Claims (20)

  1. Distributeur manuel de produits (1), comprenant une pompe à produit (2) qui peut être actionnée au moyen d'un organe d'actionnement manuel (22) et qui comprend une chambre de pompe (14) raccordée à un canal de sortie du produit (24) conduisant à une buse distributrice (25), et comprenant au moins une pompe à air sous pression (50) dont l'actionnement est manuel et à laquelle est associée au moins une chambre à air sous pression (62) qui est raccordée à la buse distributrice (25), du moins indirectement, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un canal à air sous pression (90), caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu des moyens (97 à 99, respectivement 106, 106i) pour libérer ou pour interrompre, respectivement, le refoulement par la pompe à produit (2) ou par la pompe à air sous pression (50), respectivement, vers la buse distributrice (25), et ce, en fonction de la course d'actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement manuel et/ou de la pression, et avec un décalage dans le temps.
  2. Distributeur manuel de produits (1), comprenant une pompe à produit (2) qui peut être actionnée au moyen d'un organe d'actionnement manuel (22) et qui comprend une chambre de pompe (14) raccordée à un canal de sortie du produit (24) conduisant à une buse distributrice (25), et comprenant au moins une pompe à air sous pression (50) dont l'actionnement est manuel et à laquelle est associée au moins une chambre à air sous pression (62) qui est raccordée à la buse distributrice (25), du moins indirectement, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un canal à air sous pression (90), en particulier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par des moyens (97 à 99) pour retarder l'actionnement de la pompe à produit (2) par rapport à celui de la pompe à air sous pression (50) au début du trajet d'actionnement.
  3. Distributeur manuel de produits (1), comprenant une pompe à produit (2) qui peut être actionnée au moyen d'un organe d'actionnement manuel (22), qui est disposée sur des moyens de maintien (4, 46) et qui comprend une chambre de pompe (14) raccordée à un canal de sortie du produit (24) conduisant à une buse distributrice (25), et comprenant au moins une pompe à air sous pression (50) dont l'actionnement est manuel et qui est réunie par construction à la pompe à produit (2) et à laquelle est associée au moins une chambre à air sous pression (62) raccordée à la buse distributrice (25), du moins indirectement, par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un canal à air sous pression (90), cependant que la pompe à air sous pression (50) comporte un piston de pompage (51) qui peut être déplacé en coulissement par une tige de piston (21) de la pompe à produit, en particulier selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le piston de pompage (51) de la pompe à air sous pression (50) est formé par un élément constitutif qui est séparé des moyens de maintien (4, 46) et qui est appuyé axialement par des moyens de butée (58, 59) à l'encontre de la pression de pompage de la pompe à air sous pression (50).
  4. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) et la pompe à produit (2) peuvent être actionnées simultanément au moyen de leur organe d'actionnement manuel (22), et par le fait qu'il est prévu de préférence au moins un dispositif de commande pour libérer ou pour interrompre des liaisons entre le refoulement de la pompe à produit (2) ou de la pompe à air sous pression (50), respectivement, et la buse distributrice (25), et ce, en fonction de la course d'actionnement de l'organe d'actionnement manuel et/ou de la pression, et avec un décalage dans le temps.
  5. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) qui aspire en particulier à travers le piston de pompage (51) est située pour l'essentiel d'une manière coaxiale par rapport à la pompe à produit (2), et qu'elle présente de préférence par rapport à celle-ci un volume de refoulement par course de pompage qui est plus important, et en particulier un diamètre plus important pour le piston ou pour le cylindre, respectivement.
  6. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) est située pour l'essentiel dans le prolongement de la pompe à produit (2), en particulier sur son côté tourné vers l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22), et qu'elle présente de préférence au moins une ouverture d'entrée d'air ménagée dans le piston de pompage (51).
  7. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'une au moins des pompes que sont la pompe à air sous pression (50) et la pompe à produit (2), et de préférence les deux, sont réalisées sous la forme de pompes à piston de refoulement, et qu'elles peuvent être actionnées de préférence par la pression d'un doigt par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'actionnement manuel (22) qui est réalisé sous la forme d'une tête d'actionnement et qui porte la buse distributrice (25), cependant que le dispositif de commande est prévu en particulier dans l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22).
  8. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) est disposée au voisinage immédiat de la pompe à produit (2), et qu'elle est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec elle, du moins partiellement, le piston de pompage séparé (51) étant de préférence traversé par une tige de piston (21) de la pompe à produit (2).
  9. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) et/ou le dispositif de commande sont situés pour l'essentiel à l'intérieur de l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) en forme de capuchon qui constitue de préférence, avec la surface latérale de son capuchon, un cylindre de pompe (52) de la pompe à air sous pression (50), lequel peut être déplacé sur la course de pompage.
  10. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le piston de pompage annulaire (51) de la pompe à air sous pression (50) est maintenu sur le support (4, 46) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par encliquetage, et qu'il est en particulier disposé à l'extrémité associée d'une enveloppe de cylindre (3) de la pompe à produit (2), et par le fait qu'en particulier, une partie d'extrémité associée en forme de collet de l'enveloppe de cylindre (3) est coiffée par l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) dans chaque position.
  11. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) ferme l'enveloppe de cylindre (3) de la pompe à produit (2) à l'extrémité extérieure, cependant que, de préférence, l'élément constitutif séparé qui forme le piston de pompage (51) de l'air sous pression constitue un couvercle de cylindre (7) pour la pompe à produit (2), et qu'il sépare l'un de l'autre d'une manière étanche les deux volumes des cylindres des deux pompes au moyen de lèvres d'étanchéité (56, 57).
  12. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la pompe à air sous pression (50) présente une soupape de sortie (54) sous la forme d'une soupape de surpression qui est de préférence introduite dans l'organe d'actionnement manuel (22) autour de la tige de piston (21) en faisant face au piston de pompage de l'air sous pression (51), la chambre à air sous pression (62) étant en particulier constituée par une chambre de pompe de la pompe à air sous pression (50).
  13. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu une soupape d'entrée (53) qui est enfermée à l'intérieur de la pompe à air sous pression (50) et qui est destinée à aspirer de l'air depuis l'extérieur, et par le fait que la soupape d'entrée (53) est de préférence disposée sur le piston de pompage (51) ou dans celui-ci, respectivement, et qu'elle est en particulier constituée uniquement par un élément constitutif supplémentaire sous la forme d'une pièce mobile (60) de fermeture de la soupape.
  14. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la chambre de pompe (14) de la pompe à produit (2) est ouverte sur une partie initiale de la course de pompage de la pompe à air sous pression (50) en vue de la détente de la pression, en particulier par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape d'entrée (32) réalisée sous la forme d'une soupape à tiroir, et qu'elle est fermée sur la partie de course suivante jusqu'à l'ouverture d'une soupape de sortie du produit (23).
  15. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une soupape de sortie (54e) de la pompe à air sous pression (50e) s'ouvre avant une soupape de sortie (23e) de la pompe à produit (2e) et/ou qu'elle se ferme après la soupape de sortie (23e) de la pompe à produit (2e).
  16. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de commande (106) destiné à l'ouverture retardée du canal de sortie du produit (24) et/ou du canal à air sous pression (90), cependant qu'il est prévu de préférence un piston de commande (107) qui est soumis à l'action de la pression de l'air sous pression en vue de l'actionnement d'au moins un corps de soupape mobile (27h, 65h).
  17. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de commande (106i) en vue de commuter au moins une partie du courant d'air sous pression dans le canal de sortie du produit (24i), cependant qu'il est prévu de préférence un piston de commande (107i) qui est soumis à l'action de la pression de l'air sous pression et/ou de la pression régnant dans le canal de sortie du produit (24i) en vue de l'actionnement d'au moins un corps de soupape mobile (65i, 111).
  18. Distributeur selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de commande (106i) actionne au moins deux soupapes séparées (54i, 110) qui sont destinées à l'air sous pression et qui conduisent à des parties différentes du canal de la buse distributrice (25i), de préférence par l'intermédiaire des mêmes parties de canal (88i, 89i) par l'intermédiaire desquelles les parties de canal de buse sont également reliées à la pompe qui leur est associée à chaque fois.
  19. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu pour les deux pompes un ressort de rappel commun (20) qui constitue aussi de préférence le ressort de la soupape de sortie (23) de la pompe à produit (2).
  20. Distributeur selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le canal de sortie du produit (24) et le canal à air sous pression (90) sont amenés séparément à la buse distributrice (25), et par le fait que, de préférence, le canal à air sous pression (90) débouche dans le canal de la buse distributrice (25) en aval du canal de sortie du produit (24) dans la direction de distribution.
