Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Badetuchhalter gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Diese Halter, wie sie zum Beispiel durch die DE-A-3526730 bekannt sind, haben innerhalb der Tragstange eine seitlich ausziehbare Auszugstange. Nachteilig ist, daß die zusätzliche Aufnahmekapazität vergleichsweise gering ist, und daß ein seitliches Ausziehen aus Platzgründen häufig gar nicht möglich ist.
  • Daneben sind durch die DE-A 463663 Geräte bekannt, die Handtuchhalter und Trockenständer in einem sind. Diese Geräte können sowohl ein Badetuch als auch kleinere Stücke zu trocknende Wäsche aufnehmen. Ebenso ist das Gerät geeignet, ein Badetuch und mehrere Handtücher gleichzeitig zu halten.
  • Nachteilig an diesem Gerät ist die sperrige Bauweise, die umständliche Handhabung und die unzweckmäßige Anordnung der Trockenstäbe. Die Trockenstäbe liegen bei ausgeklapptem Zustand übereinander oder sie kreuzen sternförmig den Bügel des Badetuchhalters; das bedeutet, daß die Wäsche beziehungsweise die zu trocknenden Handtücher gegeneinander anliegen.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Badetuchhalter mit einem zusätzlichen Trockenständer zu schaffen, der kompakt gebaut und einfach zu bedienen ist. Das Aussehen muß derzeitigem Badezimmerniveau entsprechen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird mit den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Durch die zweischalige Ausführung des Trockenrohres bleibt dessen Funktion im geschlossenen Zustand als normaler Badetuchhalter erhalten; auch in der optischen Anmutung ist kein Unterschied festzustellen. Mit dem beweglichen Abdeckbereich ist die Trockeneinrichtung sehr einfach und schnell zu aktivieren. Die Funktion des Badetuchhalters bleibt dabei erhalten, es wird lediglich zusätzlich Platz für weitere Badetücher beziehungsweise Wäschestücke geschaffen. Eine gegenseitige Beeinflussung der zu trocknenden Teile erfolgt nicht.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind den Unteransprüchen zu entnehmen. So bietet sich natürlich an, die Trockeneinrichtung in Form eines Netzes auszubilden. Insbesondere bei der Zwischendurchwäsche von Stricksachen ist es wünschenswert, eine feinmaschige aber dennoch luftige Auflagefläche zum Trocknen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Dies wird durch das Netz in einfacher Weise erreicht. Dennoch ist es leicht zu handhaben und schnell wegzuklappen. Der Charakter des Wohnbades bleibt voll erhalten.
  • Besonders für Situationen, bei denen auf kleiner Fläche viel Trockenlänge zur Verfügung gestellt werden soll, bietet sich die Lösung mit ausziehbaren Leinen, die mit dem Abdeckbereich an der gegenüberliegenden Wand festzulegen sind, an.
  • Einige Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden im folgenden and Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • Zwischen zwei Wandabstandshalter 1 ist ein querverlaufendes Trockenrohr 2 angeordnet. Dieses Trockenrohr 2 ist zweischalig ausgebildet. Es besteht aus einem hinteren, starr mit den Wandabstandshaltern 1 verbundenen Aufnahmebereich 3 und einem diesen verschließenden, beweglichen Abdeckbereich 4 bestehend aus zwei schwenkbaren Klappen 5.
  • Nach der Ausführung gemäß Figur 1 sind in den Klappen 5 Führungen 6 für eine Verriegelungseinrichtung in Form eines Führungsstabes 7 vorgesehen. Zwischen dem Führungsstab 7 und dem Aufnahmebereich 3 ist ein Netz 8 aus Stretchmaterial angeordnet.
  • In den Figuren 3 bis 5 ist eine Alternativlösung zur Figur 1 dargestellt. Es handelt sich wieder um ein Trockenrohr 2, das in einen Aufnahmebereich 3 für die zusätzliche Trockeneinrichtung und einen Abdeckbereich 4 aufgeteilt ist. Der Abdeckbereich 4 ist wiederum in Form von zwei Klappen 5 ausgeführt. Als Trockeneinrichtung sind mit Gleitschiebern 9 versehene Stäbe 10 vorgesehen. Diese Stäbe 10 sind über die Gleitschieber 9 in Führungsnuten 11 der Klappen 5 geführt. Die Klappen 5 sind in den Wandabstandshaltern 1 um eine Achse 12 schwenkbar gelagert. Im ausgeklappten Zustand gemäß Figur 3 sind sie einmal an einer Anlagefläche 13 des Wandabstandshalter 1 und zum anderen an der Außenwand 14 abgestützt.
  • Die Anlagefläche 13 wird durch die Sperrwand 15, die ein Verschieben der Stäbe 10 bei eingeschwenkten Klappen 5 während des Transportes verhindert, gebildet.
  • Die Klappen 5 greifen über L-förmige Ansätze 16 in den Aufnahmebereich 3 ein, so daß im eingeschwenkten Zustand der Klappen eine glatte Oberfläche entsteht.
  • Um den Badetuchhalter an die unterschiedlichen Designrichtungen im Badezimmer anzupassen, sind die Klappen 5 mit zusätzlichen Zierblenden 17 versehen. Die Zierblenden 17 sind mittels Halteleitsten 18 in Haltenuten 19 der Klappen 5 gehaltert.

Claims (7)

1. Badetuchhalter mit einer zwischen zwei Wandabstandshalter quer verlaufenden Stange und einer zusätzlichen Trockeneinrichtung zum Aufhängen von Wäsche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (2) zweischalig ausgebildet ist mit einem hinteren, starr mit den Abstandshaltern (1) verbundenen Aufnahmebereich (3) für die zusätzliche Trockeneinrichtung (8, 10) und einem diesen Aufnahmebereich mit der Trockeneinrichtung verschließenden beweglichen Abdeckbereich (4).
2. Badetuchhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trockeneinrichtung aus ausziehbaren Stäben (10) oder einem Netz (8) besteht, wobei der Abdeckbereich aus zwei schwenkbaren, mit Führungen (11, 16) für die Stäbe (10) beziehungsweise das Netz (8) versehenen Klappen (5) gebildet ist.
3. Badetuchhalter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Netz (8) aus Stretchmaterial gefertigt und an den rastbaren Klappen befestigt ist.
4. Badetuchhalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trockeneinrichtung aus auf einer im Aufnahmebereich gelagerten, federbelasteten Rolle aufwickelbaren Leinen oder Netz besteht, wobei das andere Ende der Leinen beziehungsweise des Netzes am Abdeckbereich befestigt sind, beziehungsweise ist.
5. Badetuchhalter nach Anspruch 1 und Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klappen (5) in die Wandabstandshalter gegen eine Anlagefläche einschwenkbar gelagert sind.
6. Badetuchhalter nach Anspruch 3 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Rast- und/oder Verriegelungseinrichtung (7) für die Klappen (5) in geöffneter Stellung vorgesehen ist.
7. Badetuchhalter nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Aufnahmebereich zumindest eine Sperrwand (15) zur Arretierung der Stäbe (10) im Ruhezustand vorgesehen ist.
