Claims (7)

  1. Appareil à border (1) pour pièces en forme de plaques, en particulier pour plaques offset (2) et analogues, dans lequel un outil fixe (4) et un serre-flan (5) sont prévus pour saisir la pièce le long de l'arête de pliage (9) prévue et un outil mobile (6) fait pivoter le bord libre (2a) de la pièce, dépassant par rapport au serre-flan (5), dans lequel l'outil fixe (4) possède, à son arête de pliage (9) un angle en section qui est égal ou inférieur à l'angle de pliage le plus aigu à produire et dans lequel au moins un outillage à border (3) peut être approché et écarté par rapport à un outillage (3) situé à l'opposé, caractérisé en ce que l'outil à border mobile (6) est commandé par un moteur pas-à-pas (8) qui possède une commande de positionnement dans laquelle peuvent être présélectionnés des pas angulaires désirés du moteur pas-à-pas (8) et par suite de l'outil à border mobile (6), et qu'un moteur pas-à-pas (12) avec une commande électronique de positionnement à présélection sont prévus en tant qu'entraînement pour le mouvement de réglage de l'outillage (3).
  2. Appareil à border selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ou les commandes de positionnement est ou sont conçue(s) de manière qu'elle(s) ramène(nt) le ou les moteurs pas-à-pas à la position initiale après l'enlèvement d'une pièce (2).
  3. Appareil à border selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de transmission, de préférence un élément sans fin d'entraînement, en particulier un courroie crantée (11) ou une chaîne, est prévu entre l'arbre de sortie (10) du moteur pas-à-pas (8) et l'axe de pivotement de l'outil mobile (6).
  4. Appareil à border selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un engrenage de démultiplication est prévu entre le pignon mené pour l'élément d'entraînement (11) et le moteur pas-à-pas (8).
  5. Appareil à border selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une mémoire de pilotage pour le moteur pas-à-pas (8, 12) contient un microprocesseur qui peut être programmé pour les différentes cotes de pliage de bords désirées.
  6. Utilisation du dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5 pour former plusieurs plis dans au moins un bord d'une pièce en forme de plaque, en particulier d'une plaque offset, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte le pliage d'un premier bord saillant (2a), le pivotement consécutif de l'outil mobile (6) à sa position initiale et sa translation en direction du milieu de la pièce, parallèlement à sa première position, et que, ensuite, au moins la deuxième opération de pliage est effectuée.
  7. Utilisation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que, pour retirer une pièce dont un bord a été pourvu de plusieurs plis, avec formation d'une partie rentrante sur le bord tombé ainsi formé, l'outillage est déplaçable, en direction du milieu de la pièce, après le desserrage de la pièce, en vue du dégagement de l'outillage par rapport à la partie rentrante de la pièce.
