Abstract

Um die Montage und Wartung des Urinals zu vereinfachen, ist das Becken (3) von der Gebäudewand (6) wegklappbar an dieser befestigt. Dazu ist eine Halterung (8) vorgesehen, die einen am Becken (3) befestigten Halterahmen (10), eine an der Wand (6) befestigte Halteplatte (9) sowie gelenkig mit diesen verbundene Tragstangen (11) aufweist. Zur Wartung wird das Becken (3) von Bolzen (7) gelöst und mittels der Halterung (8) nach vorne und nach unten von der Gebäudewand (6) weggeklappt. Die hinter dem Becken (3) angeordneten Armaturen (26, 27, 19) und Geräte (5) sind seitlich, von unten und von oben zugänglich. Nach der Wartung wird das Becken (3) an die Gebäudewand (6) zurückgeschwenkt und mit dem Bolzen (7) befestigt.

Description

  • Im Stand der Technik ist durch die EP-A-0 313 734 ein Urinal dieser Art bekannt, das einen an einer Gebäudewand zu befestigenden Beckenoberteil sowie einen lösbar an diesem Oberteil befestigten Beckenunterteil aufweist. Das Beckenunterteil wird nach der Befestigung des Beckenoberteils und nach der Montage des Wasseranschlusses und des Abflusses am Beckenoberteil befestigt, und dient als Abdeckung der zum Wasseranschluss als auch zum Abfluss gehörenden Teile. Hinter dem Beckenoberteil sind ein Magnetventil und ein Steuergerät angeordnet, die zu ihrer Wartung nach der Entfernung des Beckenunterteils seitlich und von unten zugänglich sind.
  • Eine zweiteilige Ausbildung eines Urinalbeckens beschränkt die gestalterische Freiheit, die bei sanitären Anlagen zur Anpassung an unterschiedliche Stilrichtungen ausserordentlich wichtig ist. Zur Wartung der hinter dem Becken angeordneten Geräte muss wie erwähnt das Beckenunterteil abgenommen und auf die Seite gestellt werden. Da ein Beckenunterteil aus Sanitärkeramik vergleichsweise schwer, bruchgefährdet und sperrig ist, wird durch das Abnehmen und wieder Aufsetzen des Beckenunterteils jede Wartungsarbeit erschwert. Die Fugen und Schattenfugen zwischen den beiden Beckenteilen sind aus hygienischen und ästhetischen Gründen nachteilig.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Urinal der genannten Gattung zu schaffen, das die Anforderung an eine einfache Montage und Wartung und diejenige an grösstmögliche Vandalensicherheit und Hygiene optimal erfüllt. Die Aufgabe ist durch die Erfindung gemäss Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Beim erfindungsgemässen Urinal ist das Becken zur Montage und Wartung nach dem Lösen einer Befestigungsvorrichtung begrenzt von der Gebäudewand wegklappbar. Das Becken kann somit beim erfindungsgemässen Urinal aus einem Stück hergestellt und weitgehend eine beliebige Aussenform aufweisen. Nach dem Wegklappen des Beckens bleibt dieses vollständig mit der Wand verbunden, so dass keine Einzelteile bei der Wartung herumliegen.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist an der Gebäudewand eine Halteplatte befestigt, die mittels Träger gelenkig mit einem rückseitig in das Becken eingesetzten Halterahmen verbunden ist. Dies ergibt eine stabile und dennoch konstruktiv einfache Verbindung zwischen dem Becken und der Gebäudewand. Eine besonders stabile Verbindung des Halterahmens mit dem Becken ist dann gegeben, wenn der Halterahmen an einen umlaufenden Rand des Beckens angepasst ist. Die Urinalsteuerung kann innerhalb dieses Halterahmens angeordnet werden und ist dann von diesem zusätzlich geschützt. Die technischen Instrumente des Urinals können damit völlig und vandalensicher abgedeckt werden.
  • Die Zugänglichkeit zu den hinter dem Becken angeordneten Instrumenten ist dann besonders vorteilhaft, wenn das Becken derart von der Gebäudewand wegklappbar ist, dass die Rückseite des Beckens im ausgeklappten Zustand parallel zur Aussenseite der Gebäudewand verläuft. Die genannten Instrumente sind dann allseitig und insbesondere auch von oben zugänglich. Die Zugänglichkeit von oben erleichtert die Wartung und verbessert sie, da der Zwischenraum zwischen Becken und Wand besser ausgeleuchtet ist.
  • Die Zugänglichkeit der zu wartenden Geräte wird noch weiter verbessert, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung das Becken nach unten von der Gebäudewand wegklappbar ist.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den übrigen abhängigen Ansprüchen und der nachfolgenden Beschreibung. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 einen vertikalen Schnitt durch ein montiertes erfindungsgemässes Urinal im betriebsbereiten Zustand,
    • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt wie Fig. 1, wobei das Becken zur Wartung von der Gebäudewand begrenzt weggeklappt ist, und
    • Fig. 3 eine Rückenansicht einer Halteplatte mit dem daran befestigten Becken.
  • Das Urinal weist ein Becken 3 auf, das im oberen Teil einen verdeckten Spüleinlass 1 und im unteren Bereich einen Auslass 2 aufweist. Der Auslass 2 führt über einen Stutzen 18 zu einem Siphon 19 und von diesem über ein horizontal sich erstreckendes Rohrstück 20 zu einer in einer Gebäudewand 6 angeordneten Ablaufleitung 22. Das Rohrstück 20 ist wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt mit seinem vorderen Ende in die Mündung 21 der Ablaufleitung 22 herausziehbar hineingeschoben. Eine hier nicht gezeigte Dichtungsmanschette dichtet das Rohrstück 20 gegen die Ablaufleitung 22 ab.
  • In eine Nische 23 der Gebäudewand 6 ist ein an sich bekannter Wandrahmen 17 eingesetzt, an den mittels Gewindebolzen 7 das Becken 3 an der Gebäudewand 6 befestigt ist.
  • Am Wandrahmen 17 ist ebenfalls eine Halteplatte 9 mit dem Bolzen 7 und weiteren Bolzen 24 befestigt. Auf der Aussenseite der Grundplatte 9 sind eine Radarantenne 5 einer integrierten Anwesenheitssteuerung sowie ein Wasserzulaufrohr 26 mit einem Magnetventil 27 zur Steuerung des Wasserzulaufes angebracht. Ist das Becken 3 von den Gewindebolzen 7 gelöst, so kann es mittels einer Halterung 8 in die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Stellung ausgeklappt werden. Während dieser Bewegung wird das Becken 3 zuerst eine kurze Strecke horizontal von der Wand wegbewegt, wobei das Rohrstück 20 von der Abflussleitung 22 und das Wasserzulaufrohr 26 vom Einlass 1 getrennt werden. Anschliessend wird das Becken 3 nach vorn und nach unten bewegt, bis es die in Fig. 2 gezeigte stabile Schwenklage erreicht hat.
  • Die Halterung 8 weist zwei Paare paralleler Tragstangen 11 auf, die schwenkbar an Laschen 13 der Grundplatte 9 und ebenfalls gelenkig an einem mit dem Becken 3 fest verschraubten Halterahmen 10 verbunden sind. Die Haltevorrichtung 8 und auch die Grundplatte 9 sind im nicht ausgeklappten Zustand vom Rand 12 des Beckens 3 oben und seitlich vollständig abgedeckt. Ist hingegen das Becken 3 wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt von der Wand 6 weggeklappt, so ist die Grundplatte 9 mit den Wasserzu- und ablaufarmaturen 26, 27 bzw. 19-22 und der Steuerungselektronik von unten, seitlich und von oben zugänglich. In der ausgeklappten Stellung ist der horizontale Abstand zwischen der Rückseite 15 des Beckens 3 und der Wandaussenseite 16 beispielsweise 15 cm. Trotz dieses vergleichsweise grossen Abstandes und der guten Stabilität der Halterung 8 ist für diese auf der Hinterseite des Beckens 3 vergleichsweise wenig Raum erforderlich. Das Becken 3 kann somit trotz seiner Verschwenkbarkeit vergleichsweise schmal und mit geringer Tiefe gebaut werden.
  • Nach einer Wartung der hinter dem Becken 3 angeordneten Geräte und Armaturen wird das Becken 3 wieder an die Gebäudewand 6 geklappt und mit den Bolzen 7 in bekannter Weise befestigt. Beim Zurückklappen fährt das Rohrstück 20 mit seinem freien Ende in die Mündung 21 der Ablaufleitung 22 und das Wasserzulaufrohr 4 wird gleichzeitig in eine Dichtungsmanschette 28 des Spüleinlasses 1 eingeschoben. Nach der Befestigung des Beckens 3 an der Gebäudewand 6 sind die Armaturen und Geräte des Urinals vom Becken 3 und vom Rahmen 10 abgedeckt und optimal vandalensicher geschützt.

Claims (9)

  1. Wandhängendes Urinal, mit einem einen Spüleinlass (1) und einen Ablauf (2) aufweisendes Becken (3) und mit hinter dem Becken (3) angeordneten Anschlüssen (4) und einem Gerät (5) zur Steuerung der Spülung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Becken (3) zur Montage und Wartung nach dem Lösen einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (7) begrenzt von der Gebäudewand (6) wegklappbar oder wegrückbar ist.
  2. Urinal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass hinter dem Becken (3) eine Halterung (8) mit einer an der Gebäudewand (6) befestigten Halteplatte (9), einem rückseitig in das Becken (3) eingesetzten Halterahmen (10) und wenigstens einem gelenkig mit der Halteplatte (9) und dem Halterahmen (10)verbundenen Träger (11) angeordnet ist.
  3. Urinal nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halterahmen (10) an einem umlaufenden Rand (12) des Beckens (3) angepasst ist.
  4. Urinal nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (9) zwei im Abstand zueinander angeordnete und von der Gebäudewand (6) abstehende Laschen (13) aufweist, an denen der Träger (11) schwenkbar befestigt ist.
  5. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (11) aus zwei Paaren paralleler Stangen (14) besteht, die vertikal und senkrecht zur Gebäudewand (6) schwenkbar sind, derart, dass die Rückseite (15) des Beckens (3) nach dem begrenzten Ausklappen etwa parallel zur Aussenseite (16) der Gebäudewand (6) verläuft.
  6. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (9) an einem in die Gebäudewand (6) eingesetzten Wandkasten (17) befestigt ist.
  7. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit der Halteplatte (9) wenigstens zwei von der Gebäudewand (6) senkrecht abstehende Gewindebolzen (7) zur Befestigung des Beckens (3) verbunden sind.
  8. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem Ablaufstutzen (18) des Beckens (3) ein Siphon (19) und an diesem ein Rohrstück (20) angebracht sind, das lösbar in die Mündung (21) eines in der Gebäudewand (6) angeordneten Ablaufrohres (22) eingeschoben ist und das beim Ausklappen des Beckens (3) vom Ablaufrohr (22) getrennt wird.
  9. Urinal nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Becken (3) nach unten von der Gebäudewand (6) wegklappbar ist.
