514,246. Lavatory basins. TWYFORDS, Ltd., and BAILEY, E. H. May 1, 1939, No. 12917. [Class 26] A lavatory basin is atttached to a hollow pedestal by means of a member 5 carried by the lower part of the basin and located above lugs or projections 13 on the inside of the pedestal, the member being secured by bolts 8 or the like passing through the lugs. In the form shown, the member 5 consists of an apertured plate passing over the waste fitting 4 and secured by a nut 11. The depending bolts 8 are secured to it and carry nuts 14 which bear on the underside of the lugs 13, so securing the basin.
