Abstract
Claims (8)
- Outil de pose d'écrous de rivets taraudés ou de rivets borgnes, comprenant un dispositif d'avance qui est manoeuvrable pour le processus d'écrasement et confère un mouvement axial à la tige filetée ou à la tige de traction et qui comprend un ensemble à cylindres et pistons se composant d'un piston de refoulement et d'un piston de travail, ledit outil comprenant une chambre (207) d'admission de fluide sous pression disposée dans la partie inférieure de l'appareil, ainsi qu'un canal de fluide sous pression (201, 205, 104) destiné à diriger un fluide sous pression de la chambre d'admission (207) dans une partie supérieure de l'appareil, caractérisé en ce que le canal de fluide sous pression (201, 205, 104) passe par la poignée (200) pour aller de la chambre d'admission (207) vers une chambre arrière (102) dont un côté est fermé par le côté arrière du piston de travail (14), en ce qu'une première partie (201) du canal de fluide sous pression passe par la tige (27) de soupape et, à la première position, communique avec une seconde partie (205) du canal de fluide sous pression qui se trouve dans la poignée (200) et en ce que, lorsque la tige (27) de soupape est à une première position (Figure 1), le canal de fluide sous pression (104, 201, 205) débouche par des trous (209) dans la chambre arrière (210) du piston de refoulement qui est fermée d'un côté par le côté arrière du piston de refoulement (211), de sorte que le rappel des pistons de refoulement et de travail se produit par déviation du fluide sous pression contre les côtés arrière des pistons de manière à éviter des ressorts de rappel.
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de l'actionnement de la gâchette (22) avec en conséquence la mise de la tige (27) de soupape à la seconde position (Figure 2), une liaison de la chambre arrière sous pression (104) et du piston de refoulement (211) avec un trou de purge (217) est établie.
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une soupape (110) prévue dans le canal de fluide sous pression (104) situé dans l'appareil (100) libère un canal (105) d'arrivée d'air comprimé dans une chambre annulaire (106) située derrière le mandrin de serrage (2), afin de transporter les tiges arrachées pendant le processus de rivetage hors de l'outil par un canal d'évacuation (109).
- Outil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (110) est conformée en tiroir tournant qui permet une commande en continu de la force de transport des tiges de rivet arrachées.
- Outil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir tournant est équipé pour le réglage d'un écrou à chapeau (20) entourant la tête (8) de l'appareil.
- Outil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le tiroir tournant (110) supporte une vis (20) de réglage de la circulation d'air.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un clapet d'arrêt (61, 62, 63) coupe automatiquement l'arrivée d'air comprimé lorsque l'outil est mis en position d'interruption de fonctionnement.
- Outil selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un poussoir (61) de clapet ressort du côté inférieur (60) de la cage entourant le piston de refoulement (211).
