Claims (10)

  1. Outil de pose de rivets pour la pose d'écrous de rivets borgnes, comportant un conduit de transport (40) s'étendant vers l'arrière, à partir du bec (1), à travers la tête de l'appareil, pour l'évacuation des tiges de rivets arrachées,
       comportant un dispositif d'avance axial, actionné par l'opération de refoulement, qui comporte une dispositif à cylindre et piston constitué d'un piston pneumatique (19) et d'un piston hydraulique (9),
       comportant un dispositif d'arrivée d'air comprimé pour actionner le dispositif d'avance et pour évacuer les tiges arrachées
       et comportant un organe d'actionnement (37) déplaçable dans deux positions de fonctionnement, la première position de fonctionnement ouvrant la soupape (42) de conduit de transport, introduisant l'air comprimé dans le conduit de transport pour aspirer le rivet et la deuxième position de fonctionnement ouvrant une soupape (43) de piston pneumatique pour actionner le dispositif d'avance, caractérisé en ce que dans la position de repos de l'organe d'actionnement (37), un canal d'arrivée d'air comprimé (40, 48, 50, 29), situé entre une chambre (46) à air comprimé et le conduit de transport (40), est interrompu au moyen de la soupape de conduit de transport (42, 34, 44).
  2. Outil de pose de rivets selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement (37) agit sur un piston de soupape (36) sur lequel est fixé un poussoir de soupape (41) qui déplace une bille de soupape (34) à partir de son siège (44).
  3. Outil de pose de rivets selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir de soupape (41) présente un diamètre inférieur à l'alésage de poussoir de soupape (45) dans lequel il se trouve et en ce qu'à partir de l'alésage de poussoir de soupape (45), un alésage d'arrivée d'air comprimé (48) mène au conduit de transport (40).
  4. Outil de pose de rivets selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort de pression (33) presse la bille de soupape (34) dans son siège (44) et en ce que le ressort de pression (33) est placé dans un alésage (50) central d'un tiroir de soupape (32).
  5. Outil de pose de rivets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le piston de soupape (36) vient s'appliquer sur l'obturateur de soupape (32), dans la première position de fonctionnement.
  6. Outil de pose de rivets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la deuxième position de fonctionnement, le piston de soupape (36) déplace vers le bas le tiroir de soupape (32) et en ce que ceci ouvre une soupape (43) de piston pneumatique par laquelle l'air comprimé parvient dans la chambre de vérin pneumatique (47), sur le piston pneumatique (19).
  7. Outil de pose de rivets selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'obturateur de soupape (29, 32) est logé dans un alésage d'arrivée d'air comprimé (48) dont le diamètre intérieur est supérieur au diamètre extérieur du tiroir de soupape (29) et en ce qu'un joint d'étanchéité torique (27) libère un alésage d'arrivée (49) de vérin pneumatique, dans la deuxième position de fonctionnement de l'organe d'actionnement (37).
  8. Outil de pose de rivets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'alésage central (50) de tiroir de soupape dans la région de la chambre à air comprimé (46) est relié à celle-ci par un alésage transversal (54).
  9. Outil de pose de rivets selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'actionnement est constitué par un poussoir (37) qui peut se déplacer à l'intérieur d'un organe de guidage (38), contre la force d'un ressort de pression (39).
