ID="0001.0034"> Schäden führen.
Der Anschluss 13 für das Abflussrohr 14 ist in Form eines Auslaufstutzens vorgesehen, mit dem das Abfluss- rohr 14, das üblicherweise von einem Rohrbogen ge bildet wird, mit Hilfe einer Schiebemuffe 27 verbindbar ist;
In the wall built-in toilet cistern The invention relates to a built-in wall toilet cistern- the previously known of this type were built into the wall and were therefore no longer accessible after installation.
This has the disadvantage that nothing could be done to maintain such boxes and the necessary repairs were associated with a disproportionately large amount of effort. Pipe bridges or just imperfections in the box could also lead to disproportionately large <RTI
ID = "0001.0034"> cause damage.
The invention is based on the object of avoiding these disadvantages of the known toilet cisterns that can be built into the wall. The invention consists in
that the cistern is provided with a frame that can be fixed in the wall, with which it is detachably connected:
is. The invention has the advantage that the cistern is in the wall.
can be installed and therefore no longer appears to be disturbing, but it is nevertheless easily accessible and, above all, can be dismantled without any particular difficulty.
The drawings illustrate an embodiment example of the cistern according to the invention and parts of the embodiment.
1 shows a plan view of the part of a wall with a cistern according to the invention, the parts of which are partly broken open and partly in section,
and FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II through the arrangement according to FIG. 1.
A box-shaped opening 2 is provided in the building wall 1, into which a cistern 3 is inserted.
The cistern. 3 is provided on its side edges with flanges 4, which are arranged in an extension of its front wall and which -an the surfaces 5 of a frame 6 are screwed. With this framework
adjoin the frame part 5, which runs parallel to the wall surface, inwardly and outwardly projecting flanges 7 and 8 which run approximately perpendicular to the wall surface.
Of these, the inwardly protruding flange 7 is arranged on the inner edge of the frame part 5 and the outwardly protruding flange 8 is arranged on the outer edge of this frame part. The opening 2 in the wall 1 is kept so large that
that the outer flange 8 just fits into this opening. For the adjustable fastening of this frame in the wall opening 2, wall straps are also attached to the frame
Oblong holes 9 'introduced, nut which the frame on the ends of oarlocks 10 stone screws or the like .. can be pushed, which are provided with a thread for fastening sleeves 11.
The oarlocks 10 are firmly walled into the wall 1. The elongated holes 9 'allow the frame 6 to be moved before it is finally attached so that
that the outer edge of this flange 8 serving as a plaster frame is precisely aligned with the outside surface of the plaster 12 applied to the wall 1.
As can be clearly seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cistern 3 is kept much lower than the distance between the horizontal parts of the flange 7, i.e. lower than the clear height of the frame,
so that there is enough space between the frame and the top of the box and also between the frame and the bottom of the box,
to get to the cover on the one hand and to the connection 13 for an RTI ID = "0001.0255" WI = "18" HE = "3" LX = "1122" LY = "2196"> drain pipe 14 on the other.
The opening 2 in the wall 1, delimited to the outside by the flange 8 of the frame 6, is closed by a cover plate 15 which is detachably inserted into the frame 6 and the outside of which is provided with a covering,
which is of the same type as the covering of the wall in the vicinity of the box. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the outer string of the cover plate 15 is covered with tiles 16 which are of the same type as the tiles 17 applied to the plaster 12.
The movability of the wall strips 9 'on the dents 10 allows
to align the tile grid of the cover plate with the tile grid of the wall. To solve ble fastening of the cover plate 15 on the frame 6 are on the back of the cover plate on the lower edge in front
preferably resilient tongues 18 attached, which are angled slightly outwards with respect to a vertical line on the back of the cover plate and which engage in corresponding bevels 19 on the flange 7 of this frame 6. The attachment of the cover plate exclusively with the help of such tongues has the <RTI
ID = "0002.0020"> Advantage that the cover plate, which can be covered with tiles on the front, for example, can be removed without the aid of tools, but it cannot be completely ruled out that such a plate will come off unintentionally.
It is therefore more expedient for safety reasons to hold the cover plate only on one, preferably the lower edge, by means of such tongues and on the opposite edge by means of screws, the attachment of such a screw being sufficient.
A fastening screw 20 is therefore provided on the upper edge of the cover plate, which screw is screwed into a corresponding threaded hole in part 5 of the frame.
In order to match the outer surface of the plate 15 or the tiles 16 exactly with the surface of the wall or
to bring the attached tiles 17 to align, adjustable stops in the form of screws 21 are attached to the frame 6, on which the back of the plate 15 comes under the pressure of the outwardly ended spring tongues 18 to the plant.
By turning the screws 21 more or less far into the web 5 of the frame 6, the position of the plate can be easily changed.
The resilient tongues 18 on the lower edge of the plate 15 make it possible to place the plate with these tongues on the lower section of the frame 6 and then tilt it towards the frame so far that the end of the screw 20 reaches the corresponding hole in the frame 6. The screw 20 is deliberately made so long that
that it already penetrates the threaded hole provided for it at its end,
if the distance between the upper edge of the panel and the wall is still so large,
that the plate can still be grasped by hand in the area of its upper edge and held securely. By screwing the screw 20 into the corresponding hole in the frame, the plate is then brought closer and closer to the frame,
until it reaches its end position. The dismantling of the plate 15 takes place in the reverse manner by unscrewing the screw 20.
So that the plate is taken along and brought into an inclined position, the screw has a groove near the back of the plate 15,
in which a resilient disc 20 'is inserted. This spring washer takes the plate 15 with it when it is turned out. Even when removing the plate, it can be securely grasped and held in the area of its upper edge,
before the screw 20 is completely unscrewed from the frame part. Removal of the cover plate 15 can furthermore be facilitated by the fact that one or more handles 22 in the form of hooks are attached to its edge,
which can also be used, for example, to hang up rags, brushes, etc. can serve. At the point where the screw is located, an additional, directly walled-in wall tape 10 'is provided to relieve the frame.
A sudden emptying of the cistern 3 requires an unimpeded air supply. Since the cover plate 15 should be fitted fairly tightly into the frame 6 for the sake of good looks,
it is advisable to provide special ventilation openings. In the exemplary embodiment shown, such ventilation openings 23 are provided in the area of the opening for the passage of the actuating member 24, which is designed here as a handle, for the cistern.
The passage and the ventilation openings 23 arranged in its area are covered by a rosette 25, the slot 26 of which is large enough for the handle 24 to allow a sufficient amount of air to pass through without noticeable throttling.
It would also suffice, instead of providing additional ventilation openings 23, the feedthrough for the actuating handle 24 in the cover plate 15 or
to make the tiles 16 large enough from the outset to ensure the rapid supply of the necessary amount of air into the cistern when it is suddenly emptied.
The connection 13 for the drainage pipe 14 is provided in the form of an outlet connection with which the drainage pipe 14, which is usually formed by a pipe bend, can be connected with the aid of a sliding sleeve 27;
so that the end of the drain pipe 14 is exactly aligned with the outlet nozzle 13, a clamp 28 is attached to the frame 6,
in which the pipe 14 can be clamped before the assembly of the cistern. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the clamp consists of a flat piece of sheet metal which is angled at one edge for attachment to the frame, has a round opening for the tube 14 and is slotted in such a way that
that the opening can be narrowed with the help of a clamping screw to clamp the pipe. This arrangement enables a very simple assembly of the cistern,
because the elimination of the pipe bend 14 is very easy to achieve and the sliding sleeve 27 allows a certain length compensation. Since, on the other hand, the sliding sleeve 27 must be kept relatively short, it is expedient to attach a stop 29 for this sleeve on the outlet spout 13,
up to which the sliding sleeve must be pushed up when the connection between the pipe 14 and the socket 13 is made.
The outer surface of this stop is in the illustrated embodiment at the same time provided with a threaded hole for a screw 30, which is used to attach a clamp 31, which prevents
that the sliding sleeve 27 is displaced under the influence of any vibrations or other forces and the connection between the nozzle 13 and the pipe 14 is leaky.
