Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein wandhängendes Urinal aus Sanitärkeramik mit einem eingeformten, einen umlaufenden Rand aufweisenden Becken (8a), dem das Spülwasser im oberen Randbereich zugeführt wird und das an seiner tiefsten Stelle mit einem Abflußstutzen (8c) versehen ist. Um eine einfache Montage zu ermöglichen, umfaßt das Urinal einerseits ein das Becken (8a) mit Rand (8b) und Abflußstutzen (8c) bildendes, unmittelbar an der Wand (1) zu befestigendes Oberteil (8) und andererseits ein Unterteil (12), das nach der Montage des Oberteils (8) sowie des Wasseranschlusses und des Abflusses vorzugsweise am Oberteil (8) befestigbar ist und als allseitige Abdeckung aller sowohl zum Wasseranschluß als auch zum Abfluß gehörender Teile ausgebildet ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein wandhängendes Urinal aus Sanitär­keramik mit einem eingeformten, einen umlaufenden Rand auf­weisenden Becken, dem das Spülwasser im oberen Randbereich zugeführt wird und das an seiner tiefsten Stelle mit einem Abflußstutzen versehen ist.
  • Derartige wandhängende Urinale aus Sanitärkeramik sind be­kannt. Sie werden aus einem Stück hergestellt und haben den Nachteil, daß sowohl ihr Anschluß an das Spülwasser und an das in der Wand verlegte Abflußrohr als auch ihre Befestigung an der Wand kompliziert sind, wenn die hierfür verwendeten Teile im fertigen Zustand verdeckt sein sollen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein wandhängendes Urinal aus Sanitärkeramik der eingangs beschriebenen Art zu schaffen, das sich erheblich einfacher montieren und sowohl an den Wasserzulauf als auch an den Ablauf anschließen läßt, ohne daß hierfür verwendete Bauteile nach der Montage sicht­bar sind.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabenstellung durch die Erfindung ist gekennzeichnet durch eine zweiteilige Ausbildung des Urinals, die einerseits ein das Becken mit Rand und Abflußstutzen bil­dendes, unmittelbar an der Wand zu befestigendes Oberteil und andererseits ein Unterteil umfaßt, das nach der Montage des Oberteils sowie des Wasseranschlusses und des Abflusses vor­zugsweise am Oberteil befestigbar ist und als allseitige Ab­deckung aller sowohl zum Wasseranschluß als auch zum Abfluß gehörender Teile ausgebildet ist.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung wird ein wandhängendes Urinal aus Sanitärkeramik geschaffen, dessen Oberteil bei­spielsweise an zwei vorbereiteten Befestigungspunkten problemlos an der Wand befestigt werden kann, weil die Unter­seite dieses Oberteils gut zugänglich ist, so daß sowohl der Wasseranschluß als auch der Abfluß problemlos montiert werden können. Auch ein Anbringen und Anziehen der Befestigungs­schrauben ist problemlos durchzuführen. Erst nach der Montage und dem Anschließen des Oberteils wird das Unterteil des Urinals angebracht, das als allseitige Abdeckung aller sowohl zum Wasseranschluß als auch zum Abfluß gehörender Teile ausgebildet ist und in der Art einer sogenannten Halbsäule auch den am Becken angeformten Abflußstutzen abdeckt.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Urinal eignet sich insbesondere für die­jenigen Fälle, bei denen der Spülvorgang mit Hilfe von Sensoren ausgelöst wird. In diesem Fall kann gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung im Oberteil ein Sensor zur Be­tätigung eines den Wasserzulauf steuernden Magnetventils angeordnet sein, das unterhalb des Oberteils im Bereich der Abdeckung durch das Unterteil angeordnet ist. Gemäß einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung können ein Steuergerät für den Wasserzulauf und eine Batterie unterhalb des Oberteils und innerhalb der Abdeckung durch das Unterteil angeordnet werden. Alle diese Teile sind nach einer einfachen Demontage des Unterteils gut zugänglich, so daß die Wartung derartiger Urinale erheblich vereinfacht wird.
  • Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist der Abflußstutzen des Oberteils mittels eines innerhalb der Ab­deckung durch das Unterteil liegenden Absaugeformstückes mit dem Ablaufrohr verbunden.
  • Schließlich wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, das an Anlageflächen des Oberteils anliegende Unterteil mittels eines an den Halteschrauben für das Oberteil befestigten Tragbügels durch mindestens eine Schraube zu halten, so daß nur eine Schraube gelöst werden muß, um das Unterteil zu demontieren, wobei durch den erfindungsgemäßen Tragbügel in jedem Fall eine ordnungsgemäße Zuordnung des Unterteils zum Oberteil erfolgt.
  • Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des erfindungs­gemäßen Urinals dargestellt, und zwar zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht einer zur Aufnahme eines er­findungsgemäßen Urinals vorbereiteten Wand,
    • Fig. 2 einen senkrechten Schnitt durch die in Fig.1 ge­zeichnete Wand,
    • Fig. 3 eine Vorderansicht eines an der Wand gemäß Fig.1 befestigten Oberteils,
    • Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht zu Fig.3,
    • Fig. 5 einen senkrechten Schnitt mit Schnittlinie V - V in Fig.3,
    • Fig. 6 einen der Fig.5 entsprechenden Schnitt nach Montage des Unterteils,
    • Fig. 7 eine der Fig.3 entsprechende Ansicht nach Montage des Unterteils und
    • Fig. 8 eine Seitenansicht zu Fig.7.
  • Wie die Figuren 1 und 2 zeigen werden zur Vorbereitung der Befestigung des wandhängenden Urinals an der Wand 1 oberhalb des Ablaufrohres 2 zwei Gewindebolzen 3 in der Wand 1 be­festigt. Außerdem wird das in der Wand 1 verlegte Wasser­zulaufrohr 4 mit einem Magnetventil 5 verbunden, das eben­falls an der Wand 1 befestigt wird. Dieses Magnetventil 5 wird von einem seitlich daneben an der Wand 1 angeordneten Steuergerät 6 gesteuert und von einer auf der anderen Seite angeordneten Batterie 7 mit Strom versorgt.
  • Nach der in den Figuren 1 und 2 erkennbaren Vorbereitung wird nunmehr das Oberteil 8, beispielsweise durch auf die Gewinde­bolzen 3 aufgeschraubte Muttern 3a an der Wand 1 befestigt. Diese Muttern 3a können ohne Schwierigkeiten von unten her angezogen werden, da die Unterseite des Oberteils 8 gut zugänglich ist. Mittels eines Verbindungsrohres 9 wird das Magnetventil 5 mit dem oberen Rand 8b des Oberteils 8 ver­bunden, der ein vom Oberteil 8 gebildetes Becken 8a insgesamt umgibt. Zugleich mit der Montage des Oberteils 8 wurde ein an der tiefsten Stelle mit dem Becken 8a verbundener Abfluß­stutzen 8c mit einem Absaugeformstück 10 versehen, das die Verbindung des Beckens 8a mit dem Ablaufrohr 2 herstellt.
  • Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist im Oberteil 8 ein Sensor 11 angeordnet, der in Abhängigkeit von der Bewegung der das Urinal benutzenden Person das Magnetventil 5 steuert. Dieser Sensor 11 wird nach der Montage des Oberteils 8 mit dem Steuergerät 6 verbunden.
  • Wenn die Montage des Wasserzulaufs, des Ablaufs und der elektrischen Teile fertiggestellt ist, wird zur Abdeckung dieser Teile ein Unterteil 12 angebracht, das gegen ent­sprechende Anlageflächen des Obereils 8 gezogen wird. Die Be­festigung erfolgt mit Hilfe eines Tragbügels 13, der beim Ausführungsbeispiel vorzugsweise bei der Montage des Ober­ teils 8 mittels der Muttern 3a an den Gewindebolzen 3 be­festigt wird. An diesem Tragbügel 13 wird nach der erforder­lichen Ausrichtung das Unterteil 12 mit Hilfe einer Schraube 14 gehalten.
  • Wie insbesondere die Figuren 7 und 8 erkennen lassen, wird durch das in der Art einer Halbsäule ausgebildete Unterteil 12 die gesamte Installation des wandhängenden Urinals abge­deckt. Nach einem Abnehmen des Unterteils 12 können Wartungs- oder Reparaturarbeiten sowohl am Wasserzulauf wie auch am Wasserablauf und an den elektrischen Bauteilen problemlos er­folgen, so daß nicht nur die Montage, sondern auch die Wartung des Urinals erheblich vereinfacht wird.

Claims (5)

1. Wandhängendes Urinal aus Sanitärkeramik mit einem einge­formten, einen umlaufenden Rand aufweisenden Becken, dem das Spülwasser im oberen Randbereich zugeführt wird und das an seiner tiefsten Stelle mit einem Abflußstutzen ver­sehen ist,
gekennzeichnet durch eine zweiteilige Ausbildung, die einerseits ein das Becken (8a) mit Rand (8b) und Abflußstutzen (8c) bildendes, unmittelbar an der Wand (1) zu befestigendes Oberteil (8) und andererseits ein Unterteil (12) umfaßt, das nach der Montage des Ober­teils (8) sowie des Wasseranschlusses und des Abflusses vorzugsweise am Oberteil (8) befestigbar ist und als allseitige Abdeckung aller sowohl zum Wasseranschluß als auch zum Abfluß gehörender Teile ausgebildet ist.
2. Urinal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Oberteil (8) ein Sensor (11) zur Betätigung eines den Wasserzulauf steuernden Magnetventils (5) angeordnet ist, das unterhalb des Oberteils (8) im Bereich der Abdeckung durch das Unterteil (12) angeordnet ist.
3. Urinal nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Steuergerät (6) für den Wasserzulauf und eine Batterie (7) unterhalb des Oberteils (8) und innerhalb der Ab­deckung durch das Unterteil (12) angeordnet sind.
4. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß der Abflußstutzen (8c) des Oberteils (8) mittels eines innerhalb der Abdeckung durch das Unterteil (12) liegenden Absaugeformstückes (10) mit dem Ablaufrohr (2) verbindbar ist.
5. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß das an Anlageflächen des Oberteils (8) anliegende Unterteil (12) mittels eines an den Halte­schrauben (3,3a) für das Oberteil (8) befestigten Trag­bügels (13) durch mindestens eine Schraube (14) gehalten ist.
