Claims (22)
- Ferrure d'une porte coulissante (2) qui peut se déplacer parallèlement aussi bien que perpendiculairement aux premières portes coulissantes (1) d'une installation à portes coulissantes restées dans un même plan, comprenant un palier supérieur de translation (6) correspondant à l'arête supérieure de la porte coulissante (2) ainsi qu'un palier d'appui (22, 23) correspondant à un type de porte, contre lequel, dans le mouvement, s'appuie un listel de commande (39) présentant des surfaces de commande (24, 25) et correspondant à l'autre type de porte, où le palier supérieur de translation (6) est guidé sur un rail (5, 10) qui est disposé derrière le rail (4, 9) assurant le guidage des premières portes coulissantes (1), ainsi qu'une plaquette à galets (19) ne pouvant se déplacer que le long du rail arrière (5), un support de décalage (20) se déplaçant transversalement et un ressort de rappel (21) agissant sur le support de décalage (20) dans la direction du rail de guidage arrière (5), caractérisée en ce que les supports de décalage (20) portent chacun un premier tourillon (26) et les plaquettes à galets (19) chacune un second tourillon (27), en ce qu'ils sont reliés par l'intermédiaire de leviers de commande (29, 30) qui sont articulés sur eux, ces leviers de commande (29, 30) étant eux-mêmes reliés par une tringle d'accouplement (31), et en ce que les listels de commande (39) des premières portes (1) et les paliers d'appui (22, 23) sont montés au niveau des arêtes latérales de la seconde porte (2) pouvant se déplacer perpendiculairement.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les tourillons (26, 27) du support de décalage (20) et de la plaquette à galets (19) portent chacun un levier de commande (27) dont l'autre extrémité est articulée sur un point d'articulation (28) commun prévu aux deux extrémités de la tringle d'accouplement (31).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaquette à galets (19) porte deux tourillons (27, 33) qui, par rapport au rail de roulement correspondant (5), sont disposés le long de celui-ci, mais qui, transversalement, sont à des distances différentes, et qui s'engagent dans des fentes de guidage (34, 35) du support de décalage (20) disposées parallèlement entre elles et perpendiculairement au rail de roulement (5).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'un des tourillons (27) constitue en même temps le tourillon de la plaquette à galets (19).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les tourillons (27, 33) portent des coussinets (36) qui sont guidés dans les fentes de guidage (34, 35).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la plaquette à galets (19) porte plusieurs galets d'appui (37) dont les axes de rotation (38) sont parallèles au rail de roulement (5) et qui supportent le support de décalage (20).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un des tourillons (27, 33) est utilisé pour fixer le support de décalage (20) par rapport à la plaquette à galets (19).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le support de décalage (20) porte des paliers d'appui (22, 23) en forme de galets qui reposent sur les listels de commande (39) montés sur l'arête supérieure (11) des premières portes (1).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu en outre deux paliers inférieurs de translation (8) montés sur l'arête inférieure (16) de la seconde porte (2) au niveau des arêtes latérales (17, 18), comprenant chacun une cornière-support (40), un levier articulé (41), monté articulé sur la cornière-support (40) et pivotant autour d'un axe vertical ainsi que, à l'extrémité libre du levier, un galet de guidage (42) pouvant tourner et s'engageant dans rail de guidage arrière (10), les extrémités libres des leviers articulés des deux paliers inférieurs de translation (8) étant reliées ensemble par une tringle articulée (43).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que, entre la cornière-support (40) et le levier articulé (41), est installé un ressort de traction (48) dont la précontrainte est réglable et qui exerce sur l'arête inférieure (16) de la seconde porte (2) une force orientée dans la direction opposée au rail de guidage (10).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les paliers d'appui (22, 23) ont la forme de galets et sont montés sur la cornière-support.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les surfaces de commande (24, 25) sont montées sur les arêtes inférieures (12) des premières portes (1).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la cornière-support (40) porte une fente en forme d'arc de cercle (44) dans laquelle le levier articulé (41) s'engage par un tourillon de butée (45) et en ce que l'une des positions finales du levier articulé (41) est telle que l'axe (46) passant par les deux points d'articulation (47, 52) coupe le rail de guidage inférieur arrière (10) selon un angle différent de l'angle droit.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, en outre, au niveau de la transition entre deux portes, notamment entre une première porte (1) et une seconde porte (2), il est prévu un dispositif de retenue (54) qui, lors du coulissement de la première porte (1) dans la direction de la seconde porte (2), entrave le coulissement de cette dernière jusqu'à ce que son déplacement perpendiculaire soit achevé.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'il est possible d'effectuer un coulissement limité de la seconde porte (2) avec la première porte (1), au début du coulissement, jusqu'à ce qu'intervienne le dispositif de retenue (54).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce que la course libre limitée de coulissement correspond approximativement au déplacement longitudinal jusqu'à la transition entre la surface de commande (24) s'écartant progressivement et la surface de commande rectiligne du listel de commande (39).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de retenue (54) a la forme d'un fouet (55) dont le premier bras de levier (56) porte une surface de roulement (57) pour une joue (58) du galet de roulement (53) de la première porte (1) et dont le second bras de levier (59) possède une saillie (60) contre laquelle vient buter une butée (61) solidaire de la seconde porte (2), notamment de ses galets de roulement (51).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que les bras de levier (56, 59) du fouet (55), en partant de leur palier tournant (62) et vers leurs extrémités respectives, montent vers les axes de rotation des galets de roulement (51, 53).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que le bras de levier (56) du fouet (55) portant la surface de roulement (57) est soumis à l'action d'un ressort (63) qui éloigne de la butée (61) l'autre bras de levier (59) portant la saillie (60).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce que la butée (61) est formée par la prolongation de l'axe du galet de roulement (53) de la première porte (1).
- Ferrure selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le coulissement de la seconde porte (2) est limitée par des butées (64) à la largeur des premières portes (1) immédiatement adjacentes.
- Ferrure selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif de retenue (54) pour chaque direction de coulissement.
