Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung einer konsolenartigen Verschalung des Ablaufventils und des Geruchverschlusses eines Waschtisches, welches Ablaufventil mittels einer Überwurfmutter mit dem Geruchverschluss verbunden ist. Derartige zur optischen Verkleidung des Geruchverschlusses dienende konsolenartige Verschalungen sind bekannt. In der Praxis hat sich herausgestellt, dass eine Ausrichtung der Verschalung im Verhältnis zum Waschtisch äusserst aufwendig ist und dass sich in Abhängigkeit von der Beschaffenheit der Wand häufig Lageabweichungen zwischen Verschalung und Waschtisch nicht vermeiden lassen. Die erfindungsgemässe Befestigungsvorrichtung ermöglicht letztlich eine einfache Demontage der Verschalung, beispielsweise zur Reinigung des Geruchverschlusses, da nur eine einzige Schraubverbindung gelöst werden muss. Von dem in bekannter Weise an einer Wand befestigten Waschtisch 1 ist lediglich ein die Ablauföffnung umgebender Teil dargestellt. In der Ablauföffnung des Waschtisches 1 ist ein Ablaufventil 2 angeordnet, welches in Fig. 1 in der Seitenansicht und in Fig. 2 im Schnitt dargestellt ist. Dieses Ablaufventil 2 wird von oben her in den Waschtisch 1 eingesetzt und durch eine Überwurfmutter 3 gehalten, welche beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel auf ein Aussengewinde des Ablaufventils 2 von unten her aufgeschraubt ist.
