manoeuvre (5), munie de transmetteurs de position (4) à son extrémité libre, est disposée à l'extrémité libre (1) de la tige de piston (2), parallèlement à cette tige et en direction du vérin de manoeuvre (3);
1.2 la course de manoeuvre (W) des transmetteurs de position (4) est disposée à distance de la pièce de tête (23) latéralement au domaine du vérin de manoeuvre (3), au moins les deux capteurs de positions d'extrémités (6) étant disposés dans la zone de la course de manoeuvre (W);
1.3 les deux brides d'assemblage (13, 14) du vérin de manoeuvre (3) sont constituées avec un prolongement du côté de la tige de manoeuvre et la bride (13) côté tige de piston est munie d'un passage (15) pour la tige de manoeuvre;
1.4 les deux raccords de fluide sous pression (7, 8) et les conduites de sortie (10) des capteurs de positions d'extrémités (6) sont disposés à l'extrémité libre (9) du vérin de manoeuvre (3), en direction axiale avec un décalage par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (11) du vérin de manoeuvre (3).
2. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le vérin de manoeuvre (3) et son piston sont constitutés avec une section transversale ovale, elliptique, en forme de trou oblong ou de rectangle plat et en ce que la tige de manoeuvre (5) est disposée, avec les capteurs associés (6) sur le côté étroit (12), éloigné des bras de serrage, du vérin de manoeuvre (3).
3. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un tronçon de conduite de fluide sous pression de rappel (16) est disposé entre les deux brides (13, 14).
4. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les prolongements des brides d'assemblage (13, 14) sont constitués sous forme de rallonge (17) en forme de U présentant des branches (18, 19) entre lesquelles s'étend la course (W) des transmetteurs de position (4), le tronçon de conduite de fluide sous pression de rappel (16) passant dans la partie de base (19′) de cette rallonge, la branche (18), côté tige de piston, de la rallonge (17) présentant le passage (15) pour la tige de manoeuvre et la branche (19), éloigné de la tige de piston, comportant le raccord (8) de fluide sous pression de rappel ainsi qu'un passage (20) pour la conduite des capteurs.
5. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le tronçon de conduite de fluide sous pression de rappel (16) est disposé dans une partie épaissie (21) du vérin de manoeuvre (3).
6. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tige de manoeuvre (5) est disposée sur une équerre (22) fixée à l'extrémité (1) de la tige de piston.
7. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la zone voisine du vérin de manoeuvre (3) et comprenant le tronon de conduite de fluide sous pression de rappel (16), la course de manoeuvre (W) du transmetteur de position (4) ainsi que les capteurs (6) est fermée par un capot de recouvrement.
8. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le capteur (6) situé du côté de la pièce de tête est disposé et constitué pour être réglable parallèlement à la course de manoeuvre (W).
9. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'une saillie (4′) est disposée à l'extrémité libre de la tige de manoeuvre (5) devant le transmetteur de position (4) et en ce qu'un alésage (4") aligné avec la saillie (4′) est disposé dans la bride (14) prolongée latéralement ou dans la branche (19) de la rallonge (17), pour l'engagement de la saillie (4′).
10. Dispositif de serrage selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le capteur à position variable (6′), éloigné de la pièce de tête, est muni d'une saillie (27) s'avançant dans la course de manoeuvre (W), cette saillie étant munie d'un alésage de guidage de saillie (28) aligné avec la saillie (4′) de la tige de manoeuvre (5).
11. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les deux capteurs (6, 6′) disposés avec une position variable sont disposés dans une rainure de guidage et de retenue (29) du vérin de manoeuvre (3) ou de la rallonge en forme de U (17), cette rainure s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal du dispositif.
12. Dispositif de serrage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le capteur (6′) éloigné de la pièce de tête est fixé sur une pièce intermédiaire (30) guidée dans la rainure (29) et en ce que la pièce intermédiaire (30) de ce capteur (6′) est munie de la saillie (27) s'avançant dans la course de manoeuvre (W).
13. Dispositif de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre capteur à distance réglable (6") est disposé dans l'emprise de la course de manoeuvre (W) entre les deux capteurs (6, 6′) et à proximité du capteur (6).
