Claims (10)

  1. Procédé destiné à protéger une personne de service sur des presses, comportant un capteur (27), qui est destiné à détecter l'intervalle de sécurité et qui est en liaison active avec un système d'entraînement (31, 33) pour le processus de pressage, de telle sorte que, lorsque la valeur de l'intervalle de sécurité est égale ou supérieure à une valeur d'écartement (d) prédéfinie, le système d'entraînement (31, 33) ne peut pas être activé ou le processus de pressage est bloqué ou ne peut pas être mis en oeuvre, sachant que
    a) lorsque le système d'entraînement (31, 33) n'est pas activé ou est bloqué, un coulisseau (9), qui maintient un insert de presse supérieur (3), est monté librement mobile tant dans le sens ouvert que dans le sens de fermeture,
    caractérisé en ce que
    b) dans le coulisseau (9) est réalisé un trou oblong (29) qui s'étend dans le sens d'ouverture et le sens de fermeture et dans lequel s'engage une broche (39) qui est reliée au système d'entraînement (31, 33) pour le processus de pressage et qui, lorsque le système d'entraînement n'est pas activé, est librement mobile dans le trou oblong par rapport et le long du trou oblong au moment de l'ouverture ou de la fermeture de l'un au moins des inserts de presse,

  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture des inserts de presse (3, 5) est possible par l'intermédiaire d'un deuxième système d'entraînement (21, 22).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un moyen d'entraînement (23) supplémentaire, par l'intermédiaire duquel les inserts de presse, en particulier lors de l'introduction d'une pièce à presser (4), sont actionnés dans le sens de fermeture avec une force qui est telle qu'une partie d'un corps humain parvenant accidentellement entre les inserts de presse (3, 5) ne peut pas être blessée ou seulement légèrement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les inserts de presse, lorsque le système d'entraînement n'est pas activé pour le processus de pressage, sont librement mobiles ou coulissants dans le sens ouvert ou dans le sens de fermeture
    a) moyennant l'utilisation du deuxième système d'entraînement et/ou du système d'entraînement supplémentaire et/ou
    b) manuellement.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    a) le deuxième système d'entraînement entre en contact ou en prise avec le coulisseau de la presse, en particulier au niveau de la broche, de la came ou dans l'évidement selon la revendication 1, de préférence est relié de manière articulée avec le coulisseau, et
    b) le deuxième système d'entraînement est en liaison active avec le capteur (27), de telle sorte que le système d'entraînement du processus de pressage est bloqué ou désactivé en cas de franchissement de la limite supérieure de la valeur prédéfinie.
  6. Procédé selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un organe (15) du type levier ou un élément entraîneur entre en contact ou en prise avec le coulisseau (9), ledit organe (15) étant monté pour se déplacer ou pivoter autour d'un axe (19) au moyen d'un système d'entraînement (21, 22) hydraulique ou pneumatique, pour pousser le coulisseau dans le sens ouvrant les inserts de presse, et en ce qu'un capteur (27), qui peut être connecté en cas de contact ou de prise, est agencé dans la zone de l'organe (15) ou de l'élément entraîneur et, en cas de contact ou de prise, est connecté par l'organe (15) ou l'élément entraîneur, de telle sorte que le système d'entraînement (31, 33) est bloqué ou désactivé en cas de franchissement de la limite supérieure de la valeur d'écartement (d) prédéfinie.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'entraînement supplémentaire entre en prise avec l'organe (15) du type levier ou l'élément entraîneur dans le sens fermant les inserts de presse, afin de pousser le coulisseau (9) dans le sens fermant les inserts de presse en cas de désactivation du deuxième système d'entraînement.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement pour le processus de pressage et, le cas échéant, le deuxième système d'entraînement et/ou le système d'entraînement supplémentaire est ou sont actionné(s) par au moins une pédale.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la valeur d'écartement prédéfinie est inférieure à 6 mm et en présence d'une valeur d'écartement de l'intervalle de sécurité supérieure ou égale à 6 mm, le processus de pressage peut être bloqué ou désactivé.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement pour le processus de pressage et, le cas échéant, le deuxième système d'entraînement et/ou le système d'entraînement supplémentaire est ou sont actionné(s) par voie pneumatique, hydraulique, électrique ou manuellement.
