Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour un récipient à liquide moussant, pour la production et la distribution de mousse, comportant un élément de support (12) à agencer sur le manchon (14) d'un récipient (16), cet élément de support présentant une ouverture axiale (20) dans laquelle est maintenu un élément mélangeur (26) avec respectivement un passage de gaz et de liquide (32, 34) débouchant dans un système de chambres de mélange (36) avec un élément d'affinage (48) en forme de tamis prévu du côté de la sortie, et un système de canaux (90) disposés en aval de l'élément d'affinage (48) pour conduire la mousse à une sortie (92), et comportant un dispositif de soupape (58') avec un élément d'actionnement (70) pour amener un corps de soupape (58), limitant avec un siège de soupape (60) un passage (74) annulaire, d'une position de fermeture dans une position d'ouverture, caractérisé en ce que le système de canaux (90) présente des moyens de freinage pour freiner la vitesse d'écoulement de la mousse et l'élément de support (12) présente exclusivement l'ouverture (20) axiale, et en ce que le corps de soupape (58) est agencé en amont du siège de soupape (60), et en actionnant l'élément d'actionnement (70) à l'encontre d'une précontrainte, celui-ci peut être amené dans la position d'ouverture, et en relâchant l'élément d'actionnement (70), il peut être amené automatiquement avec celui-ci dans la position de fermeture, et en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de limitation (76) agissant en direction axiale, pour fixer la position d'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'affinage (48) est maintenu sur sa périphérie et réalisé déformable, en ce que le corps de soupape (58) en forme de disque, laissant autour de lui une région de passage annulaire (66) libre dans l'élément d'affinage (48), est agencé dans celui-ci, et en ce que cette région de passage (66) débouche en aval dans une chambre annulaire (64) pourvue de préférence de premières chicanes (68), ladite chambre annulaire entourant le siège de soupape (60).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que sur la face opposée, au siège de soupape (60), du corps de soupape (58) en forme de disque, réalisé déformable, est prévu un élément d'appui (50) agissant approximativement au milieu pour maintenir le corps de soupape (58) en contact sur le siège de soupape (60), et en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (70) est équipé d'un organe d'actionnement (72) qui agit sur le corps de soupape (58), à l'extérieur de l'organe d'appui (50), vu en direction radiale.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de chambres de mélange (36) présente deux chambres de mélange (38, 40) disposées en amont de l'élément d'affinage (48), lesdites chambres étant reliées l'une à l'autre dans l'élément mélangeur (26) grâce à plusieurs orifices de passage (42) formant un étranglement et agencés autour d'un corps de refoulement (44) central, l'élément d'appui (50) étant le cas échéant formé sur le corps de refoulement (44).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (20) axiale dans l'élément de support (12) est limitée en aval de l'élément d'affinage (48) par un élément de paroi (62) en forme de tube sur l'extrémité aval duquel est réalisé le siège de soupape (60), et en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (72) traverse cette partie de l'ouverture (20) axiale limitée par l'élément de paroi (62) et présente de préférence des nervures (72') faisant saillie en direction radiale et servant de chicanes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'actionnement (70) présente une tête d'actionnement (82) reliée avec l'organe d'actionnement (72) et coiffant l'élément de paroi (62), tête sur laquelle sont formées des parties (94, 96) du système de canaux (90) reliées à l'ouverture (20) centrale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'actionnement (82) présente une partie annulaire (80) en appui circonférentiel sur l'élément de paroi (62), laquelle est recouverte de préférence par un organe de freinage (86) en forme de tamis.
- Dispositif selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 6 et 7, caractérisé en ce que dans la tête d'actionnement (82) est formée une cavité (94) entourée par un canal annulaire (96) relié à la sortie (92) et, le cas échéant, directement adjacent à l'organe de freinage (86), la cavité (94) et le canal annulaire (96) étant reliés l'une à l'autre, de préférence exclusivement sur le côté opposé à la sortie (92), grâce à des orifices de liaison (100) ménagés dans la paroi de séparation (98) commune et séparés les uns des autres par des traverses (102) qui forment des chicanes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des chicanes (104) en forme de nervures sont prévues dans le canal annulaire (96).
