Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for lifting and carrying stacked heavy load bodies, in particular boilers and. Like., Consists of a set of at least three support columns, each with a lifting element that can be moved continuously on the support column.
- Heavy-duty bodies are often stacked on top of each other in the interest of space-saving storage. This also comes into consideration for plant engineering, where individual units are arranged one above the other. When building heating systems, block-shaped heat exchangers, hot water tanks, substructures and similar units are usually placed on the floor and the boiler is placed on top of it as a further block. The often narrow space conditions in existing boiler rooms force this measure.
- a lifting device for heavy-duty bodies is known from US-A-4 206 906, this is intended to lift a single heavy-duty body, such as a concrete slab, from a position that is as deep as possible (floor position) to a certain height.
- the support columns are connected in pairs to a rigid and elaborate framework, which serves as a guide and can be limited or secured in its movement according to the bottom and bottom by insert bolts in connection with insert holes.
- Such a lifting device is not designed and suitable for lifting heavy-duty bodies from overlying heavy-duty bodies for the purpose of assembly, inspection, replacement or the like. to release, especially not in confined spaces.
- the invention proposes a device with the special feature that the lifting element is self-locking under the action of a load and a guide element that is independent of it and at a distance from the lifting element is provided and that all lifting and guiding elements can be individually connected to the heavy-duty body to be lifted.
- the invention is based on the knowledge that any compact lifting device, for example also in the form of a lifting truck, fails here; on the one hand, there is often a lack of the necessary footprint for such devices, and on the other hand, only a force application, for example from below, is possible, that is to say for the heavy-duty body as a whole.
- the invention creates the possibility of allowing lifting forces to be effective only at the desired heavy-duty body and specifically at the points which appear favorable due to the spatial conditions and the later stability. These should be at least three locations that are as far apart as possible in order to exclude a tilting moment.
- the support column and lifting element can be designed in such a way that they are already known for a single use as a support or tensioning device.
- an independent guide element is provided at a distance from the lifting element, all lifting and guide elements being individually connectable to the heavy-duty body to be lifted.
- the guide element can be located above the lifting element, but just as well below it.
- the support column expediently consists of a square tube, preferably with a square cross section.
- the lifting elements can advantageously be actuated by means of a crank, lever or the like, which can be moved on the support column.
- the guide elements have a sliding head enclosing the support column.
- a safe displacement with permanent assignment of the lifting / guiding elements to the heavy-duty body is ensured if the sliding head of the guiding elements has a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the support column.
- the ends of the lifting and guiding elements are advantageously designed such that they can be positively connected to the heavy-duty body to be lifted.
- the ends can expediently be secured in their desired position by means of screws.
- the ends of the lifting and guiding elements are designed as detachable end pieces. _ This allows the end pieces to be designed as adapters for the respective application, while the remaining part of the guide or lifting element can remain unchanged. As a result, the possible uses of the device according to the invention can be expanded considerably in a simple manner.
- Plug connections are expediently provided between the lifting / guiding elements and their end pieces. _ This type of connection allows the end pieces to be replaced quickly and, if necessary, a slight change in the distance between the support column and the heavy-duty body.
- the device according to the invention consists of a set of three support columns 1, each with a lifting element 2 and a guide element 3, which is arranged at a distance from the former.
- the support columns 1 are square tubes with a square cross-section; they are set so that they can safely carry a heavy-duty body 4 _ in the present example a boiler _ without a tilting moment.
- Each lifting element 2 can be actuated by means of a crank which can be plugged onto an axis 5, that is to say can be displaced continuously along the support column 1 in the direction of the double arrow 6, with each lifting element 2 being otherwise self-locking. This means that when you let go of the crank, it stays at its height and does not slip any further.
- Each guide element 3 has a sliding head 7, which surrounds the support column 1. The ends of the lifting elements 2 and guide elements 3 are connected to the heavy-duty body 4, screws 8 serving to secure the end position.
- the heavy-duty body 4 is raised and raised by means of the device according to the invention to such an extent that a further heavy-duty body 9 located underneath can be moved from its location and, if necessary, also replaced, as indicated by the arrows 10, without the first-mentioned heavy-duty body 4 being a hindrance. This enables a comfortable and energy-saving installation despite high loads even in confined spaces.
- the ends of the lifting and / or guiding elements can be designed as detachable end pieces 11 and, moreover, in such a way that they can be positively connected to the heavy-duty body 4 in question.
- the end pieces 11 represent adapters whose shape is matched to certain useful points of attack on the heavy-duty body 4, that is, bevels, pins, bores, flanges, etc. on the housing of the heavy-duty body 4. Accordingly, the end piece 11 according to FIG. 3 also has Bores 12 for receiving screws 8.
- the end piece 11 shown can be quickly exchanged for another, and vice versa, the rest of the guide or lifting element 3, 2.
- the end piece 11 here has a pin 13 and the rest of the guide element 3 according to FIGS. 5 and 6 has one corresponding sleeve 14 to form a plug connection.
- Bores 15 allow the insertion of a pin for an unchangeable assignment or a locking screw for variable securing.
- the sliding head 7 is in the present embodiment, it is ring-shaped and completely surrounds the support column 1, touching it at its edges. In the interest of securing against rotation, it can also have a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the support column 1.

Description
- Fig. 4 den Gegenstand von Fig. 3 in Draufsicht,
- Fig. 6 den Gegenstand von Fig. 5 in Rückansicht.
