Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich gattungsgemäß auf eine Abfüllvorrichtung für pulverförmige Produkte, insbesondere für gefriergetrocknete Lebensmittel, - mit Transportbahn für Behälter, Dosiereinrichtung sowie auf die Behälter aufsetzbaren Fülltrichtern, wobei die Transportbahn einen Einlaufbereich mit Transportband, eine daran anschließende Füllzone sowie ein Abtransportband aufweist.
- Die aus der Praxis bekannte gattungsgemäße Abfüllvorrichtung ist mit pneumatisch absenkbaren Fülltrichtern ausgebildet und arbeitet taktweise. Als Dosiereinrichtungen sind zumeist Behälterwaagen eingesetzt. Die Füllgeschwindigkeit ist im Rahmen der bekannten Maßnahmen unbefriedigend, und zwar auch dann, wenn - wie in der Praxis üblich - eine Mehrzahl von Behältern gleichzeitig mit einer Produktmenge gefüllt werden. Auch hinsichtlich der Steuerung sind die bekannten Vorrichtungen aufwendig.
- Die Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine gattungsgemäße Abfüllvorrichtung für pulverförmige Produkte anzugeben, mit der ein Abfüllen bei kontinuierlichem Durchlauf der Behälter möglich ist.
- Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe besteht erfindungsgemäß darin, daß eine Vielzahl von Fülltrichtern an einem kontinuierlich umlaufenden Kettenförderer angeschlossen und im Vorlauftrum des Kettenförderers dicht an dicht oberhalb der Transportbahn in Transportrichtung geführt sind, daß im Einlaufbereich der Transportbahn ein mit dem Kettenförderer synchron betriebener Schneckenförderer angeordnet ist, dessen Transportwendeln die Behälter seitlich fassen, wobei die Behälter mit einer der Transportgeschwindigkeit des Kettenförderers entsprechenden Vorschubgeschwindigkeit mitführbar und nach Maßgabe des Abstandes zwischen den Austrittsöffnungen der Fülltrichter distanzierbar sind, daß die von den Fülltrichtern gebildete Bahn und die Transportbahn im Einlaufbereich sowie im Bereich des Abtransportbandes schräg zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Fülltrichter bei kontinuierlicher Transportbewegung mit der Austrittsöffnung in die Behälter einführbar sowie schließlich wieder ausführbar sind, daß oberhalb der Transportbahn im Bereich der Füllzone eine Bandwaage als Dosiereinrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei ein kontinuierlicher Produktstrom auf die mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit vorbeigeführten Behälter aufgebbar ist. Es versteht sich, daß die Bandwaage regel- und steuerungstechnische Einrichtungen enthält, die den Produktstrom entsprechend einem vorgebbaren Sollwert steuern. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, daß die Bandwaage an eine Steuerung angeschlossen ist, die den Füllgrad in den Behältern überwacht und bei Abweichungen den Sollwert entsprechend korrigiert. Ebenso liegt es im Rahmen der Erfindung, daß die Steuerung den Sollwert für den Produktstrom mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit des Kettenförderers koppelt und auf diese Weise eine Synchronisierung herstellt. Nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist der Kettenförderer eine horizontal um Kehren geführte Kette auf, an die die Fülltrichter einseitig angeschlossen sind. In diesem Falle ist die Transportbahn im Einlaufbereich sowie im Bereich des Abtransportbandes um einen Einlauf- sowie Auslaufwinkel schräg angeordnet. Die genaue Einhaltung äquidistanter Abstände zwischen den Austrittsöffnungen der Fülltrichter ist insbesondere gegeben, wenn die Fülltrichter sich gegeneinander abstützen. Zweckmäßigerweise ist an den Rücklauftrum des Kettenförderers eine Rüttelvorrichtung angeschlossen, um durch Vibration die Fülltrichter von anhaftenden Produktresten zu reinigen. Es empfiehlt sich fernerhin, die Transportbahn im Bereich der Füllzone als eine mit Unwuchtantrieb ausgebildete Vibrationsstrecke auszuführen. Auf diese Weise kann eine gute Verdichtung des in die Behälter eingefüllten Produktes und hohes Schüttgewicht erreicht werden. Im Rahmen der Erfindung liegt es, die Vibrationsstrecke auch zwei oder mehrteilig mit individuell regelbaren Abschnitten auszubilden. Bei der praktischen Ausführung sollte der Kettenförderer schließlich auch eine Abdeckung aufweisen mit einer die Fülltrichter im Bereich der Füllzone freigebenden Aussparung. Die oberhalb des Kettenförderers angeordnete Produktzufuhr und Dosiereinrichtung kann dabei zumindest ein Teil der Abdeckung darstellen. Es versteht sich fernerhin, daß der Antrieb der Abfüllvorrichtung zweckmäßigerweise über einen stufenlos regelbaren Zentralantrieb erfolgt. Schließlich kann der Abfüllvorrichtung eine Weiche nachgeschaltet sein, die über eine Steuerung betätigbar ist und bei jedem Maschinenanlauf die ersten, nicht gefüllten Behälter ausschleust.
- Die Vorteile der Erfindung sind darin zu sehen, daß aufgrund des kontinuierlichen Durchlaufs der zu füllenden Behälter durch die Abfüllvorrichtung eine hohe Füllgeschwindigkeit erreichbar ist, und zwar ohne aufwendige, beispielsweise mit pneumatischen Bauteilen versehene, Steuerung.
- Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung ausführlicher erläutert. Es zeigen in schematischer Darstellung
- Fig. 1 eine erfindungsgemäße Abfüllvorrichtung in der Draufsicht, jedoch ohne Dosiereinrichtung,
- Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht gemäß A in Fig. 1,
- Fig. 3 eine Seitenansicht gemäß B in Fig. 1.
- Die in den Figuren dargestellte Abfüllvorrichtung ist für pulverförmige Produkte, insbesondere für gefriergetrocknete Lebensmittel, bestimmt. Zum grundsätzlichen Aufbau der Abfüllvorrichtung gehören eine Transportbahn 1 für Behälter 2, eine Dosiereinrichtung 3 sowie auf die Behälter 2 aufsetzbare Fülltrichter 3. Die Transportbahn 1 weist einen Einlaufbereich E mit Transportband 5, eine daran anschließende Füllzone F sowie ein Abtransportband 6 auf. Die Fülltrichter 4 sind an einen kontinuierlich umlaufenden Kettenförderer 7 angeschlossen und im Vorlauftrum 8 des Kettenförderers 7 dicht an dicht oberhalb der Transportbahn 1 in Transportrichtung geführt. Der Kettenförderer 7 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel horizontal angeordnet und weist eine um Kehren 9 geführte Kette 10 auf, an die die Fülltrichter 4 mit Anschlußstutzen 11 einseitig angeschlossen sind. Dabei stützen sich die Fülltrichter 4 im Vorlauftrum 8 gegeneinander ab. Es versteht sich, daß der Kettenförderer motorisch antreibbar ist von einem nicht dargestellten Antriebsaggregat.
- Aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 2 erkennt man, daß im Einlaufbereich E der Transportbahn 1 ein mit dem Kettenförderer 7 synchron betriebener Schneckenförderer 12 angeordnet ist, um die dicht an dicht ankommenden Behälter 2 auf den in der Füllzone F einzuhaltenden Abstand a zu bringen. Man erkennt, daß die Transportwendeln 13 des Schneckenförderers 12 die Behälter 2 seitlich fassen. Dadurch sind die Behälter 2 mit einer der Transportgeschwindigkeit v des Kettenförderers 7 entsprechenden Vorschubgeschwin digkeit mitführbar und nach Maßgabe des Abstandes a zwischen den Austrittsöffnungen 14 der Fülltrichter 4 distanzierbar. Wie aus der Fig. 2 ersichtlich, ist die Transportbahn 1 im Einlaufbereich E um einen Einlaufwinkel α schräg angeordnet. Durch die Einlaufschräge sind die Fülltrichter 4 bei kontinuierlicher Transportbewegung mit der Austrittsöffnung 14 in die Behälter 2 einführbar. Es versteht sich, daß die Austrittsöffnungen 14 der Fülltrichter 4 als Zentrierungen ausgebildet sind. Der Fig. 3 entnimmt man, daß die Transportbahn 1 auch im Bereich des Abtransportbandes 6 um den Winkel α schräg angeordnet ist und durch das Absenken des Abtransportbandes 6 in Transportrichtung die nunmehr gefüllten Behälter 2 im kontinuierlichen Lauf aus den Zentrierungen der Fülltrichter 4 herausführbar sind.
- Im Bereich der Füllzone F ist oberhalb der Transportbahn 1 eine Bandwaage 3 als Dosiereinrichtung angeordnet (Fig. 2). Mit der Bandwaage 3 ist ein kontinuierlicher Produktstrom auf die mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit v vorbeigeführten Behälter 2 mit aufgesetzten Trichtern 4 aufgebbar. Die Bandwaage 3 ist in bekannter Weise mit Steuerungs- und Regelungseinrichtungen ausgerüstet, die den Produktstrom entsprechend einem vorgebbaren Sollwert steuern. Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Bandwaage 3 fernerhin an eine Steuerung angeschlossen, die den Füllgrad in den Behältern überwacht und bei Abweichungen von einem vorgegebenen Wert den Sollwert für den Produktstrom entsprechend korrigiert. Die Transportbahn 1 ist im Bereich der Füllzone F im übrigen als eine mit Unwuchtantrieb ausgebildete Vibrationsstrecke 15 ausgeführt, und zwar mit zwei individuell einstellbaren Streckenabschnitten 15a, 15b. Durch die Vibrationsstrecke 15 ist eine gute Verdichtung des in die Behälter 2 eingefüllten Produktes erreichbar. Schließlich erkennt man aus Fig. 1, daß an den Rücklauftrum 16 des Kettenför derers 7 eine Rüttelvorrichtung 17 - im Ausführungsbeispiel durch ein Blechgehäuse verkleidet - angeschlossen ist, um die Fülltrichter von anhaftenden Produktresten zu befreien.
Claims (5)
Transportbahn für Behälter,
Dosiereinrichtung sowie
auf die Behälter aufsetzbaren Fülltrichtern,
wobei die Transportbahn einen Einlaufbereich mit Transportband, eine daran anschließende Füllzone sowie ein Abtransportband aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Vielzahl von Fülltrichtern (4) an einen kontinuierlich umlaufenden Kettenförderer (7) angeschlossen und im Vorlauftrum (8) des Kettenförderers (7) dicht an dicht oberhalb der Transportbahn (1) in Transportrichtung geführt sind, daß im Einlaufbereich (E) der Transportbahn (1) ein mit dem Kettenförderer (7) synchron betriebener Schneckenförderer (12) angeordnet ist, dessen Transportwendeln (13) die Behälter (2) seitlich fassen, wobei die Behälter (2) mit einer der Transportgeschwindigkeit (v) des Kettenförderers (7) entsprechenden Vorgschubgeschwindigkeit mitführbar und nach Maßgabe des Abstandes (a) zwischen den Austrittsöffnungen (14) der Fülltrichter (4) distanzierbar sind, daß die von den Fülltrichtern (4) gebildete Bahn und die Transportbahn (1) im Einlaufbereich (E) sowie im Bereich des Abtransportbandes (6) schräg zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Fülltrichter (4) bei kontinuierlicher Transportbewegung mit der Austrittsöffnung (14) in die Behälter (2) einführbar sowie schließlich ausführbar sind, daß oberhalb der Transportbahn (1) im Bereich der Füllzone (F) eine Bandwaage (3) als Dosiereinrichtung angeordnet ist, wobei ein kontinuierlicher Produktstrom auf die mit der Transportgeschwindigkeit (v) vorbeigeführten Behälter (2) aufgebbar ist.
